“Elder,” Xaviera Evans spoke up, “since Mrs. Green refuses to admit her wrongdoing, you might as well present the evidence directly.”
The dical Association mbers publicly played a video recorded twenty years ago. The video showed a young Jenny Green begging at Mr. Linton’s residence and threatening to expose his secret by holding over his head the favor he owed her. She coerced him into swapping her DNA with Winni Drew’s, making it appear that Caleb Mat was her son.
Next up was the video of Yigol Mat.
In the video, Jenny Green pretended to be pregnant and had Mr. Linton help fake her pregnancy. She then brought a child, pretending it was hers, and that child was Yigol Mat.
The footage was clear, and the person in the video was, without a doubt, a younger Jenny Green, leaving no room for her to deny it.
At this point, everyone realized that Mr. Linton had indeed told the truth. He had once forged a paternity report to repay a life-saving favor, which led to Caleb bearing the stigma of being an illegitimate child for twenty years.
Since his birth, Caleb was secretly taken away by Will Mat and brought to Jenny Green. Later, she used him to secure her position by claiming that Winni Drew couldn’t bear children and had already produced offspring for the Mat family. Consequently, Caleb beca the target of resentnt from the Drew family.
While it appeared Jenny Green showered Yigol Mat with love and protected him from all hardships, behind the scenes, she spoiled her son and encouraged his unruly behavior. She purposefully turned him into an ignorant and incompetent waste, and had Yigol not been intelligent, his entire life would have been destroyed by her.
Everyone was shocked. No one could have imagined that Jenny Green wasn’t the biological mother of these two children; it was a shocking revelation.
As a child, Caleb faced contempt from both the Mat and Drew families; he had to rely on his own strength to climb up the ladder to where he is today. No one knew the bitterness and pain behind his success. He was supposed to have been born as the cherished heir of the Mat family and the grandson of the Drew family, but he was tornted by a mistress for twenty years.
“Mr. Linton, you tarnished the reputation of the dical Association by forging evidence, which has wronged Mr. Mat. I hereby announce that you have been expelled from the dical Association!”
Mr. Linton nodded, his eyes filling with tears of guilt. He lovingly caressed the badge he had to give up and reluctantly handed it to the Elder. He no longer deserved to be a mber of the dical Association.
Then, Mr. Linton turned to Caleb, his voice filled with remorse, “Mr. Mat, I know my wealth ans nothing to you, but I still want to atone for my actions by donating all of my assets in your na.”
With a heavy heart, Mr. Linton sat down on his wheelchair, the weight that had been pressing down on him for twenty years finally lifted. At least this way, he could fulfill one of his life’s wishes.
Everyone understood by now that while it could have been possible for Caleb to bribe Mr. Linton, there was no way he could have bribed the entire dical Association. Moreover, the guilt in Mr. Linton’s eyes couldn’t be acted upon. If it wasn’t for his guilt, why would he give up his wealth and ruin his reputation for Caleb?
“Jenny Green is despicable! As a mistress, she not only stole Miss Drew’s child but also caused Miss Drew to die with hatred. Jenny Green deserved to die!”
“Mr. Caleb Mat was supposed to be the legitimate heir of the Mat family but was treated as an illegitimate child. He beca the scapegoat to take all the hatred from the Drew family, thanks to Jenny Green!”
“How can such a ruthless woman deserve to be the hostess of the Mat family?”
Jenny Green collapsed to the ground, looking at the crowd with a terrified expression and trembling all over.
No! This must be a dream! How could her secret, hidden for twenty years, be discovered?

Xaviera Evans knew well that while the Drew family acted as if they were unaware of the truth, they were, in fact, in league with Jenny Green. Had it not been for the Drew family’s help, how could Jenny Green have so easily beco Mrs. Mat?
