Chapter 624: I Won’t Allow You To Get Hurt
Caleb Mat had been waiting for a long ti. When he saw Xaviera Evans falling backward without hesitation, his eyes were filled with cold ruthlessness, and his anger intensified.

Xaviera opened her eyes tentatively, glanced around, and gave an embarrassed smile.
She picked up a makeup remover wipe and removed the makeup from her face. Her pale, sickly face instantly returned to normal.
Caleb stood behind Xaviera, wrapping his arms around her waist, resting his chin on her shoulder, encircling her in his embrace, and whispered: “Mrs. Mat trusts so much that she fell backward without any hesitation?”
