Georgia’s POV
I couldn’t tell if I was about to faint or fly. Every sound escaping my lips was a mix of pleasure and lewd sounds, breathless, needy, and uncontrollable.
Nick’s pace grew relentless, each movent rougher, hungrier, stripping away every layer of restraint between us. The tenderness from earlier was gone; what replaced it was pure, consuming fire. It was just pure primal urge and thirst.
He gathered my hair in his fist, tilting my head back until his lips brushed my ear. "You have no idea how long I’ve wanted this," he murmured, his voice deep and ragged. "I’ve been holding back, thinking you weren’t ready. If I’d known you wanted this bad..." His words trailed off into a low groan that made my knees weak. "I should’ve done this days ago," he whispered.
A shiver tore through , my body reacting before my mind could catch up. The pull between us tightened, electric, like the air before a storm.
Nick let out a breath that sounded almost like a growl. "Fuck... Are you trying to arouse more, love?" Nick asked like an animal losing its mind.
I shook my head, and was only able to move a bit since he got my hair in his hand. "N-No, it’s not my intention."
"Really? But your pussy is telling sothing different. It’s sucking hard, babe," he teased.
Before I could answer, his rhythm deepened again — fierce, consuming, and utterly claiming. My world blurred into the sound of his voice, the rush of my heartbeat, and the wild surrender that bound us together in that mont.
Every thrust felt like the world was holding its breath with us. Every push, every pull, every heartbeat between us felt like a once-in-a-lifeti mont — fragile, fleeting, and yet so impossibly perfect.
"Georgia... I’m close... Fuck..." Nick murmured, his voice low and strained, each word marked with a kind of desperate pleasure that made my heart race even faster.
His pace slowed, his movents growing deeper, heavier, until I felt the tension coil tighter and tighter inside . Then, he pushed one last ti, burying himself deep, and I felt his release, his body trembling against mine as he groaned my na. I felt it, his hot seeds spurting inside like fireworks.
The mont he let go, sothing inside broke open, too. I reached my own peak again, unexpectedly, my body trembling uncontrollably as we ca undone together.
I closed my eyes, feeling his release and mine, both of us beating in one rhythm, together, as one.
For a mont, there was nothing but warmth and sound — his heartbeat against mine, our breaths mingling, the soft hum of satisfaction filling the air.
And then, it hit .
Flashes — like a movie reel spinning too fast to catch. Rain. Firelight. The sound of waves crashing against the rocks. His laughter. My voice. The cave. Our cave. The oysters, coconut leaves, the three pearls...
My breath hitched as tears filled my eyes. They weren’t dreams or imagination — they were mories. Ours. The island, the storm, the nights we spent tangled together... they all ca rushing back in fragnts, bright and real. Not complete but real...
I blinked through the tears, my heart aching in the best possible way. Those weren’t just mories. They were proof. Proof of love, how we started, how we survived — the kind that endures even when everything else is forgotten.
And in that mont, as I looked at Nick over my shoulder, still holding close, I knew it without doubt...
He wasn’t just a man from my past.
He was the man I had always loved — and the one I would keep on loving, again and again, in this lifeti and every lifeti after.
Nick’s breath was rough against my ear, his body still pressed against mine as if he couldn’t bear to let go. The heat of his skin seeped into , grounding while everything inside trembled.
He buried his face into my neck, his voice low and unsteady. "You have no idea what you do to ," he murmured. "Every ti I’m near you, I lose my mind. You make want to forget control."
I felt his words sink into my chest, every syllable a confession. My heart pounded so hard it hurt. I turned my head slightly, brushing my lips against his temple. "Then don’t hold back," I whispered. "Not with . Because... Because I love you, Nick."
Nick froze for a heartbeat, then he wrapped his arms around , holding tight against him. The energy between us softened, shifting from wild hunger to sothing heavier, deeper.
He kissed my shoulder, a tender contrast to the chaos that ca before. "God, Georgia..." he whispered, his voice breaking just a little. "I thought I’d lost you. I can’t lose you again. I love you so much, you have no idea. I’ll give my whole world to you."
" too, Nick... too..." I whispered, my voice trembling with more than just pleasure. Before he could see my tears, I forced a teasing smile and added softly, "How about we continue this dramatic mont in the bathtub and wash ourselves up?"
Nick chuckled before slowly slipping out of . The warmth of his body left with a shiver that was equal parts bliss and ache. I turned away for a mont, pretending to stretch, and discreetly brushed the tears from my cheeks before he could notice.
Grabbing the towel he had tossed earlier, I wrapped it around myself and followed him to the bathroom. I sank into the water, settling between his legs and leaning back against his chest. His arms instinctively wrapped around , strong and protective, while his breath fanned against the side of my neck.
"Is there anything I should know before the wedding tomorrow?" I asked quietly, tracing invisible circles on his arm.
He humd in thought. "You asked my mother to walk you down the aisle—with Wendy. My father and Violet will be walking with ."
I smiled faintly, letting his words sink in. For now, I kept my secret close — the flashes of our past, the mories slowly piecing themselves together.
I’ll tell him when the ti is right, I thought as I closed my eyes and let the rhythm of his heartbeat calm .
When that mont cos... I hope every mory will already be back — every one of them, including the ones that made fall for him and even the bad ones.
