After Li Qianqian finished calling Ye Qiu last night, she stayed up late playing on her phone and didn’t wake up. Naturally, she didn’t expect Ye Qiu to show up so soon.
Now Ye Qiu sat next to Li Qianqian and gave her a gentle pat on her bottom.
Li Qianqian opened her eyes, feeling a bit confused, assuming it was soone else, but it turned out to be Ye Qiu.
"When did you get here?"
"Just now. Your mom asked you to co down for breakfast."
"I’m still very sleepy." Li Qianqian stayed up too late and her eyes were bloodshot with slight dark circles.
"Well, go wash up first. In a bit, I’ll help you feel more awake."
Li Qianqian got up, groggily went to the bathroom to wash, ca out, and changed into her usual dress, still looking very tired and yawning constantly.
Sitting beside Ye Qiu, Li Qianqian felt like she got a quick peck from Ye Qiu, and when she opened her eyes, she found herself quite energetic.
She wasn’t sure how Ye Qiu did it, but going downstairs, she noticed her father was no longer ho.
Li Qianqian went ahead to have breakfast, with bread and added milk.
"Little Ye, are you really not hungry?" Lu Xiuyu asked.
"Auntie, I’m not hungry, you all go ahead."
Li Qianqian asked, "Ye Qiu, didn’t you say you had sothing important to discuss with my dad?"
"Just did."
When Li Qianqian finished breakfast, Ye Qiu was ready to take a stroll with Li Qianqian around the villa, and then he would leave.
"Little Ye, stay for lunch, I’ll prepare it," Lu Xiuyu said, looking at Ye Qiu.
Since she insisted, Ye Qiu could only stay for lunch.
As they ca out of the villa, Li Qianqian directly hugged Ye Qiu’s arm and asked, "Did you really tell my dad? What did he say?"
"He didn’t say much."
Anyway, Ye Qiu had the funds, so even without Li Zhiguo’s help, he could still manage.
"Where did the money co from? Did you earn it by treating soone again?"
This really surprised Li Qianqian. If he treated soone, it would cost millions, how many people would that take?
In reality, Ye Qiu hadn’t made money by treating people for a long ti.
If he really wanted to earn that way, Ye Qiu wouldn’t have needed to gamble in East Sea City.

The two wandered around the villa, and as it was still early, Lu Xiuyu went to the nearby market to buy groceries. The three then sat down for tea and a chat.

Back at the villa, Ye Qiu continued brainstorming about the research lab for antiviral dication. He knew he couldn’t personally oversee this and would definitely need soone to manage it.
However, Jiang Xiyue was busy with Jiangyue Group in East Sea City and couldn’t handle this. Additionally, Ye Qiu planned to entrust soone else with this task.
Now thinking about it, Zhou Wenting seed most suitable among the people around. After all, she was also from this dical field with decent capabilities, but Ye Qiu wasn’t sure about Zhou Wenting’s thoughts.
Back in the Southwest Plague Area, Ye Qiu had ntioned this to Zhou Wenting before.
So now, he needed to quickly finalize this candidate.
In the late afternoon, after five, Ye Qiu drove Lingshow to Jin University Campus. He then called Zhou Wenting, "Wenting, where are you?"
"I’m at ho with my mom."
"There’s sothing I want to discuss with you."
"What is it?" Zhou Wenting asked eagerly.
"Co over to Jin University, I’ll be waiting for you here."
Ye Qiu parked near the ga company first, then went to check out Zhou Shaohui and the others’ barbecue stand. He saw that at this ti they had started preparing, and hired two part-ti students. These students earned a hundred bucks a day, roughly ten per hour. They could even work a day or two; there was no fixed schedule.
With help, Zhou Shaohui and the trio didn’t have to work as hard.
Moreover, the toughest part about the barbecue business wasn’t stocking, but staying up till two or three in the morning, as so students would co out for supper in the wee hours.
The dorms, although the lights turned off at eleven thirty, didn’t close gates or check rooms.
So, Zhou Shaohui and the others had to be busy at this ti.
Seeing Ye Qiu, Zhou Shaohui asked, "Brother Qiu, want to have so?"
Ye Qiu shook his head, as he planned to go out with Zhou Wenting for food.
"Not eating, just looking."
This barbecue food was okay for occasional indulgence, but not to Ye Qiu’s taste.
As for Tang Kuangde’s stinky tofu, it was similar. This ti slot from five to around ten at night was when it was busiest, with the stench of stinky tofu being evident from afar.
Ye Qiu also walked over. Tang Kuangde’s dorm of six was busy, but their workload was much lighter than Zhou Shaohui’s side.
"Class leader, want a piece?" Tang Kuangde asked.
Ye Qiu shook his head.
Seeing the nicely colored stinky tofu, it seed like Tang Kuangde made it himself.
But, this stinky tofu business was just a small one, and it was good enough to keep it going.
Ye Qiu returned to the ga company, where Li Shen and Zhu Zhiming were busy. Ye Qiu waited there for Zhou Wenting to arrive.
"Hey, where are you? I sll stinky tofu." Zhou Wenting had just parked, imdiately catching a whiff of the stinky tofu sll.
"Stay there, I’m coming to you now."
Ye Qiu went over to the red BMW where Zhou Wenting had parked, with her in the driver’s seat.
Ye Qiu opened the door, got into the passenger seat, and said, "What do you want to eat? Let’s drive."
Finding the stinky tofu odor unbearable, Zhou Wenting quickly drove away, heading to a western restaurant, unsure of what Ye Qiu wanted to discuss.
After parking at the high-end western restaurant entrance, and getting out of the car with Ye Qiu, Zhou Wenting held Ye Qiu’s hand as they walked in.
At the entrance of the upscale restaurant, a waitress saw Ye Qiu’s unusual attire but still led the two inside and seated them by a lovely window seat.
"Sir, Miss, what would you like to order?" another waitress handed over the nu to Zhou Wenting and inquired.
"Just a couple’s set, please," Zhou Wenting responded.
She wasn’t here mainly to eat but to talk with Ye Qiu.
After noting it down, the waitress nodded and stepped away.
