[Master Skills Extracted: Recharging Bath ]
[Master Skills Extracted: Silken Softness]
[Master Skills Extracted: Crowd Flow Control]
"Three," I said as I looked at the text as I opened my eyes.
There is joy on my face as I see them; the master of Tranquill Bathhouse had five master skills. They are the skills of a Master of Legacy and run on essence.
Like my Eyes of Master and Mark of Misk, only these types of skills could be extracted from the master.
Of the five skills, I got three of them. Most importantly, I got two things that I wanted the most. Crowd Flow Control and Recharging Bath.
Crowd Flow Control, as its na suggests. It's a crowd control skill and the one I wanted the most.
I would have been happy, even if I got only this skill. That's how important it is for .
Crowding is a problem for my legacy; everyone wants to visit. I had hired the specialised crowd controllers, but even they had a problem managing it.
This skill will help
trendously with that problem.
Barb had praised it a lot, saying, even when the bathhouse was filled to the brim. This skill would make walking around it much easier, while creating a perception of space.
Recharging Bath is a skill that helps the body replenish its energy. It is most useful to the mages.
It helps them recover their mana faster, as well as helps in recovering from mana burn. It helps others as well, but mostly Mages.
Silken Glow is a skill that won will desire most, and n will secretly appreciate. As its na suggests, it provides silky, soft skin.
It would help the spa trendously.
I looked at them before turning to the legacy skill I got, the one that excited
the most.
Vital Bath.
The na is simple, yet it's impressive. It is a healing skill that helps one recover from their ailnts.
He had four legacy skills; three are the sa as mine and everyone else in Grade III. This was a unique skill that most legacy masters didn't have.
Most gain the special skills after their legacies advance to Grade IV.
I closed my eyes and felt my legacy. It has beco more powerful. The aspect has been added that has already started helping the spa trendously.
However, the one thing that I have gained from Tranquill Bathhouse that is helping the legacy the most is the addition of two new emotions to the Velvet Garden's emotion slate.
Now, the legacy is absorbing more emotion than before, around 8% more.
Which is a considerable number, given the sheer amount of essence that the legacy absorbs every day.
Speaking of legacy, its size had also increased. Now, it is approximately 14% larger and denser than before, despite the Grade IV essence not having been digested.
It made up only 1% of the Tranquil Bathhouse, but it had made things very hard. If it weren't for that, things wouldn't have been this hard.
I looked at it before turning to the most significant haul.
The well inside my core, and now it has beco completely mine. I wanted to bring it out, but didn't. It's as big as this room.
It needed a prominent location, and it seed like they had already prepared for it.
I closed my eyes for a mont before opening them and activating Crowd Flow Control.
I have not fully recovered, and it wouldn't be good to use the skills, but this is a legacy master skill. Their strain on the spirit is minimal as they run on emotional essence.
The skill covered the whole legacy instantly, and I could feel the change imdiately.

It is seven and a half in the evening, the peak hours, and a lot of people are coming in late with lines at the door as always.
The girls at reception and the guards sensed the change imdiately, along with the madams, before the general public started to notice it.
Within a minute, I could see people entering the legacy area more quickly and smoothly.
They are not pushing against each other and moving around smoothly as they entered the legacy.
Seeing that, a smile couldn't help but appear on my face.

I was looking at things when the door opened, and Caena walked inside.
"You are not fully healed. You shouldn't use the skills," she admonished. "It's a master skill," I replied.
"Still," she said. I smiled, but I didn't turn off the skill.
"How long had I been sleeping?" I asked. "Nearly three days," she replied, and my expression beca serious. Even alarm appeared in my eyes.
"The city is fine, except for people leaving," she replied, knowing what I was thinking, and I sighed before getting up from the bed.
"Still, I should go to the city hall," I said. "That would be wise," she agreed and moved to leave.
"There is sothing different about you," I said suddenly. Since she arrived, I have been feeling sothing from her, but I can't quite put my finger on what it is.
She stopped and smiled. "I levelled up," she replied smoothly with a smile.
I am shocked, not because she had levelled up.
I would have been if she didn't. Her spell was powerful; it went against the powerful core and helped us swallow it despite the odds.
Not to ntion five artifacts. One of which we were able to get.
I am shocked because I wasn't able to sense her level. It's very hard to hide it from
in my legacy. Even Miss Dawnstar wasn't able to hide her level, even though she is using a skill.
It is especially hard for those sharing authority. They are connected
through the legacy, but here she is able to do that.
There is one person who was able to do that before her, and that was Bell. She did that through her mastery of the aura, but Caena had just awakened the aura.
"Congratulations," I said with a big smile.
A Lv. 40 is a powerhouse; I would prefer it more in a warrior or mage. I could already see that she knew what I was thinking as she smiled knowingly.
"We will talk after you have returned from the city hall," she replied and walked away from the room.
While I went to the bathroom slowly, I was still feeling a little weak.
Unlike her, I didn't level up. I am not one bit surprised.
My level-up is linked to the legacy. If I want to level up, I will likely have to advance to Grade IV, and for that, I have to do sothing that reinforces my vision deeply.
It is why it will take a considerable number of years for that to happen.
It does not happen to all masters; it is quite rare, actually, but it puts
in a tricky position.
Fortunately, there are ways to escape these binds. The easiest one is to rge my base class with the lord class; this way, I will be able to advance even when my legacy didn't.
Yes, this is the easiest way; the others are difficult and even extre.
I pushed those thoughts away and went to the bathroom to freshen up, and then took a shower. When I ca out, dinner was on the table.
I devoured it before walking out of my room.
I walked through a way that people could see , but couldn't approach .
I would have liked to talk to a few people, but I have to be in the city hall. I have been out for three days, and while nothing serious has happened, I need to show myself to the people.
It is why I am walking out of the legacy, instead of checking the new artifact, which I very much want to do.
Soon, I stepped into the carriage and it began to move, while I looked at the park. It is filled with people, but not as much as it used to be two or three weeks ago.
It couldn't help but make
sigh, because soon, these numbers will shrink even further.
A few minutes later, I walked out of the carriage and stepped into the city hall.
"Lord Silver,"
The people greeted , and I nodded in return. I intentionally move a little slower. So that more people could see
before I finally reached my office.
"You have not recovered. You should be resting," I said to Lola as I stepped inside my office.
She woke up last night and ca back to the office today. Ina left yesterday, just a few hours after she woke up. I wanted to talk to her about a few things, but she needed to return.
"You as well," she replied. To that, I smiled.
If it were up to , I would have rested, but the ti is sensitive. I need to show myself to people to be a pillar in this difficult ti.
'Master Silver, Chief Robin is here,' inford Jill a minute later.

The door opened, and Robin entered. He looked tired and stressed, and office work isn't the only reason.
"Lord Silver," he greeted.
"So, what happened while I was gone?" I asked. I know most things. I took the briefing while coming here.
"Everything went nearly smoothly, aside from the people, of course. They are leaving." He said that, to which I sighed. "Well, there is no surprise there," I replied.
The undead will have that effect. We had expected it and prepared for it, but it still hurt to see them leave.
"The percentage of our people leaving seed less than Deerpond. There had been riots there," he added. I knew that; I took a look at the briefing on the way to City Hall.
"It's never a good choice to stop the people forcefully who are trying to escape the danger," I replied as I read through the pages.
Everyone understood that the whole region is in danger. It will be their cities after the undead conquered mine.
So, they are leaving.
Given the past experiences, we didn't stop anyone from leaving. The only thing we did was to make the process longer.
They will fill out so forms through different departnts, which will take ten days.
Leaving in this way, their properties won't be confiscated, and heavy taxes won't be applied to them when they return. For those on rent, we are willing to store their belongings for a period of three months at no charge.
We have also ensured they are aware that the ceasefire will last at least a month.
So, they have ti to leave.
This will accomplish two things: first, it will make the process more orderly, and second, it will enable us to control the narrative and perception.
There is also the third thing, which will be very important if we weather this storm.
It will encourage them to return to the city after the danger is dealt with and they believe it is safe.
This won't stop those with little to their na, or those selling off their possessions, which is fine. We already know many are going to leave.
There is nothing we could do to stop many of them, but we could at least try to prevent so.
