Ruby Sullivan’s speech video was posted on the forum’s official blog, and after fernting overnight, it surprisingly hit the trending topics list. The official blog that originally had only tens of thousands of zombie followers suddenly beca popular, and both the forum organizers and Ruby were amazed by the trending topic.
Although the forum invited several influencer marketers and professional buyers, it lacked any celebrity traffic. Such heat, if not paid for, would definitely not make it to the trending topics. Moreover, this kind of specialized exchange forum is only popular within certain circles, making hype not very aningful.
Being a perfur is not considered a popular profession in Celestia. Many people only know about this profession through movies and fictional novels. Those who are aware also don’t fully understand, assuming the profession is sowhat like a chemist, wearing a white lab coat all day, holding a flask in front of confusing glass instrunts doing experints. It’s like there might be a sudden burst of fire, and after a mini mushroom cloud disperses, leaving behind a whiff of fragrance, saying: Wow, this is the scent I’ve been searching for!
But Ruby Sullivan’s speech was hilarious. Putting aside her analysis and outlook on the dostic perfu market, as well as so sales data, her straightforward description peeled back the mysterious veil of a perfur, not only making many young people aspire to this career,
but even making those who never paid attention to perfus want to buy a small bottle to try.
The work of a perfur, as described by Ruby Sullivan, is both fun and exquisite, imaginative yet disciplined, not only awakening mories but also preserving happiness. What a romantic and beautiful job!
Ruby Sullivan looked at the praise pouring beneath her Weibo, doubting if she was dreaming.
Previously, she always used Facebook and Instagram. After returning to Celestia and opening Weibo, she was either ignored or criticized relentlessly. Suddenly gaining over a hundred thousand followers, almost all comnts and private ssages were complints, which left her bewildered.
"Did you pay for bots?" She nudged Ethan Sterling, who had stayed over again.
Ethan Sterling lazily replied, "I don’t have that kind of spare money."
"Hmm, spending money on this indeed seems wasteful. Who could it be?" Ruby pondered, scrolling through her private ssages. Though she voiced disbelief, her sparkling eyes clearly showed she was thrilled.
Ethan initially planned to tell her to sleep a little longer, but seeing her enjoy the praises, he didn’t interrupt her, letting her relish quietly.
Most of the comnts were repetitive, and there were quite a few marketing accounts and adult content accounts particularly comnting under the trending topics, but Ruby stubbornly browsed through every comnt before contentedly putting down her phone.
Her face blossod like peach flowers, and her heart felt sweet as if sared with honey.
Ethan hugged her, "Happy?"
"Happy." She exhaled comfortably, "Feels like we can save a lot on advertising when launching new products in the future."
"Ambitious." Ethan smiled and teased her, then gave her a kiss on the cheek, "It’s still early, sleep a bit more."
Ruby Sullivan’s trending topic proved the fundantal difference between spending money and gaining traction through rit. This topic brought several of Nirvana’s products into the spotlight for praise. Many self-proclaid experts even created an annual tiline of the perfus Ruby released over the years.
Of course, many emotional bloggers focused on the complex entanglents between her, Ethan Sterling, and L, but the text still revealed admiration for her!
Later, soone exposed her college photos, seemingly cropped from a class photo, and compared them to her current photos, making her once again a stunning aspirational figure.
Ruby Sullivan’s Weibo was once again flooded with comnts and private ssages, mostly asking for her weight-loss secrets. To ensure her phone’s normal operation, she had to make so changes to Weibo’s notification settings.
After the weekly eting, Howard stayed behind to discuss the trending topic with Ruby Sullivan, thinking they should seize the opportunity to make a response and solidify the current followers.
Even though Ruby had been seriously looking through things for the past few days, she hadn’t posted anything, whereas all kinds of marketing accounts rushed to answer on her behalf. Dragon Girl even called imdiately wanting to make an electronic edition for her, to create a personal biography up to the present, but Ruby hadn’t agreed yet.
"Wenny, you’ve got so much hot stuff going on — being L’s disciple, Ethan Sterling’s wife, the first Celestian perfur to win a FIFI award, shedding sixty pounds to transform into an inspirational beauty, and obviously able to live by appearance but choosing to rely on talent by starting Nirvana after facing various challenges when we launched Nirvana. I think it’s enough content for a movie."
Howard joyously rattled off a lengthy sentence, seeing as the company’s financial director, he noted the saved advertising expenses would be imnse.
"Let think about it." Ruby responded with a smile, clearly avoiding the topic.
Howard, too enthused, failed to detect her hesitation in her tone, "Opportunity knocks but once, and the mory of netizens is short. Attention will soon decline. If we don’t consolidate now, we’ll lose much of it."
"Got it." Ruby replied briefly before hurriedly leaving the conference room.
Howard watched her back in surprise, only then realizing Ruby seed off.
Indeed, she was off — she was scared.
The various experiences upon returning to Celestia led her to want to keep a low profile while making perfus. It was enough for people to focus on her products. As for who she was with or the miserable past she had been through and how she rose again, no matter how inspirational, it wasn’t sothing she wanted to share, because the process wasn’t beautiful, rather ugly and painful.
She was more afraid that excessive attention might trigger more severe online exposure one day. She had a dark history, and although T had helped her manage so of it, she still felt uneasy thinking about the press conference day.
The more attention she garnered, the more prominent the double-edged sword effect beca. Even if she wasn’t afraid of self-harm, she worried about affecting her family.
Ruby suddenly understood why Sasha Shaw had always hesitated to establish a personal brand — she didn’t dare to take risks facing this double-edged sword.
Ruby Sullivan cald herself in the office for a few minutes, unprecedentedly not rushing to the lab to work but instead grabbing her bag and heading straight to tamorphosis’s studio.
Right now, the only person who could help clear her thoughts was her dear Sasha Shaw.
Sasha was also just done with her regular eting, and upon seeing Ruby, she first smiled and congratulated her. Due to Ruby Sullivan’s trending ti, tamorphosis benefited as well, not just increasing followers on the official blog, but also seeing a spike in online store traffic, with orders this week catching up to last year’s Double Eleven.
Listening to Sasha enthusiastically talk about the benefits brought by traffic, Ruby suddenly had a brilliant idea and proposed: "How about doing an interview about our friendship?"
