Seeing Ethan Sterling walk out of the study, the three people sitting on the sofa stood up.

Ethan Sterling said tersely, "My daughter prefers girls, the driver will send you two ho shortly."

After sending those two away, Ethan Sterling ntioned the requirents, "Normally, you’ll be teaching Honey in the study. Right now, she just wants to learn a few more words to quickly reach the level where she can read books herself. You can organize the content based on her learning progress."

"Alright."

"When are you available?"

"It’s sumr vacation now, I have ti every day."

Ethan Sterling glanced at his watch, "Then let’s start in the afternoon, if you’re free, join us for lunch to get acquainted with Honey." He paused and added, "She’s in a bit of a bad mood today."

"I don’t mind, there’s still ti. How about I chat with her first?" Claire Bishop was eager for this job and naturally hoped to establish a good relationship with Honey as soon as possible. After all, if Honey didn’t like her, she could be dismissed at any ti.

Ethan Sterling thought of Ruby Sullivan working on Honey’s feelings and felt that going in now might intensify Honey’s emotions. "You can rest in the living room first, want to watch TV?"

Claire Bishop shook her head and felt a bit shy seeing Ethan Sterling suddenly acting gentle.

She hadn’t expected the child’s parent to be so handso. Before, when she helped at the "Little Desk," the dads who ca to pick up their kids were either pot-bellied, greasy middle-aged n or on their way to becoming pot-bellied, greasy middle-aged n. Even when there was the occasional well-built one, they didn’t have looks like his.

Moreover, the child’s mother was also good-looking, though she seed pale and wasn’t talkative, appearing delicate like Diana Linden.

After Ethan Sterling left, Claire Bishop took out her phone and started researching characteristics of five-year-olds online to pass the ti.

Soon, Ruby Sullivan brought Honey out of the study, and the little one’s eyes were slightly red, as if she had been crying.

Claire Bishop had seen many kids who didn’t like studying, going to school like heading to the gallows. Although the dad said the kid wanted to learn, who knew the real situation? But this little girl was just too adorable! Her big eyes looked like a cute doll in a comic, and even in a slightly upset state right now, she’s still endearing.

Claire promptly stood up and smiled, "Hello Mrs. Sterling, hello Honey, I’m Claire Bishop, nice to et you."

Honey looked at her mom, who nodded to encourage her. Reluctantly, she said, "Hello, I’m Dulcie Sterling, nice to et you..." Not happy at all. She sighed, "Very pleased."

"Hello, I’m Ruby Sullivan, you can call Ruby or Wenny." Ruby Sullivan briefly introduced herself. Ever since leaving The Sterling Family, no one at ho had called her Mrs. Sterling anymore, even Owen Fulton, who followed her, now calls her Second Miss like Mama Bennett. Suddenly hearing soone call her Mrs. Sterling felt unsettling.

"Then I’ll call you Wenny from now on." Claire Bishop also liked this gentle hostess; beauty easily creates a good impression.

Ruby Sullivan crouched down and patted Honey’s shoulder, feeling like her daughter was beginning to grow up, "Alright, take Claire to the study and show her where you’ll be having lessons."

Honey nodded and took another look at the smiling elder sister, seemingly nice indeed, then stepped forward and grabbed her hand, "Mr. Bishop, let’s go."

"Alright!" Claire Bishop lifted her backpack as she walked with Honey towards the study.

Ruby Sullivan watched their backs, hoping Honey would quickly get along with her.

This girl had a good background, grew up abroad with both parents as researchers, and the whole family moved back this year, letting her complete the final year of her undergraduate studies as an exchange student dostically.

She was about to look for Ethan Sterling in the bedroom when Mama Bennett suddenly approached and whispered, "Second Miss, you’ve left a young girl at ho?"

Ruby Sullivan was dumbfounded, unsure of the implication, "The kids all like her, why?"

Mama Bennett frowned, looking disappointed at the naive Second Miss, "Did you forget about Rhonda Sullivan? How can you dare leave such a young girl at ho? What if she sets her sights on the master?"

Ruby Sullivan chuckled bitterly, thinking to herself, won interested in Ethan Sterling must be in no short supply. Even though he hasn’t publicly announced his divorce, various butterflies will still flock to him.

"It’s fine, she’s just Honey’s tutor and won’t be staying here." Ruby Sullivan replied evasively, yet with her own plan in mind.

After everything that happened, she understood that n, these creatures, can’t be restrained by rely watching. There needs to be an emotional attachnt or a benefit tie; either way, the man must willingly accept the constraint.

Mama Bennett saw her indifferent expression, knowing she wasn’t taking it to heart, and understood that saying more would be useless, so she could only silently take note to keep an eye out.

"Oh right, Ethan said that the young lady will be having lunch at ho. You go ask what she likes, and we’ll add two dishes for lunch."

"Alright." Mama Bennett responded and involuntarily let out a sigh as she turned to leave.

Ruby Sullivan looked at Mama Bennett’s back, growing ever fonder of her.

Her biological father no longer cared for her, yet only Mama Bennett continued to show consistent care.

She chuckled, turned, and went to find Ethan Sterling.

Ethan Sterling sat on the window seat reading the newspaper, enveloped in just the right amount of sunlight, which frad him in a thin halo, paired with his chiseled profile, like an angel fallen to earth.

Tsk, tsk, this man’s looks truly have no dead angles in all 360 degrees. Wasn’t he scouted as a star in his younger years?

He heard the door open, knew she was at the doorway, but wanted to finish the page, so he didn’t look up. Yet after a while, not hearing footsteps, his thoughts wandered, and upon reading a sentence for the third ti, he decisively put down the book, tilted his head, and asked, "What are you doing standing at the door?"

Ruby Sullivan laughed, entered, and closed the door, "I thought you hadn’t heard open it, didn’t want to interrupt your reading." Hmm, actually I wanted to take a few more glances at his focused appearance—n are most charming when they are concentrated. With the young hottie sent away, she could only look at him so more to console her injured soul.

Ethan Sterling turned and looked straight at her, "Was that young male teacher today handso, or am I more handso?"

Ruby Sullivan was stunned, quickly walked over and held his face, squeezing and inspecting it, "What kind of demon are you? Where have you taken Mr. Sterling?"

Ethan Sterling’s handso face got distorted under her hands, but his eyes steadfastly gazed at her. Listening to her playfully act out, he raised a hand to hold her waist, pulling her closer, "Take a good look, who’s better looking?"
