Before long, the entire hospital was buzzing with the news that Cheng Suisui had woken up.
"Suisui, do you still recognize Mom?" Cheng’s mother asked, teary-eyed, as she stepped forward and gazed at her daughter, who was staring blankly.
She was terrified that her daughter might have amnesia after waking up, just like in those lodramatic TV dramas.
"Pfft!" Cheng Suisui, who had just gotten used to the light, couldn’t help but laugh, "Mommy! Your imagination is really rich, you didn’t think I had amnesia, did you?"
Cheng Suisui almost died laughing.
Once she was sure that her daughter was really okay, Cheng’s mother couldn’t help but hug her and burst into tears, "My daughter, you’ve finally woken up, you don’t know how much Mom has missed you these past few years..."

"It’s truly a miracle that you woke up," the doctor said with a smile as he approached.
Cheng Suisui smiled and remained silent.
She thought to herself that suddenly turning into a cat was the real miracle!
The doctor and the nurse carried Cheng Suisui to a wheelchair and took her for an examination.
Since she had been in a vegetative state for many years, Cheng Suisui was still unable to take care of herself and needed to undergo rehabilitation training to beco like a healthy person.
Cheng’s parents imdiately followed them.
After several examinations, the doctor furrowed his brow upon seeing the reports.
"Doctor, what’s wrong?" Cheng’s mother, noticing the grave look on the doctor’s face, felt her heart leap into her throat, fearing that sothing might have gone wrong with her precious daughter again.
The doctor answered, puzzled, "Mrs. Cheng, your daughter’s heart disease has healed..."
"What!?"
Upon hearing this, Cheng’s father, Cheng’s mother, and Cheng Suisui were all stunned.
They hadn’t treated the heart disease, so how had it mysteriously healed?
"Doctor, are you, are you serious?" Cheng Suisui looked at him in disbelief.
"I am serious," the doctor confird with a nod, "how could I possibly joke about such a matter with a patient?"
"This is an act of divine grace, it must be divine grace!" Cheng’s mother was uncontrollably excited, endlessly thanking the heavens.
The doctor couldn’t resist exclaiming, "This is a miracle, a miracle!"
In his many years of practice, he had never seen a patient with congenital heart disease heal on their own.
Cheng Suisui’s tears fell once again, "It’s healed... my body has healed... it’s healed... I can now live like a normal person..."
She would be able to get married and have children like any other girl, living out her life.
No longer having to worry about dying at any mont.
And no longer fearing that her elderly parents would have to live out their latter years alone.
