“Actually, the babies are still about the size of soybeans right now, I doubt they even add up to a few grams, how could I possibly feel heavy…” ngng started by saying this, but quickly changed her tune, “But since you’re begging to get on your back, I guess I’ll just have to put up with being carried by you.”
“If you don’t want to get on, don’t force yourself.” Gu Zhihan pretended he was going to get up.
“Ah!!” ngng imdiately pounced on his back, petulantly tugging at his hair, “I was just saying that on purpose, why do you have to take it so seriously!”
“Just teasing you.”
Gu Zhihan cheerfully held onto her legs, carrying her to the elevator.
He then continued to carry her all the way to the parking spot.
Halfway through the drive, ngng’s complexion turned very pale, she raised her hand to cover the area over her heart, “Gu Zhihan, stop the car quickly, I feel like I’m about to throw up.”
“Feeling carsick?”
Upon hearing this, Gu Zhihan imdiately braked and stopped at the roadside.
The mont the car stopped, ngng hurriedly pushed the door open and got out, then leaned on the roadside railing, desperately vomiting.
Since she basically hadn’t eaten anything in the morning, what ca out was all stomach acid.
Gu Zhihan handed her a bottle of mineral water while patting her back, “ngng, do you want to drink so water?”

During her days working at the maternity clinic, she knew that pregnant won had it tough, but at that ti she was an outsider. Even though she knew it wasn’t easy for pregnant won, she couldn’t truly empathize. But now, just one bout of morning sickness and she felt like she could hardly bear it,

Gu Zhihan imdiately handed her an opened bottle of mineral water.
ngng took it and instantly tilted her head back, gulping it down “glug glug.”
“Drink slowly, be careful not to choke,” Gu Zhihan said as his large hand gently rubbed her back.
After drinking water, ngng felt much better.
She let out a sigh and looked up at Gu Zhihan, “I’m afraid I can’t ride in the car anymore, I feel especially terrible just slling the inside of the car.”
“Then we won’t take the car,” Gu Zhihan agreed readily.
To say nothing of such a small request not to take the car, even if she wanted the stars in the sky at that mont, he would’ve plucked them for her without hesitation.
ngng nodded while suggesting, “Then you drive the car back, and I’ll walk ho by myself.”
“How could that be okay?” Gu Zhihan imdiately rejected the idea.
Setting aside the fact that she was pregnant, even if she weren’t, he wouldn’t feel at ease with her walking alone on the busy roads.
ngng spread her hands, “How is it not okay? I’m not a child anymore.”
Does he really need to be this worried about her?

“In my eyes, you’ve always been a child,” Gu Zhihan said as he lifted his hand to touch her soft hair and then made a phone call to his secretary to have the car driven back.
He then took her hand and strolled down the street lined with plane trees.
As they walked, ngng listened to Gu Zhihan saying, “After these two little brats are born, I’ll definitely give them a good lesson.”
As he spoke, ngng could clearly hear the grinding of his teeth, as if he had a deep grudge against these unborn children.
ngng’s eyes widened in an instant, instinctively protecting her belly, she demanded, “What are you planning to do?”
“They’re making you suffer so much, don’t they deserve a lesson?” Gu Zhihan said seriously.
