As she wailed, a luxurious car suddenly appeared, stopping right in front of them.
With its imposing manner, the sight was overwhelming!

But they soon found out.
The driver, clad in a suit and bowtie, wearing white gloves, stepped out respectfully and opened the door for them, “The road down the mountain is far, I’m here to give you all a lift.”
“This seems to be the Li Family’s driver!” Luo ngng observed keenly, noticing the “Li Family” embroidery on the suit of the man.
The driver nodded, “Yes, miss, I’m the Li Family’s driver. The butler sent to take you all down the mountain.”
Upon hearing this, Tong Mo promptly pulled ngng and the others into the car, “Then let’s get in the car. We can’t pass up a ride that cos right to our doorstep.”
“Makes sense!”
ngng nodded.
Though it was just a ride down the mountain, the driver, fearing they wouldn’t be able to hail a ride at that hour, went ahead and drove them all the way ho.
After getting back ho, Tong Mo received Tong Nian’s mocking and jeering.
“Tong Mo, I truly didn’t expect you to be so shaless!” Tong Nian, wearing makeup too mature for her age and flipping her long hair, looked at her with disdain, “Last night, you made a scene in front of dad, saying you didn’t want to marry an old man, but today, you’re all eager to run over to their house! What a shaful wretch!”
