"I..." Li Mumu bit her lip, just about to speak, but was interrupted by Bei Mo.
"Let say it." Bei Mo lifted his gaze, eting Chongchong’s and Li Xingchen’s eyes, "Uncle Li, Aunt Gu, Mumu is pregnant!"
"What!?"
Chongchong was instantly stunned, the plate in her hand fell to the ground with a crisp "clang," her eyes fixed in shock on the two of them.
Li Mumu’s face was so red it looked like it might bleed, desperately wishing she could find a hole to crawl into.
"Bastard!" Li Xingchen’s face turned as black as coal, he took a step forward, his long legs closing the distance, grabbing Bei Mo by the collar, eyes glaring fiercely at him, as if ready to kill him at any mont.
The majority of fathers in the world would feel both pain and anger seeing their beautiful daughters involved with soone before marriage.
Even Li Xingchen, though noble as a king, could not escape this feeling.
Bei Mo’s face, however, showed no fear, only sincerity and seriousness. "Uncle Li, please calm down, I truly love Mumu, and I am willing to marry her, love her and protect her for a lifeti."
As he spoke, he was also tightly holding Li Mumu’s hand.
At this mont, Li Xingchen was already furious, and Bei Mo’s words only added fuel to the fire. Li Xingchen couldn’t help but clench his fist to punch him.
"Daddy! Calm down!"

Li Mumu was so frightened by his anger that her tears imdiately started to fall.

"Mumu, don’t cry don’t cry. It’s just having a child, what’s the big deal!" Chongchong walked forward compassionately, wiping away her tears with a tissue. "You and Xiaomo have a legitimate boyfriend and girlfriend relationship, you’re both adults, isn’t accidental pregnancy quite normal?"
That’s the logic, but thinking about her father’s attitude made Li Mumu feel especially sad, crying uncontrollably.
Chongchong also realized her daughter’s embarrassnt and imdiately scolded Li Xingchen, "Li Xingchen, why are you being so fierce? It’s the modern age now, having a relationship and getting pregnant is not such a big deal, do you have to make it so exaggerated?"
"As if our Mumu committed so unforgivable cri!"
"Pregnant before marriage! Is that not a big cri?" Li Xingchen’s face grew darker and darker, gritting his teeth.
Chongchong, hands on her hips, "Then just let them get married. After all, in country A, the legal marriage age is eighteen!"
