"Should we go?" Sylphy asked nervously, seeing the bloody trail continue down the staircase. She was obviously not fond of the dark passage leading into deeper darkness.

"Otherwise, do you plan to stand here? Don't you want to go ho? The faster we deal with this shit, the faster we can go back," Myne put his arm around Sylphy and led her down the staircase.

"Should we use sothing to light up? It's a bit too dark here; I can barely see anything," Aisha asked. Her suggestion was refused by Myne, who, after getting the Nightwalker's bloodline, could see in the darkness as clearly as in the dayti.

He didn't want to attract random monsters by illuminating the surroundings and becoming a target. Since he was powerful enough to handle anything, his vision was more than enough to ensure everyone's safety, so they just had to follow him and leave the rest to him.

"Is this the fourth basent floor? So far, I have never seen such structures in any of the other dungeons I've been to," Sylphy said with a frown, looking at the pitch black darkness around her, giving her a very creepy vibe.

"Neither have I. Is this so kind of hidden place? Otherwise, there's no explanation for why we're here. We should have gone directly to the boss room or a teleportation point to move to the next floor or get out of the dungeon," Aisha said, looking around while explaining.

Unlike the previous floor, this ti a vast scene lay before them, so vast that even the endpoint couldn't be seen. There was only one straight line, going from one end to the other. The only thing that existed on this floor was this passageway. There was nothing else.

"Maybe it's another maze-type trap. There should be a hidden door sowhere on this floor, similar to how we found the door on the third basent floor. We can only move forward after finding it. This is going to be a pain in the ass again," Myne said, annoyed, while rubbing his forehead.

He quickly wanted to complete this mission and go back ho so he could enter the gaming world and visit Cosmic Arena or play another dungeon, but now he was stuck in this never-ending dungeon.

"By the way, the blood trail continues deep into this passage. Do you think soone deliberately left this so we, like idiots, would follow it and jump into another party's trap?" Myne, who was the only one who could see crystal-clearly, spoke while taking out a magic lamp and illuminating the surroundings.

Since there was only a single passage on this floor, he didn't have to worry about a sneak attack. As long as he walked in front, everything would be fine, so there was no need to let everyone continue to be blind. God knows if he missed the hidden door because of overconfidence, and since the others couldn't see in the darkness, wouldn't they be stuck on this floor?

"Finally, so light. Now I feel much better," Sylphy breathed a sigh of relief as she was able to see again.

"Wow, that's a lot of blood. I don't think the person who lost so much blood would be able to see tomorrow's sun," Aisha said, kneeling down to observe the bloodstain before shaking her head.

If not for the fact that everyone in her team was very powerful and she knew Myne could teleport them out if things went wrong, she would have long ago fled from this dungeon just by seeing all those creepy things along the way. She cared about her life more than so illusory reputation.

"Let's move on; there's no need to waste more ti," Myne said, leading everyone into the dark, creepy passage that looked like it was leading them to the abyss.

"...Ave......"

Thud!

"What was that?" Suddenly hearing a noise out of thin air, Myne and the others, who had long ago lost their vigilance after walking for forty minutes without finding anything, jolted awake. They began looking ahead with focus while taking a defensive stance.

"Myne, I think there's sothing ahead," Waffle said, narrowing his eyes and speaking seriously.

"I can see that," Myne didn't take the thing in front of him seriously because, in his eyes, whatever was ahead was just small fry that could be dealt with easily; there was no need to make a mountain out of a molehill.

"Gurururururuuuu!"

"So...one...sa...ve..."

"Ah, I see it. It's a Chira. No wonder it was making so many weird noises; for once, I thought there were a lot of monsters ahead."

F*ck! So many abilities. It's my first ti seeing soone with more than three abilities. Even divine beasts don't have this kind of privilege. This motherf*cker definitely has so unspoken relationship with Lady Luck. Myne's eyes widened in shock as he looked at the Chira's status.

But co to think of it, I shouldn't be so surprised, after all, this creature is a super hybrid of who knows how many different beasts, so it's bound to gain so of their abilities. And it also has an 'Experintal Body' tag, which ans soone has ssed with its already ssy body, giving it even more weird abilities." Myne mused, rubbing his chin.

"Myne! Over there!" Aisha suddenly shouted, pointing at the Chira's mouth. Myne looked and saw it eating soone's arm.

"H...el...p..."

They heard a voice coming from under the Chira. It seed to have been saving food for later instead of finishing everyone imdiately.

Myne looked closer and saw a middle-aged man with thinning hair lying beneath the creature. His right arm and left foot were torn off, and his entire body was covered in blood. Only God knew how he was still alive after sustaining such large, deadly injuries and losing a huge amount of blood.

"Hey, you guys there, I can see you... Are you the ones who defeated those Gargoyles? Can you please save ? I'm willing to give you anything. Please save , I don't want to die. My wife and seven children are waiting for at ho..."

"How is he able to speak so calmly?" Sylphy wondered, becoming wary. "Isn't he feeling any pain? That Chira looks very heavy. If it sat on , I wouldn't be able to breathe properly, let alone pretend to be calm and act as if I'm just asking for a glass of water."

"Then should I just blast both of them and clear the way? It seems pointless to help him and waste our ti, Myne asked, not having the sa thoughts as Sylphy. To him, every strange event could be explained with one word: "Skills." There were so many weird skills out there that it was no surprise this guy could still be at ease despite losing half his body.

"Don't be so cold-blooded, Myne. We need this guy to know what's going on with him and his friends, whether they left the dungeon or are still wandering around, and most importantly, how they found this dungeon."

"Fine, fine, you're the boss," Myne said, rolling his eyes as if he didn't expect such an answer from her. He walked forward, ready to send the Chira on its way and, of course, steal its two juicy unique skills. He hadn't expected to be so lucky as to get three unique skills in a single day.

But he had only taken a few steps when a man with long black hair, pale white skin, and crimson eyes, wearing a red tuxedo, erged from the darkness. The most unusual thing about him was the two hard, pointy horns on his head. He stood beside the Chira, which now looked nothing like a mystical beast but more like a pet dog, caring only about the food in its mouth and ignoring everything else as if it were invisible.

"Hello, everyone. How may I help you?" The horned man spoke with a smile, his hands behind his back like a gentleman.

"Are you a demon?" Myne asked, looking at the horns. But the man's modern clothing style made it difficult for him to relate this guy to the demons he had heard about in stories, who were nothing but barbaric killers.

"Ah, it's as you guessed. I'm one of the random guys from the Demon race. The na's Xanadu. Nice to et you," The horned man turned out to be surprisingly polite, completely dumbfounding everyone on Myne's team.

"I'd like you to hand that person over there to us. We have so questions to ask him," Myne, although shocked, quickly returned to business.

"Hahaha, you seem to be quite a rude person, huh? Even though I've given you my na, where are your manners, young man?" The horned man said with a faint smile, seeming to be in a good mood and not minding wasting ti.

"When did demons start having a sense of courtesy?" Myne rubbed his head in confusion and looked back at his wives, who were also dumbfounded, not knowing what to do.

"Forget it. My na is Myne, and now give that idiot to us." Myne shrugged and waved his hand. As for apologising, there was no way he was going to do that; it wasn't like he had asked for the other party's na in the first place.
