Why did the world turn out like this?

To explain that, we've gotta go back to seven years ago.

It all started one morning, seven years ago.

~~~
Celestine Lucullus, a high elf revered by the Eos people as the reincarnation of the goddess Larentia, entered the holy sanctuary as usual to pray for peace for the people of the region.
As her bodyguard, Claudia was stationed outside the temple with a squad of Knights, standing guard.
That's when she heard a loud rumble from the sky.
She looked up.
What she saw stunned her—a massive rift had torn open the sky, like a wound slashed across the blue sky.
From it, waves of strange pinkish-purple light poured out, dyeing the once-blue sky an ominous, unnatural color.
Faced with sothing so bizarre and unprecedented, Claudia—who'd only been the leader of the Knights for less than three months—was at a total loss.
She was just about to rush into the temple to ask Lady Celestine what the hell was going on when—
A massive beam of light shot out from the sanctuary, piercing the sky.
The rift above started closing rapidly, sealing itself shut.
But at the sa ti, the blinding massive beam of light coming from the sanctuary started to fade—almost like it was burning itself out.
After so ti, about 90% of the light disappeared, just like that.
The remaining 10% split into two parts.
One half broke into millions of tiny light beams that scattered across the world.
The other half solidified into a transparent do-shaped barrier that enveloped the Seven Fortresses and the land to their north—the area protected by the Seven Shields Alliance.
The next few days were total chaos.
But after all the information ca in from different regions—and once Lady Celestine finally woke up from her coma—it started to make a bit of sense to Claudia.
That rift in the sky? It was a sign of an Outer God invading their world.
The pinkish-purple light leaking out of it? That was the literal manifestation of the god's corrupting power.
And the massive pillar of light from the sanctuary that sealed the rift? That was the last-minute awakening of the goddess Larentia, still sleeping inside her reincarnation, Celestine.
She didn't react in ti to stop the initial invasion, but at least she managed to close the gate.
Even so, so of the Outer evil God's power had already leaked into the world, corrupting its very laws.
From that mont on, all it took was a single impure desire in soone's heart—just one little seed—and that person would fall. They'd beco a tool of the evil.
Before falling back into slumber, the goddess used the last of her divine strength to do two things.
First, she created the barrier that now surrounds the Seven Fortresses. It's designed to purify anything tainted by the evil God.
Second, she triggered a massive teleportation event.
Half of it was to bring innocent girls—babies, children, even teens—from all across the world into the safe zone. Basically, she wanted to preserve as much hope as possible for the future.
The other half? It was used to teleport out anyone already corrupted who happened to be inside the barrier at the ti—just in case they could be used as anchors to let the Outer God breach the shield later on.
『Earth's Cancer』: Sothing's not adding up.
After hearing Claudia's full breakdown of the "Sky Rift" incident from seven years ago, Fujiwara Chika finally spoke up in the group chat.
『Earth's Cancer』: I can't exactly put my finger on it, but sothing feels... off.
『Catwoman』: Want to give you a hint?
『Earth's Cancer』: ???
『Catwoman』: Just look at Mister Veyron.
『Earth's Cancer』: That's it! I knew sothing was bugging !
『Earth's Cancer』: Rember that last world we visited? Only nine survivors made it through the apocalypse, and even then, five of them were fate-bonded protagonists, and the other four were close relatives or sothing. So that still kinda made sense.
『Earth's Cancer』: But this ti? Seven million survivors—and all of them are girls? That's seriously pushing it.
『Earth's Cancer』: Like okay, sure. I get that anyone who had ever experienced "that kind of thing" was imdiately ruled out because the god's corruption targets impure desires. Fine, adults get the axe.
『Earth's Cancer』: But literally not a single boy survived? You an to tell even newborn baby boys were considered corrupted?
『Snake Empress』: Maybe the goddess's power was limited. After she sealed the rift, she could only save a certain number of people… so she prioritized those she wanted to protect most?
Hancock tossed in her theory.
『Lady Avalon』: That's definitely a possibility.
『Lady Avalon』: If this world has over seven million girls who are still pure, then there must be tens of millions of won in total. Maybe that "seed of corruption" was never planted for so of them.
『Lady Avalon』: So if the goddess only had just enough power to create the barrier and couldn't afford to do a more refined selection, it makes sense that only those girls were left.
『Lady Avalon』: But still—why only girls? That's really strange. The odds of that happening are insanely low… almost impossible.Unless… maybe the goddess actually hates n.
『Ordinary Human』: ...
...
For Veyron?
Well, he had a different take entirely.
To him, this whole situation was just like the age-old debate from his own world—whether human nature is inherently good or evil.
In this world?
He'd sum it up as: "Human nature is lewd by default."
Especially in an 18 "Hentai" setting like this—basically a hardcore adult fantasy with a "dark fall" twist.
This world was made so that n are born with desire, and won vary to offer different experiences—so are pure, others not.
The point of a story like this is that the more innocent the girl is at the start, the more satisfying her fall into darkness becos.
That kind of transformation just hits different for the kind of people who enjoy these gas or stories.
If the girl was already lewd? Then her becoming "corrupted" just doesn't feel the sa. Hell, you can't even call it corruption anymore.
So yeah, it makes sense that only the girls chosen were pure from the start. It fits the "rules" of the world.
Now the guys, on the other hand...
They're tools. Plain and simple.
Tall, short, fat, skinny, young, old—doesn't matter.
No one cares if they're into it or not. No one's even looking at them.
Hell, even beasts were showing up more than them. Actually, they had better status.
If Veyron's theory is right, then yeah... the goddess deliberately choosing not to save a single male?
It's ssed up. But honestly? It kind of makes sense.
So how does he know all this about the world?
Well—he can only say: thanks, Japan.
