Since they made a deal, Linda had been spending most of her ti in Skylar Crops along with Gwen and Karl instead in Ac Internationals.

She thought working there would give her the opportunity to bond with Karl, so she also convince Charles to which the old man blindly agreed. He was impressed with how Linda was finally able to differentiate what was good for her and leaving her useless boyfriend Ryan was the best decision.

Sitting in one of the cabins, Linda was busy working on a presentation that she was supposed to present to their clients.

That day when Karl agreed with Gwen, she had to seek their clients and talk to them by herself which ended up wasting most of her ti before they finally ca to a conclusion and now here she was doing all the work by herself.

Pushing the laptop onto the table, she fud. It had been more than two hours yet neither Gwen nor Karl to ca check on her with the presentation. They were supposed to guide her as per her grandfather’s request yet she was all by herself.

"I don’t think this is going anywhere. Being patient is doing no good for . Instead, I am the one who is losing ti" Linda muttered as she tried to think of sothing to quicken her plan.

She was busy racking her brain when suddenly she felt waves of nausea pass through her. Leaving everything aside, she rushed towards the restroom and threw up.

After she was done, Linda straighten up and looked at herself in the mirror in front of the sink. Noticing the paleness on her face, her eyes instantly moved toward her flat belly.

"I have to make it quick before my baby bump becos visible" she muttered staring at her as she slowly reached her hand and caressed it.

"I won’t let you stay away from your father for too long" With a cold glint passing through her eyes, Linda once again looked into the mirror and smirked.

Natalie stepped out of Scott’s mansion, ready to et Noah who suddenly asked her out on a date. At first, she thought she just misheard his word, but when he confird it, she felt like she was on cloud nine.

Impressed with how her bond with Noah has been developing so fast, she imdiately agreed with him and here she was going on her first official date with him.

Her smile widened even more when she saw Noah waiting for her outside. The mont he watched her make her way to him, he imdiately engulfed her in his arms.

"You look so pretty" His complint made her blush and they both pulled back.

Walking towards the car like a true gentleman Noah opened the passenger seat door for her and watched her enter. Closing the door shut, he then walked towards the driver seat and hopped in before he left they drove out of the mansion gates.

Unknown to them Lucas who just stepped out on the balcony watched his daughter hop into Noah Wayne’s car and they both drove away. A deep frown marred his face in confusion.

He had been so busy dealing with other stuff, he hardly had ti to pay attention to what was happening in his daughter’s life.

Recently he found out about his break-up which was publicly disclosed on various news portals but just within a few days he was back dating again and the woman was non-other than his daughter.

Surprised by the scene he witnessed, Lucas wondered when this change of event took place. Pulling out his phone, he called his inforr and asked him to confirm whether Noah and Natalie had a thing going on.

After so ti the inforr called back and confird the news and even went on to inform that Natalie had been visiting Noah’s house recently after his breakup.

Lucas ended the call and sipped the coffee in his hand. Why did he feel that sothing was not right? He knew Noah was a certified playboy and his daughter had a strange obsession with him for a long ti but after rejecting her multiple tis how did agree on going out with her so easily?

But then he shoved away his negative thoughts and looked to the brighter side. Wayne’s were the second most powerful family after Knight and if Noah happens to develop a liking toward his daughter and decides to marry her soday, it would turn out to be a win-win situation.

He can create a rift between two friends and also gain Noah’s support in return. Everything will eventually benefit him in a good way.

Lucas was once again blinded with greed which let him forget his doubts and instead, he supported his daughter’s decision.

anwhile, Noah drove Natalie to a lavishing restaurant as they started their date having a delicious al.

"It was quite unbelievable when you suddenly asked

out on a date" Natalie spoke as she watched Noah unbuckle the seatbelt and turn to face her.

to reject you" Noah sighed and reached to hold her hand and looked deep into her eyes as he continued," and now when I recall the past I feel bad. A girl who has always loved , I never gave her a chance and fell for soone who didn’t value "

Natalie’s expression softened at his sweet words. She never realized Noah was this sensitive but now that she has, there is no way she would leave him. He was hers and this date was the proof that even he wanted the sa.

"I am sorry if I ever hurt you Natalie" he apologized as he lowered his gaze in sha but little did she know, it was all an act to make her believe in him.

Noah had managed to lure Natalie with his sweet and kind words and he was sure the girl had sowhat started to fully let her guard down.

Natalie was so moved by his words that she let go of his hand and hugged him tightly. "You don’t have to apologize, Noah because I knew soday you would be mine" The obsession in her words was so evident, that even Natalie didn’t mind correcting them.

Pulling back she smiled and they both stepped out of the car and entered the restaurant.

Noah made nothing about this date that would appear to be suspicious of her. He had almost everything under his control and if everything goes smoothly then he would be able to make her spill the entire truth.
