It’s mainly because this is an activity by Qidian, where it’s said that everyone can try their luck with a raffle through this single chapter, so I thought I’d post one to see how much we could win…
I just posted it, but it didn’t pass review—they said the minimum requirent is 500 words…
So, should I take the opportunity to do an annual summary?

Xue Mu with literary elegance, Qin Yi with profound intelligence, Chu Ge a typing machine—my Main Characters are always sowhat bookish.
Xia wanted to break free and tried too hard but wasn’t too successful; this ti I’d like to try again with a wild and powerful hero.
Sothing like a martial arts fantasy version of Tang Jinyan?
But still not quite the sa.
Tang Jiu indeed grew up in the underworld, while Zhao Changhe is not of that ilk; although he has no choice but to enter a den of thieves, his heart is still set against the background of a sunset painted red by Hongling’s feathers.
The beauty of the Worldly Society is fully captured in this essence.
As I had already ntioned when starting the book on the public account, there are so foreshadows and premises laid out in the initial stage of the new book, and such a story, rich in the nature of martial arts, might seem sowhat clichéd to so, and perhaps not many people would favor it.
Furthermore, I wanted to emphasize the Main Character’s personal growth and Qi cultivation process, coupled with a larger plot, which ans that the proportion of romantic scenes, my usual strength, might be comparatively compressed a bit (though it might not be very noticeable—still quite a lot?).
In any case, I was prepared to sit on the cold bench for a while, to see if things would improve after accumulating more words.
The result is that the book’s statistics were off the charts; over ten thousand people were following it last weekend, and I didn’t ask how many this week, but I’m guessing it’s gone up.
It’s a bit puzzling.
All I can say is that everyone still has high expectations for , and these few dozen chapters ultimately did not disappoint everyone.
I feel very honored…
and I will continue to refine my work, striving to make the unfolding picture even more spectacular.
