What did this all an? Is Draco no longer OP? Was he grinding all along for nothing? Are stats really aningless?
Obviously not!
It's like XP, you need XP to reach Max Level to Evolve, but once you reach Stage 2 you need to fulfill other conditions to Evolve, this was what was happening.
All Draco had to do now was to bring the inner Demon out of him and sche against so EX-Rank, and once the first one died he most definitely would devour his Understanding Rate and then he could kill EX-Rank powerhouses with his own body as long as a ting of Law is in his every attack.
so Draco could still Devour beings and pump up his CP but it won't be effective on EX-Rank beings until he starts understanding law.
He can still sweep the ground with them yes, but not kill them.
You can think of EX-Rank beings as higher existences, you can punch them from the corner of a continent to another remove all their limbs, and still not kill them because the ting of Laws they understood weaves their existence together and without an opposing or another law that could cancel that weaving they cannot die.
so how strong is Draco currently, there were a lot of calculations to be made, from Alex & Co in the first group, from Sato & Felicia's dungeons, from Dariel, from Main Draco, and Draco 4, as well as the new Undead recently added even if they didn't move yet as they were still in the process of looking for the S-Rank Dungeon but soon, their kill count will explode.
for now, let's look at Draco 4, he killed 27,284 C Rank Mobs, 29 B-rank Bosses, 54,700 B-Rank Mobs, 60 A-Rank Bosses, and Lastly, 18,442 A-Rank Mobs, and 43 S-Rank Bosses.
and let's just say, he's ridiculously strong right now...

He was powerful, hard to kill like a cockroach, and rich, had he been on earth he could destroy the entire planet with one punch, unfortunately, Portalia is much much much bigger than Earth where even the smallest continent is several tis the size of earth, and it's held down by powers several ranks higher than Basic Laws.
to understand what laws were, you have to think of them like this.
They were essentially the foundation of what makes up the world, and every elent and every concept is derived from these laws.
Not only Portalia the entire universe was created from, with, and restricted by these laws or their higher forms.
So parts of the universe had more diluted laws than other parts and so had specific laws or concentrated amounts of laws or their higher forms.
Earth for example was a planet with very diluted Natural laws and supernatural powers and phenona as well as Mana were either very hard to use, extrely dangerous and evil, or just non-existent.
When a person starts understanding these laws they start fusing with the very making of the World becoming nigh-impossible to kill with basic or more accurately baseless Skills and physical power.
there were all kinds of Natural and Fundantal Laws, Fire, Water, Thunder, and others like it were Elental Laws, and they're included in the category of Natural Laws, then we have Body, Mind, and Soul, they are considered Existential Laws and they're also part of the Natural Laws.
After that we have Space, Gravity, Ti, and Fate amongst others, they're the Fundantal Laws that many things just can't exist without.
A being can begin to understand any of these but if so conditions are fulfilled, to na a few one has to be a Higher Existence, soone with an EX-Rank or Higher Bloodline, then an Ex-Rank or higher Affinity with said elent or concept one wants to understand, thus most people just say that one needs to reach EX-Rank at the very least since there's no way to gain an EX-Rank Affinity or higher without being a being of the sa Rank.
Draco was an exception he had many ways to attain an EX-Rank Affinity due to his Blessing from ????? and what remained which was the bloodline could be gained by killing Beings with said Potential.
Now, once he fulfilled all of these conditions would he be able to start Understanding a Law? No.
Understanding Laws wasn't easy, and it wasn't just a simple process of ditation and trying to make assumptions of just what was fire and how destructive or hot can it get.
No! One had to absorb said elent or concept of whatever Law, if it's sothing like Water, one has to take the elent or its essence floating in the environnt decompose it, and understand it to a molecular level, then start understanding it deeply as well as all of its uses, this was Law understanding in Simple term.
In More Accurate Terms, you have to beco one with the elent.
And this wasn't simple, not simple at all, people took hundreds to thousands of years and still fail at this step.
But after years and years, people discovered that EX-Rank or above Techniques could speed up the Understanding Rate, and by using them to study a Law the chances and ti it took to do so was lessened to a ridiculous level.
But, Draco wasn't bothered by all of this, all he had to do was first Kill 1 EX-Rank powerhouse, and then easily kill 10, 100, or even 10,000 more with his CP alone to reach max Understanding.
so was Draco still OP?
