"So this is... the power of a world celestial." Draco, still sitting on his spaceship, opened his eyes slowly.
The power he was aiming for just a mont ago was between his hands the next second.
This was the power of Devouring, this was the ridiculous extent it could reach.
Without even fusing with a world, he had beco a world celestial.
But things have yet to end.
"Next destination." He ordered, and imdiately, the spaceship started moving before it disappeared from its place.
The next second, it appeared in a golden solar system.
"The Golden Order, was it? It took a lot of effort to hide my tracks just so you wouldn't find prematurely, yet here we are." draco got up from his seat when they reached the destination, and at that very mont, soone appeared in front of him.
Or more appropriately, in front of his spaceship.
"I assu you're the one who had been running amock, plundering and stealing planets." The leader of the Golden Order, another World Celestial asked.
"That would be ." Draco replied, expecting to see this man put up a front only to be ended by him.
"Host, they're here to-"
"No need." Draco stopped her from telling him the truth. Whatever they were going to do or tell, he had the upper hand here.
"I'm not here to fight. We know you are far too strong for us to defend, but you have to understand that even if you manage to destroy us, there are far bigger forces behind us that, I can assure you, you cannot defeat."
"Then let tell you sothing. Whoever that force is behind you, I can assure you... They won't be able to touch a single hair on my body very shortly." Draco replied.
"Now choose, and know that only you have been granted this choice. Surrender..."
"... or Die."
'A choice?' the leder was taken aback. This man had given them a choice?
Was he scared of those behind them and putting a front or was he...
'I really can't see through him.'
"What do we gain by surrendering?" The leader asked in an attempt to understand the man in front of him.
But, seconds passed and no answer ca.
"What kind of dumb question is that? Is there anything more important than your own life? Preserving it is your reward." Draco replied.
This answer made the leader of the Golden Order shiver.
Not to ntion the fact that he couldn't see Draco from here, but the sheer arrogance to claim that he can kill a celestial...
He was a world celestial, so death wasn't a forgone fate for him. He could, if the world beneath him was destroyed, die.
But, he was under a larger organization, and thus, he wasn't like all other world celestials; he could be brought back, and this entire branch could be brought back, even after death.
He cald down.
Both he and Draco understood that he wasn't like the others, but, the sa way Draco didn't have a solid understanding of his hidden cards, he didn't either.
Choosing death was dumb, but it was still a choice he could take. Surrendering was, in a way, the least favored outco.
Who would want to be under the rcy of soone else?
Yet he couldn't just choose.
"May I ask what you wish for by destroying all the ruling wordl celestials of this galaxy?" Danted asked, this way, he would understand what was needed to be done.
"Conquest!" Draco replied.
"Absolute, Unblemished Conquest!" He repeated.
His words were like a raging wave, hitting the leader again and again with might he couldn't fathom or dare understand.
"Ti is ticking." Draco said.
In all honesty, he wanted to try out his new powers, destroying this world and everything therew s around it to se just how far he had co, but, he had to stop here for a second.
The force behind the Golden Order was sothing, at his current realm of power, that could cause him so troubles.
He was going to close down this galaxy, and having no one co to knock on it after was an outco he'd prefer over them coming for his head.
Co one, co ten; he'd take them all on; he wasn't fearing them.
But, he was going to undergo a very important ritual if it went well...
Let alone a asly Golden Order, he'd take on the very rulers of this galaxy.
Draco was a man who liked jumping steps.
In his journey, from the very beginning, he had skipped through countless episodes; had he not, his story would have limitlessly expanded.
But through sheer planning, scheming, and uncaring evil... He cut it down to the least it could be.
Bring in any being, whoever they might want to be, they all went through endless trouble, dealing with arrogance and small prey who had caused them unwanted trouble tis and tis again.
But, he... He brought them out of the bud! Not even allowing their backstories to be revealed.
"Esteed Sir." Danted, the Golden Order's leader, called.
"Do you know what our mission in this galaxy is?" he asked.
"Ensuring order." Draco replied.
"That is right. Thus, whatever it is you wish to do, it has nothing to do with us." He said.
"..."
"Haha, Hahaha, Hahahaha. Do you know what you've just done?" Draco asked.
Had the man remained silent, maybe it would have ended with them surrendering or Draco just not caring anymore about them, letting them live as long as they didn't ddle in his affairs.
But now that order was spoken of...
"You've spelled your doom." Draco got up, the air around him stiffening as he locked onto this entire area of the galaxy; not a single soul was to leave or enter.
"It seems that in my complacence, I've forgotten many things."
"I can just kill you and summon you again, as the most loyal of retainers." Draco stated.
Indeed.
Just kill them, devour them, and then summon them as loyal subordinates.
Why bother asking silly questions?
"It's ti to test my new powers."
