It has been 2 years since Alexander and Leona entered the tower, which wasn't much after Draco.

Alexander was currently in the white room, having just woken up from his slumber, which took him around a year and a half.

The emotional impact caused by the third tribulation wasn't as great for him as it was for Leona, but he was still affected and had to reconsider many things about himself.

[The 4th tribulation is ready to start anyti.] Announced the tower.

Alexander just commanded with his mind to enter it and the room changed into an auction room of sorts.

"Analytical power, huh?" He thought.

Indeed, the 4th tribulation was all about the analytical power of the Origin Law, and the first 99 waves were all about guessing the worth of an item.

Thus, Alexander just approached it and his eyes turned white with hints of gold.

[Origin Eyes] A white symbol ford inside his pupils as for a second, a string of information left the item and ca running to Alexander's eyes.

"I see. It's an Origin Emperor-Level Artifact, a chanical cube of sorts that changes into whatever the user imagines. It's worth... not as much as a technique of the sa level; it might go for a trillion." Alexander muttered out the information he just got and watched as the item disappeared for another to appear.

"A fate stealing spear..."

"An ancient artifact strengthens one's bloodline..."

And he went on until the 100th wave.

This ti, there was a man in front of him with protective skills to hide his information from prying eyes, but the sa spell allowed Alexander to break through any barriers there were until the 200th wave.

This ti, there was nothing in the room except Alexander. It imdiately hit him that it might be soone using his skills to hide and he had to find him.

So he did just that.

Imdiately, he found the man hiding within his own shadow.

Once he was noticed, the man disappeared, and the 201st wave started.

Once again, he had to find soone hidden and this kept on going every ti so different kind of analysis was needed. He had to even find out what kind of disease or attack soone suffered from.

and Alexander did pretty well, reaching the 999th wave for the first ti ever.

And then the 1000th wave arrived.

[The 1000th wave has officially started...]

[What is your worth?]

Was the question asked.

This stumped Alexander; he didn't know what to reply with—whatever he thought felt unnecessary to say, too confident, or just straight wrong.

What should he say, or rather, what was even his worth?

What should he say?

He was an Origin Emperor on his way to ascend and beco a Celestial.

Wait, was this question even necessary? What's with this 1000th wave?

Alexander didn't know what to say.

There was ti for him to think of an answer but he really didn't know.

What was his worth? He was a father, a son, and a husband. He was himself. He was a soul out of countless souls in this universe.

What made him special, what made him unique, and what made him better than everybody else?

Was this what worth ant? He wasn't sure.

He looked up at the ceiling as the place he was in changed to a mirror realm.

Alexander looked left, then right, then down, and back up.

The mirrors reflected him a billion tis as he coudn't see the end of it.

His mind started running in Overload and he started guessing what the tower wanted with this.

Did it want to say that there are many versions of him? That he wasn't unique?

Or did it want him to stand out from his own reflections?

He really couldn't put his mind into it.

What was his worth?

Alexander couldn't stand anymore and just sat, as a gnawing feeling within him made him uncomfortable.

If it wanted him to show his worth, then he had to first understand what worth was.

To do so, he has to go back to his goals. Right now, he was planning on becoming a Celestial, and celestials are the peak of being within Portalia; they are unique and each of them only held control over a single authority.

Celestials were known to be the cream of the crop, the best prodigies of not just a generation but the entire world. Everybody fought to beco one, but only one erged out of that bunch.

This generation truly had too many geniuses to be able to birth not one, not two, but three Emperors who had an extrely high chance at becoming one.

So if we see it this way, then he was truly unique compared to the other geniuses and youth his age who are nowhere close.

But out of the three, what made him stand out.

Draco was a monster out of this world, an even bigger anomaly than him who shouldn't exist. From a surface level, he looked perfect and without any blemishes, and when you actually talked with him and got to understand him before standing by his side, you will yourself outshined by him in everyway.

The way he spoke, the way he acted, the way he thought, the way people acted around him, how he achieved what he wanted. Draco was just too good to be true.

But, Alexander saw that even this being, in his beginning, couldn't hold a candle against him.

Leona was but a prodigy held by a string by her lineage, but if we only saw her strong points, then she was a strong woman, better than most. This was all Alexander could say.

Then what about him?

If it's about this, then it definitely wouldn't stop him from becoming a celestial, but what would be his worth as a celestial?

His worth as a celestial?

'Hmm?' Alexander caught his chin.

"Only I can decide!"
