Chapter 63: Chapter 62:Impossible!
The first 100 floors of the tower of ascension, believe it or not, acted more like an introduction, a tutorial of sorts to the true tower’s trials..
It worked in the format where on the first 10 floors, you faced creatures at the same rank as yourself, but with progressively difficult settings, now, this could be either an upgrade in the creature’s grade or simply an increase in their quantity..
In some fucked up situations, it could be both..
The next 10 floors sees you facing creatures
1 rank higher..
Then unto the next and so forth...
So it didn’t come as a surprise when people were surprised at the what they were currently seeing..
"Woah!!!"
"Who’s that???"
"He’s just running through those monsters like they’re nothing!"
Exclamations filled the crowd as their excited gazes settled on the images currently being displayed...
On the screens of everyone currently in Helios City or it’s subordinate cities, the projection of multiple young talents , were being displayed..
Micheal Solaris seemed to have finally found himself again when Dante was taken out of the picture, his golden flames were making light work of the creatures he was currently facing..
He’d already scaled through three floors and was currently on his fourth, his opponents being a group of over 50 uncommon kobolds..
"" his hands gathered an obscene amount of flames, the temperature shooting to unbearable levels..
The skin and fur of the creatures could be seen visibly melting...
"DIEE!!!!" Then with all the rage he’d kept pent up within him, he hurled the condensed ball of flames at the remaining kobolds..
Boooom!!!!!
An explosion rocked the rocky canyon he was in, the rest of the dog headed creatures vanishing into ash and sorrow...
"Haa...Haa...." His breathing was haggard..
The cost of using his abilities constantly wearing on him...
