Chapter 4565: The Inner World of the World Shading Beast
A blood colored sky, crimson earth, in the distance, a waterfall poured from the heavens, the stream within made of black and red blood.
The scent of blood filled the world, its pungency piercing the soul, and even sealing one’s five senses was useless against it.
Lin Moyu’s soul world was protected by Primordial Qi and further shielded by Little Tree’s spaceti power his defenses could surpass even Supres.
Even so, so of that stench remained impossible to block, for he could not sever his soul’s contact with the world without losing all perception of the outside.
Moreover, he needed to view the Dao here.
The data described the Lower Domain Dao as treacherous, but only by stepping into this place could one witness the true aning of a treacherous Dao.
Within the Lower Domain, Dao was saturated with endless impurities and surging murderous intent, countless chaotic thoughts condensing within it, never dissipating. Cultivating here led only to two outcos:
One: lose your reason and beco a mindless killing machine.
Two: conquer the bloodlust contained in the Dao, tempering your Dao heart to unparalleled stability, such that your battle strength outstrips all peers.
This is why those from the Lower Domain are so formidable.
Both outcos, however, apply to natives outsiders find the Dao here as deadly as poison.
After existing in such Dao for long, all local materials likewise develop these qualities, rendering them unusable by beings from other extres.
Of the Four Extres and Three Domains, the Lower Domain is easily the most peculiar.
Little Tree said, "This place runs with the blood of the World Shading Beast."
Lin Moyu asked, "You an the Lower Domain evolved from the World Shading Beast?"
Little Tree sensed for a mont, then shook his head. "Not entirely. It’s not just the beast’s blood that’s here."
Chaos Child interrupted, "You don’t quite get it let explain."
Little Tree did not object, and Chaos Child took over.
"The World Shading Beast had an inner world. It would drag other beings into it, then create countless spatial layers within to trap and kill them.
Once slain, the victim’s blood, flesh, and will would remain in this inner world, available for the beast’s use."
"The more the beast devoured, the stronger it beca. Of course, its blood eventually filled with impurities but those impurities didn’t bother the beast itself."
Now the beast was dead its hide had beco the spatial barrier, but the blood, flesh, and will of countless slain beings in its inner world had burst forth alongside its own blood.
"If I’m not mistaken, this Lower Domain is actually the World Shading Beast’s inner world as it once was."
Chaos Child, possessing his own inner world, was deeply aware of such rules, so his analysis was definitely more accurate.
For the Lower Domain to exist as the beast’s inner world seed reasonable.
Lin Moyu asked, "If the Lower Domain is the beast’s inner world and the space barrier is its hide, what about the Central and Upper Domains?"
Chaos Child replied, "The Central Domain is just regular chaotic space nothing special. It’s at the heart of chaos and gathers all sorts of Daos, truly balanced."
"As for the Upper Domain, only a visit will reveal its true nature. Judging by its people, though, it likely has nothing to do with the World Shading Beast."
Lin Moyu said, "Let’s see. This place collects not just the beast’s intent but that of every being it consud, each filled with resentnt at death no wonder the place beca this way."
"From what the data suggests, the Lower Domain is still dominated by humans. Whoever can cultivate successfully here must have a Dao heart far firr than their counterparts in other extres."
"The formation laid by Calamity Supre is at the center of the Lower Domain. In such a chaotic environnt, what energy could his grand array hope to absorb and what sort of energy is it?"
Lin Moyu was curious; every grand array absorbed a type of energy, but the Lower Domain’s power was wildly disordered. He didn’t know what power Calamity Supre wanted here.
Chaos Child answered, "It must be spatial power. The World Shading Beast’s core was a spatial divine mountain the true body of the Space Beast. That divine mountain was the source of all spatial power in Primal Chaos, the spatial Dao originated from here."
In ancient tis, so lifeforms stood above the Dao; so Daos even ford only after their deaths.
The World Shading Beast’s true body is the spatial divine mountain, the source of all spatial power.
Little Tree also possesses spatial power, yet the two are distinct:
Little Tree’s spatial ability focuses more on penetrating space, while the World Shading Beast’s is all encompassing penetrating, creating, expanding, compressing, and more.
Everything Little Tree can do, the beast can as well, but not vice versa.
"Let’s move," Lin Moyu said, gazing at spirit flas in the distance as soone approached a Quasi Supre, no less.
He activated the Hidden Spirit Pearl, vanishing into the void a thousand miles away.
Only ten breaths later, a man in black arrived.
He wore black clothes, black hair, bore a strong aura, and his gaze was as sharp as a blade.
He scanned the area but found nothing, his brow furrowing. "Gone?"
He waved his hand and ti reversed the past rapidly replayed itself.
Lin Moyu was surprised; he hadn’t expected this and hadn’t erased his traces from ti.
As ti reversed, Lin Moyu’s image flashed into sight.
Luckily, all he’d done was stand for a while, then vanish with the Hidden Spirit Pearl.
Ti reversal thods couldn’t break the Hidden Spirit Pearl’s effect, so the man found nothing further.
"A human from the Central Domain at peak Chaos Realm. Looks like he’s from the Central Domain."
His tone eased a little; the alliance between Central and Lower Domains is decent, and a Central Domain visitor is not strange.
Knowing Lin Moyu’s origin, the man relaxed, turned, and left.
Lin Moyu whispered, "The Lower Domain’s on high alert."
He’d barely arrived when a Quasi Supre was dispatched such power is not sent out lightly.
Clearly, sothing must have happened here for vigilance to be raised so high.
Buzz!
Ripples suddenly spread through space, visible as waves spreading quickly across the land.
Lin Moyu frowned. "What’s that?"
Little Tree said, "It’s the World Shading Beast’s spatial power trouble at the spatial divine mountain, but I don’t know what."
"Xiao Peng, let’s go!" Lin Moyu commanded, speeding toward the source.
The Lower Domain wasn’t as large as the Central Domain, being the smallest of the Four Extres and Three Domains, and Lin Moyu hadn’t landed at the edge.
With Xiao Peng’s speed, they could reach the center in at most two months.
Along the way they repeatedly encountered space ripples, which erupted at irregular intervals sotis minutes, sotis days, each ti stronger than before.
On the journey, Lin Moyu saw many giant beasts flying, running, all headed the sa way.
Lower Domain beasts looked bizarre, impossible to describe, but one thing was always true:
They were all black and red, as if bathed in blood.
These beasts were mightier than those anywhere else.
As they neared the center, beast numbers multiplied; after a month, Xiao Peng had crossed half the distance.
Then, violent energy waves surged from ahead. Blood shot through the air like arrows, space twisted, and blood in the twisting void rained down everywhere.
