Chapter 4153: Lin Moyu’s Final Step

After reviewing the three supre chaos spells, Lin Moyu examined his other spells. Compared to the chaos spells, the others had also improved, but the changes weren’t as dramatic. The Elental Lich, for example, had its upper limit increased from 30 to 100, but nothing else changed. The only passive origin spell, [Domain], didn’t change much either its range expanded as the Great Thousand World grew stronger, and its ability to weaken enemy attacks beca more formidable.
This was a passive spell, requiring no conscious activation and automatically functioning during battle. With it, Lin Moyu could ignore attacks from those at his own level, essentially making him invincible among his peers. As the Great Thousand World grew and the number of undead increased, the domain also beca more powerful.
Among the remaining spells, rarely used ones like [Bone Hell], [Corpse Explosion], and [Wings of Ti Curse] had only minor changes. The range of Bone Hell increased, as did the number of fiendish spirits. Now, Bone Hell was bound to the Great Thousand World, and as the world grew stronger, so did it. Corpse Explosion and Wings of Ti Curse changed the least Lin Moyu felt these two spells were waiting for a transformation. Once he beca a Transcendent, they would undergo great changes. Especially the Wings of Ti Curse: when he first mastered it, the spell description claid it could curse the destruction of heaven and earth’s Daos, but this effect had yet to appear. For now, it only scrambled ti, giving him astonishing speed at full power.
After reviewing his spells, Lin Moyu turned his attention to the World Tree. The World Tree was the embodint of his talent, now serving as a bridge between the Great Thousand World and Bone Hell, forming a complete cycle of reincarnation. Ability 1, Rebirth: When suffering lethal damage, gain rebirth, instantly returning to peak state and resetting all spell cooldowns. Can be triggered twenty tis within twenty seconds; after the first trigger, the cooldown resets in twenty seconds.
Ability 2, Fruit: The World Tree will bear World Fruits. Consuming a World Fruit can create a Rule World; those with a Rule World can strengthen it. (In transformation)
Ability 3, Spirit Flower: A mature Spirit Flower can heal any injury; if used by an undead legion mber, it can grant them intelligence. (In transformation)

Still six abilities except for Rebirth, the other five inford Lin Moyu that they were in transformation. Once the transformation was complete, they would be even stronger. Rebirth had already improved greatly: the cooldown remained twenty seconds, but the number of uses increased from ten to twenty, doubling its effectiveness. If he died once per second, he could keep dying and reviving, making him even harder to kill.
Lin Moyu sensed that all these transformations and spell changes were preparing him for the future. Sooner or later, he would have to leave the Five World Domains and enter the Chaos World, where he would need even greater strength. Every Eternal had their own final step, their greatest secret, seldom shared with others. But after interacting with various Eternals, Lin Moyu had deduced their final steps from subtle clues most were related to their own Daos. For example, the Lord of Curses’ final step wasn’t entering the Great Wilderness core; Lin Moyu guessed it was to push the power of curses to the utmost. The ultimate curse would beco the filth power collected by the Candle Dragon, one of the two fundantal forces of the Dao. The Lord of Curses thought the purest filth was in the Great Wilderness core, so he went there and failed. His final step was dood to fail even if he reached the core and saw the filth power, the Candle Dragon would never let him succeed.
The Lord of Fate’s final step was to break free from the Fate Dao and see the future essentially to transcend the Fate Dao itself. He had failed before, but might succeed this ti. The Human Emperor had realized the principle of extres reversing, birthing the power of rebirth from the Destruction Dao. As a younger Eternal, the Human Emperor advanced faster than the others. The final steps of other Eternals could also be guessed basically tied to their own Daos and cultivation paths.
Thus, Lin Moyu had speculated about his own final step, and now he saw he was correct. His final step offered two paths:
Prove the Dao with strength: continually enhance the life and death forces within the Immortality Dao, ultimately surpassing the Dao’s limits, using the Immortality Dao to break through the boundaries of heaven and earth and take the final step into chaos.
Master the domain: use the Immortality Dao as the foundation to contain all Daos, mastering the domain itself. Use the domain as a springboard to leap into chaos.
Both paths ultimately led to chaos the true aning of the final step. The final step referred to the last step within this domain. Success ant becoming a Transcendent, leaping into chaos and escaping the domain’s constraints. One’s own ascension could even bring others along, making them chaos beings as well.
