**Chapter 1278: The Enormous Cetery**

Lin Moyu was not in a hurry; he waited quietly. He waited for the skeletons to search the entire passage thoroughly.

In the passage, a total of eight entrances were found. The eight entrances were hidden in the thick black fog, four on each side, symtrically opposite each other. The god-kings who disappeared here most likely entered one of these entrances and never returned. There are indeed many smart people. Those god-kings should be quite intelligent, at least smarter than ordinary people, and they possess a strong sense of curiosity. Normally, when reaching the end of the passage and finding nothing, one would leave. But smart people wouldn’t; they would think, "Could there be other entrances in this dark passage?" Then they would search, and upon finding one, they would enter with excitent, only to disappear forever. Lin Moyu didn’t know if he would disappear like those god-kings, but he was determined to explore.

The ancient secrets alone deeply attracted him. In the mysterious manor, he had seen soone summon the Great World Runes to battle the manor’s owner. The Great World Runes were now nearly collapsing. Although it was uncertain if the manor’s owner was responsible, the owner had entered the Coffin of Eternal Sleep, which was now in Lin Moyu’s possession. The information left by the manor’s owner, the displayed power system, seed to be intricately connected to Lin Moyu.

With all these reasons combined, Lin Moyu, driven by curiosity, chose one of the entrances and stepped in. Space distorted, and colorful lights appeared before his eyes. Lin Moyu felt as if he was being transported. Monts later, his feet touched solid ground again, and the scenery before him quickly solidified, marking the end of the teleportation.

A gray-white fireball hung in the sky, bringing so light to the world. Under the fireball’s illumination, the entire world appeared gray and white. The air was filled with visible floating dust, constantly rising and falling, as if an invisible hand was tossing the dust into the air, making it dance. A gentle breeze blew, colliding with the dust, producing a faint sound. The whole world exuded a faint sense of sadness and desolation.

An inexplicable feeling surged in Lin Moyu’s heart, reminding him of a certain festival from his previous life. Every April in spring, people would go to the mountains to pay respects to their ancestors. It often rained during that ti, and the mountains would be filled with incense and occasionally, people crying in sorrow.

Looking ahead, Lin Moyu saw a forest. A small path wound through the forest, leading to distant mountains. With caution, Lin Moyu followed the path into the forest. The forest was not dense, with sparse trees just enough to block the view. After walking about a hundred ters, the forest ended, revealing rows of coffins.

The coffins were neatly arranged, identical in size and shape, stretching endlessly. The atmosphere grew even more sorrowful, and the air was thick with the scent of death. The floating dust in the air danced more vigorously.

"This is a cetery!" Lin Moyu paused, feeling a slight unease. He didn’t sense any danger, just a strange feeling. Finding a cetery within an ancient tomb was unexpected. He recalled the structure of the ancient tomb. After entering the first passage, there was a circular hall. The hall had several rooms, each containing coffins and many burial items, indicating that those buried there were likely relatives of the tomb’s owner. Following that was the second passage, leading to a garden with a fountain. Building a garden within a tomb was already strange and sothing Lin Moyu couldn’t understand. Then ca the third passage, which had eight entrances. After choosing one, he arrived here...

Gradually, a clear structure ford in his mind. Lin Moyu speculated that there were likely multiple ceteries like the one before him. The eight entrances each led to a cetery. Combining this with what he had seen in the mysterious manor, Lin Moyu suddenly had a guess. If the ancient tomb’s owner was a general, could the coffins in the cetery be those of soldiers? The eight ceteries seed to form a camp, surrounding the central mountain forest.

Lin Moyu stood before the cetery for a long ti without entering. The cetery exuded an unusual aura, making him feel that sothing extraordinary was present. He knew that stepping inside would inevitably trigger so unpredictable events. He looked towards the distant mountain forest, deep in thought, "If I’m not mistaken, that mountain forest is the true burial ground."

Lin Moyu walked slowly along the cetery’s periter, leaving footprints in the soft soil. As he walked, he continued to observe the cetery. It was very quiet, with nothing but coffins neatly arranged. However, Lin Moyu gradually noticed so changes. Although the cetery had no fences or high walls, the aura it emitted ford an invisible barrier. Inside and outside were completely different worlds.

Lin Moyu could clearly sense the barrier’s presence and did not step inside lightly. The barrier was not a straight line but had a curved shape, forming a fan. This further confird Lin Moyu’s guess that there were multiple ceteries, and the one before him was just one of them. The eight entrances in the third passage each led to a cetery. The eight ceteries ford a fan shape, with paths between them.

After walking for half a day, Lin Moyu finally reached the end of the cetery, where a path led to the mountain. The path was not wide, less than thirty ters, and was paved with black stones, seemingly leftover materials from building the tomb. However, the stones were rounded, clearly polished. To Lin Moyu, polishing these stones was more ti-consuming and labor-intensive than building the tomb. On the other side of the path was another cetery, identical to the one beside him.

This confird Lin Moyu’s guess: the eight entrances in the third passage each led to a cetery. The eight ceteries ford a fan shape, with paths between them. In his mind, a map ford, revealing an enormous cetery with at least a million coffins.

Standing at the edge of the path, Lin Moyu looked towards the distant mountain. The path led straight to the mountain. He could avoid entering the cetery by following the path. Just as he was about to step forward, he quickly retracted his foot. The path was filled with the sa aura as the cetery, connecting them as one. Although divided into eight parts, the cetery was still a whole, with any disturbance affecting the entire area. The path seed to lead to the central mountain, but entering it was no different from entering the cetery.

With a thought, three skeleton god generals appeared. In uncertain situations, sending skeletons to scout was the best choice. The sound of bones clashing broke the cetery’s silence. One skeleton god general ran into the path, another into the cetery beside him, and the last one crossed the path to the opposite cetery.

At that mont, Lin Moyu seed to notice sothing, his pupils contracting sharply. He saw a figure...
