431: Chapter 429: Black Stone Palace 431: Chapter 429: Black Stone Palace Wen Wen cradled the scarred face of Troublemaker One, lifting it as he licked his lips, pondering how to deal with him.

There was already a disfigured corpse lying on the ground, belonging to a prison guard; he was Wen Wen’s first victim because he was the first to let out a scream in fright.

Troublemaker One, held aloft by Wen Wen, was terrified to the point of being unable to think, with urine and feces leaking out.

Normally, Wen Wen would be disgusted by this, but now he relished the sight.

Wen Wen’s right eyelid twitched violently; this was his body’s resistance to not wanting to lose control.

In the past, such resistance could suppress his perverted self, but now it could only cause his eyelid to twitch.

If nothing unexpected happened, Wen Wen would continue to indulge in his violent killing spree, until he destroyed himself, or found a new desire.

But at that mont, an anomaly occurred.

The Catastrophe Prison Supervisor’s Robe materialized out of thin air on Wen Wen’s body, the dense, tangible black energy dispelled the red mist around Wen Wen and bound him.

The Catastrophe Gloves manifested on their own, their black areas starting to spread until eventually coating Wen Wen’s entire body, making him appear as though clad in a tight black suit.

The red mist fiercely resisted the black energy, but to no avail; it could only slowly fade away.

Within the depths of Wen Wen’s soul lay a special place—the origin of every superpower user’s ability where the remnants of powerful beings that bestow the powers resided.

At this mont, it resembled a cavern of flesh and blood where a massive red monster erratically and aninglessly laughed maniacally—it was the remnant spirit symbolizing Wen Wen’s Superpower!

This creature was ten ters tall, with three heads, seven arms, thirteen legs, and countless red tails on its back, each face bearing the sa expression—a twisted, maniacal smirk!

On its body, there was no semblance of symtrical beauty—it looked like a haphazardly assembled creature, its redness not the color of skin, but because it had no skin!

Before its death, it had been a Singer within a desolate temple of the Inner World’s void.

Its sole purpose was to chant ceaselessly, singing harsh, unpleasant, and aningless songs.

These songs, that would drive any listener mad, were the Lullabies of the deep temple ant to prolong the slumber of an existence resting within there.

In this imnse temple, it was not a unique entity.

There were tens of thousands of Singers like it, and every race of the Inner World could be found within the temple.

The slumbering entity had no na, no thoughts, no defined body, and no soul, yet there wasn’t a race in the Inner World that could ignore its existence!

Because once it awoke from its slumber, it would actively seek out and destroy any life and matter it could find, regardless of what side or opposition it faced.

Within the Inner World, few could stop it, for it was one of the eight Supre Overlords that sustained the entire Inner World!

The Lord of Slaughter and Destruction, the God of Madness and Chaos, the Naless King, the Enemy of All Beings!

The crimson monster had sung in that temple without rest for a hundred years, influenced by the Naless King.

From a mighty warrior, it had transford into a twisted monster.

It was supposed to continue warping into an indescribable entity before finally rging into the Blood Pool of the Naless King’s Temple.

However, by chance, it traversed a passage to the real world.

The already twisted creature, upon stepping into reality, began an indiscriminate killing spree, and the Hunters Association paid a heavy price to kill it once and for all.

The source of its power and remnant spirits drifted in the real world, seeking a vessel that could carry its insane strength.

There were several other mad remnant spirits like it, but only a physique like that of the Wen Family was suitable for them to inhabit.

So they drifted unconsciously above the world, waiting for the awakening of Wen Family mbers…

Now that Wen Wen had finally awakened, it had beco the strength of this body.

Before Wen Wen reached the Disaster Level, all of its strength belonged to Wen Wen, and it couldn’t interfere with Wen Wen in any way.

But this strength itself was contaminated, twisted by the Supre Overlord, and no matter how strong Wen Wen’s will was, it couldn’t suppress this desire to kill!

And the process of killing was this blood-colored monster’s frenzy, singing an unpleasant song, celebrating Wen Wen’s slaughter.

Just then, the fleshly cavern of revelry suddenly fell silent, then beca completely dark, with not a single light.

After about a second of total darkness, vision returned to normal, and outside the flesh cavern, a figure in a black robe appeared.

The robe on this figure was sowhat similar to the Catastrophe Prison Supervisor’s Robe Wen Wen wore, but at first glance, it was more austere, and looking closely, every thread seed to flow with an unusual luster.

With each step he took forward, the space would go dark once, and upon recovery, a part of the flesh cavern would turn into black stone.

By the ti the man in the black robe reached the entrance of the cavern, the fleshly cavern had completely vanished, replaced by a palace constructed of giant black stones!

The man in the black robe walked indifferently into the palace, step by step towards the throne within!

The blood-colored monster’s eyes widened, with no process of thought, it charged directly at the man in the black robe.

If it were any other remnant spirit, it would certainly think why, in a place that should have only it, others appeared, and why its own domain had changed.

But the blood-colored monster was all instinct, without any thought, so it attacked without hesitation.

However, just as its claws were about to grab the man in the black robe, it stopped, and for the first ti in thousands of years, an emotion other than the urge to kill erged in its heart—fear!

Being contaminated by the Naless King, it shouldn’t fear anything, but this man in the black robe…

The man in the black robe walked past the blood-colored monster standing still, stepped on the staircase, and sat indifferently on the throne, overlooking the blood-colored monster.

Black Chains bound the blood-colored monster, kneading its body into a bead the size of an eyeball, which flew into the hand of the man in the black robe, who played with it absently.

The Black Stone Palace, the man in the black robe on the throne, and the red bead in his hand composed a strange scroll, a scene as if eternal.

After the blood-colored monster turned into a round bead, Wen Wen ca back to consciousness, he put down Scarface, and touched his own face, stunned for quite so ti.

He rembered the entire process of becoming the blood-colored monster, all of his thoughts at that ti, and the feel of killing the prison guard, which was exhilarating, so exhilarating that he even wanted to experience it again!

“So that’s my power…”

Wen Wen said with self-derision, shaking his head.

The frenzy was driven away, the frenzy was stifled, yet he had lost control once more, and he had killed soone.

“Soone like …

really deserves to die…”
