Being shielded from all senses is a very unique experience.

For the sake of their own safety, superpower users do not actively try to do this.

But one of Yuriano’s features is that as long as you can perceive another path by so ans, you cannot enter Yuriano.

So Wen Wen and Qiao Feiya had no choice but to resort to this thod, but when Wen Wen actually did it, it turned out to be a novel experience.

Even with all senses turned off, he still had an instinctual feeling of his surroundings, an indefinable sensation that felt extraordinarily clear.

If they didn’t have tasks to accomplish, Wen Wen would have stayed in this state a while longer.

After halting his steps, Wen Wen opened his eyes and felt that the scene before him was bright and clear.

This was a gigantic mountain city entirely constructed of massive stones, with one corner of the city appearing damaged, as though a huge section was missing.

The great city stood as tall as mountains on the ground, seemingly replacing the vanished original peaks.

Their location was a dark and damp alleyway within the city, the end of which connected to a wide road where diverse pedestrians walked.

The lower halves of these pedestrians were semi-transparent, their feet wholly invisible, resembling a group of ghosts quietly living in this city.

"So this is Yuriano."

Wen Wen glanced back at Qiao Feiya, finding that she was still in a state with all five senses completely shut off.

She didn’t have the Catastrophe Gloves, so without her senses, she wasn’t aware that they had reached their destination.

Wen Wen’s eyes twinkled twice as he got a mischievous idea and took out a pen, intending to doodle on Qiao Feiya’s face.

But as his hand reached out, before the pen tip could touch her nose, Qiao Feiya caught his wrist and smoothly flipped him over her shoulder.

When Wen Wen hit the ground, he lightly touched the ground with his toes, suffering no harm. He looked at Qiao Feiya in surprise, obviously realizing she had also entered that clear realm, seemingly even more accomplished than Wen Wen.

After the throw, Qiao Feiya opened her eyes and regained her senses. Seeing Wen Wen, whom she had thrown, she quickly released him.

Wen Wen didn’t mind, as he was the one trying to cause trouble first. However, determined to make a fuss on her face, he was intent on proceeding.

"After all, this is the enemy’s base. Your face is too recognizable. If we leave from this alley, we might be surrounded by enemies."

"Though I’m not really afraid of them, we haven’t found the person we’re looking for, so let’s not cause a big stir."

Qiao Feiya looked at the pen in Wen Wen’s hand, "So you want to ss up my face?"

Wen Wen put away the pen, saying, "ssing up your face is the most basic tactic. Since we’re disguising, let’s do it thoroughly."

He took out a great cloak woven from purple-black feathers from the sanctuary, emitting a strong demonic aura.

This cloak was a superpower item made using Demoness Ollie’s energy, and since it was in a lady’s style, Wen Wen had never tried its effects.

When she donned the cloak, Qiao Feiya transford from a valiant female knight into a sinister and nacing villainess.

Wen Wen examined her again, drawing two ink marks on her face with black ink, painting an ambiguous rune on her forehead, and finally attaching a pair of fake demon horns onto her.

"Perfect, now no one can recognize you. Let’s officially start the action. I want to see if that Pig Head can lead to the person."

Qiao Feiya blushed slightly from Wen Wen’s handling, so she just nodded and followed behind Wen Wen.

As they stepped out of the alley, they noticed that the pedestrians outside were sowhat off.

They were not just semi-transparent but resembled so kind of holographic projection, looking vivid and lively but in fact, non-existent. They couldn’t see Wen Wen and the two, and when they bumped into them, they simply went through without any avoidance.

Moreover, their clothing was quite interesting, with so dressed in long tunics, others in classical suits, and so rely in animal skin skirts...

This street seed to encompass the clothing history of humanity from ancient tis to the present, giving one a sense of traversing through ti.

Though Wen Wen could see them, he couldn’t interact with them, treating these transparent people as the background. He continued following the chain from Li Dazhuang towards Zhu Pengpei’s location.

Occasionally, they would see so beings or monsters that weren’t in a semi-transparent state.

These folks were likely all mbers of Yuriano, and slaying any one of them could earn a bounty from the Hunter Association.

But to avoid unnecessary troubles, Wen Wen and his companion did not seek them out.

And those people and monsters also kept their distance from Wen Wen and his companion, as their outfits made it obvious they were formidable villains. Moreover, anyone present here should be mbers of Yuriano.

In the process of searching for Zhu Pengpei, Wen Wen saw many things he hadn’t seen before.

For instance, many monsters or hunted superpower users found a small courtyard, living their lives by planting flowers, growing grass, and raising cats and dogs.

Their way of life was no different from humans outside, and they appeared very relaxed.

It seed they considered ’Yuriano’ a haven.

Many of them didn’t live comfortably in the outside world and beca wanted by the Hunter Association perhaps because of life pressures.

Just like the grotesque and deford man in the nearby courtyard planting fruits, Wen Wen was familiar with him.

He was called Babell, a baby who ca from the Inner World to the real world over twenty years ago.

The infant was adopted and raised healthily to adulthood by a solitary old woman, appreciating human values and feeling grateful to her.

But because he looked different from humans, he was feared and treated as a monster by the ignorant villagers.

They believed their village wasn’t prospering because of this monster, so if they got rid of the monster, they would live happily.

One night, they piled a lot of wood around Babell and the old woman’s house, soaked it with gasoline, and set the house ablaze.

The fire didn’t harm a hair on Babell but awakened his strength, transforming him into a truly powerful monster.

Yet the old woman perished in the flas, erasing all of Babell’s goodwill towards humans that night.

Later that sa night, Babell killed all the n in the village and everyone who mocked him, becoming a wanted by the Hunter Association.

For monsters like Babell, perhaps humans were the real terrifying monsters, and only in an environnt like Yuriano could he live peacefully.
