Leonard Churchill had seen this Dead Dragon once during his ti in the Netherworld Channel, so it didn’t surprise him.

He looked at those terrifying dragon eyes staring at him, bared his blood-stained white teeth, and said neither humbled nor arrogant: "I am Leonard Churchill, I’ve t Dragon God Marlodis, Your Excellency."

Marlodis’s eyes surveyed Leonard up and down, then glanced at the Clown illusion behind him, inexplicably recalling so long-sealed mories, murmuring to himself: "Truly dead... but that guy..."

The Dragon God knew about the human card master’s inheritance. Since the [JOKER] mark had appeared, the original card master must be dead.

The opponent he once thought he hated to the core, now looking back, only left a sense of lantation.

After all, one cannot deny that Lanlingster was a worthy opponent. Even though it had been tens of thousands of years since his death, it still felt like yesterday to Marlodis.

Marlodis seed utterly disinterested in knowing Leonard’s na, arrogantly said: "Human boy, you actually dared to co... hehe, I’m really curious about what you want to say. You have only one chance to speak a sentence to save your life... think carefully, I don’t want to hear nonsense."

"..."

Leonard wasn’t at all surprised by the dragon’s aggressive tone.

He even felt that the Dragon God speaking so many words ant it had been too long since anyone spoke to it, making it want to chat.

After all, to such a powerful being as a Superior God, all human thoughts are as clear as day.

The Dragon God’s interest in speaking a few sentences was purely to kill ti out of boredom.

However, Leonard did not doubt this being’s resolve to kill.

He was absolutely certain that if he couldn’t clarify his point in one sentence, Death Air would be his fate.

Thus, Leonard went straight to the point with one sentence, also awakening this being’s curiosity: "I am here to tell Your Excellency the real cause of Emperor Lanlingster’s death!"

Upon hearing this, Marlodis indeed beca interested but looked at Leonard suspiciously, sneering: "Hehe... are you going to say that the seriously injured Lanlingster died at the hands of that despicable Airel?"

That is indeed the truth.

What Leonard wanted to say wasn’t simply that, so he continued directly: "Emperor Lanlingster indeed died from the sneak attack by Dragon God Airel. However, the true cause of death involves sothing else. Do you know... what heavily injured him when he ventured into the depths of the Death Domain?"

Given the opportunity to say a second sentence, Leonard knew he’d caught the dragon’s interest.

But Leonard had no intentions of testing the dragon’s patience further, speaking frankly: "Because this Plane is actually under the control of the Titan Race. It was precisely those ’Plane Inspectors’ who heavily injured Emperor Lanlingster!"

It was the first ti Leonard so blatantly ntioned the existence of "Plane Inspectors."

He appeared completely unafraid of being discovered.

The purpose was, of course, to pull this Dead Dragon into the water!

As soon as these words were spoken, Marlodis’s eyes shrank fiercely, stunned: "What!"

Such a truth was truly unexpected.

Marlodis had lived for such a long ti, and the Dragon Race did have so fragntary records among their inheritance.

No wonder he felt sothing strange about those past events, and now hearing these words, certain oddities seed to be explained.

He did not fully believe it, but he was intrigued. The dragon’s face showed a carefree deanor: "Oh... tell more."

Leonard directly stated his purpose: "I ca to see Dragon God, Your Excellency, to propose an alliance and make a transaction. As a condition, I will reveal a major secret concerning Your Excellency’s life and death."

Upon hearing this, Marlodis’s eyes burst with sharp light, as if seeing through everything: "Hehe... boy, you are quite brave. Are you trying to drag into the water?"

Leonard, of course, did not think his minor sches could be hidden from a Dragon God of such rank, he did not deny it. Instead, he righteously said: "This matter concerns the survival of all living creatures on this Plane. No matter how Your Excellency views it, I feel it necessary to clearly explain it to you... if, after listening, you still think I must die, I leave myself at Your Excellency’s disposal!"

"..."

Though Marlodis genuinely developed murderous intent, he was also truly intrigued by the curiosity.

He remained silent without speaking.

Leonard, however, didn’t give the Dragon God much ti to ponder, directly speaking: "You should know so information about the ’Seven Catastrophes Monarchs’... what I want to say is that they all actually originate from the sa Titan True God... to speak of that True God, we must start from the Great Catastrophe Era and the War of the Gods..."

As soon as Marlodis heard this beginning, his expression instantly grew solemn.
