Chapter 1865: Chapter 564 Give these geniuses of the East Wilderness a shock_4

Ray felt his thoughts were stunned by the scene before him, only realizing after a few monts: the battle had just started, hadn’t it? How had it ended already?!

They had arrived for support soon after the assassination attempt began, although delayed a bit on the way, it hadn’t been long.

How could…how could the top teams of the Black Blade Organization be wiped out just like that?

Was it an ambush?

It was the first ti witnessing Leonard Churchill’s terrifying power.

Ray and his eight companions couldn’t help but swallow nervously.

Revered as a god!

….

Leonard Churchill quickly ended the battle, but it wasn’t as effortless as it seed to others.

The key to solving the enemies so swiftly was Orlan Royal Court’s complete ignorance of his domain, his abilities perfectly restrained those four elental golems.

These mbers of the Black Blade Organization were actually quite strong.

After all, they were the most formidable intelligence organization in Orlan Royal Court. Though their ranks weren’t high at the mont, they leaned heavily on the Royal Treasury, with mbers practically equipped with advanced relics.

Top-tier gear, specializing in combined tactics, with seamless cooperation and endless strategies.

The previous battle had forced Leonard Churchill into transforming to withstand several waves before securing victory.

If it were the “Forbidden Curse Master” Jolin at the eighth rank, it would have been almost certain death.

Unfortunately, the enemy’s underestimation led to a disastrous failure.

Leonard Churchill reverted to human form, looking at the cloak-wrapped assassin he was holding, murmuring: “It’s actually a Dark Night Elf with extrely high blood purity… no wonder such strong stealth abilities.”

Through the gray concealing cloak, a handso face with dark complexion could be seen, looking quite similar to a human, but with a pair of pointed elven ears.

Leonard Churchill had read in books about this ancient mythical species, akin to the Great Dragon.

Unexpectedly, the “Emperor’s Shadow” of Orlan Royal Court, seen only by the king, turned out to be a Dark Elf.

Leonard Churchill didn’t kill this individual, she was the leader of the Black Blade Organization, definitely possessing loads of court intelligence, keeping her would be useful.

Leonard Churchill stuffed the surviving assassins into containnt space, then leisurely began sorting out the spoils of war.

Ray and his eight companions stood there, dumbstruck, nobody dared to speak.

The atmosphere was quite odd.

They had co to support, but at this mont, didn’t help at all.

Even watching seed superfluous.

Before they could be more shocked, a visible cold wave surged from a distant district, instantly turning the drizzle-laden air into countless flying snowflakes.

The few of them quickly realized it was the battle at the guild building!

What is this cold aura, to make the entire city suddenly snow?

The youngsters looked extrely complex; they realized the battle on the other side must be equally intense.

Leonard Churchill was unsurprised.

He naturally knew, since the victory was determined on his side, Camilla on the other side must go all-in as well.

But the first wave of sneak attacks failed, those guys had no chance.

Watching Leonard Churchill ticulously sorting the spoils of war, Ray couldn’t help but remind: “Your Majesty might be under attack too, shouldn’t we head back quickly?”

“Hmm… you’re right. We should go and check.” Leonard Churchill responded, seemingly only realizing it now.

Returning now, perhaps they could still intercept so fleeing foes.

Ray saw Leonard Churchill’s relaxed attitude, twitching at the corners of his eyes, but couldn’t say much.

Unlike Leonard Churchill, he didn’t share the calm mindset and comprehensive understanding, worried about the other battlefield, he quickly gathered his shock and said: “Mr. Leonard Churchill, His Majesty might be in danger, we’ll go ahead!”

Leonard Churchill did not stop them, simply replied: “Hmm.”

Ray and his companions said no more, turning rapidly to rush back for support.

….

Shortly after, gasping for breath, Ray and his companions returned to the guild building, half a district away.

Upon arrival, they were t with a world of ice and snow.

Large buildings were sealed within gleaming ice.

The intense power of high-level laws hadn’t dissipated, with the cold ice law in the wind cutting their skin like blades…

Various signs indicated a fierce battle had indeed taken place here.

Yet, at a glance, Emperor Camilla was unhard, and Priest Garcia looked calm.

Except for a few eerie ice sculptures, the odd thing was their Herlands Family clansn’s dumbfounded expressions.

Ray and his companions were again twitching at the corners of their eyes, only now realizing: they seed late again.

The consecutive shocks made them feel the scene before them was unreal.

But looking at His Majesty, an inexplicable awe arose within them.

They finally understood, Emperor Camilla and Priest Garcia’s strengths were equally terrifying as that man earlier.

This mont made them realize, their Herlands Family’s allegiance was thought to be a strong alliance,

but now it seed, that mysterious and powerful Emperor Camilla had taken in their desperate and weakened family.
