Chapter 1423: Chapter 437: Su Soone, Descending God_3 Chapter 1423: Chapter 437: Su Soone, Descending God_3 Seven Brown felt drowsy in her mind, as if countless voices were hypnotizing her, urging her to give up resisting consciousness.

However, wave after wave of psychic shock hit her, yet she stubbornly gritted her teeth and held on, glaring furiously at the enemy before her.

Hera was slightly surprised by Seven Brown’s strong ntal resistance, but mostly she sneered, “Tsk tsk, ‘chanical Descent’? You really can use that Demon God Secret Skill. But before my Dream Weaving Technique, how could I possibly let you suit up in your cha… Have a nice dream…”

They intended to capture her alive, especially this captain.

After all, Seven Brown was once an escapee from the secret military factory of the Orlan Royal Family, and she held more intelligence than the others.

Hera had taken control of everyone, initially planning to search for intelligence on-site.

These young chanics stood no chance against her spells. By entering their dreams, the information in their minds would be completely exposed.

The plan was going smoothly.

Exactly as she had anticipated.

However, being a Seventh-Rank ant being a top-level card master, with an exceptional sense for impending crisis.

Especially for those of the ntal series.

The closer the crisis, the stronger the sense.

Just as Hera was about to make her move on Seven Brown, suddenly, her heart skipped a beat: “Sothing’s not right!”

She didn’t know where the danger was coming from, but she was vividly aware of it, that her life was at risk.

“An assassin?”

How could Hera ever imagine that without their chas, these chanics could pose any threat to her?

It could only be an assassin lurking in the shadows.

Since she hadn’t noticed, the assassin’s tier must be very high.

“Could it be Thief Emperor Quintu?”

Hera thought of the legendary thief who was closely related to the Song Family.

Only a thief of that caliber could incite such intense danger.

However, as the thought flashed through her mind, she had already shot backward in a swift retreat.

At the sa ti, the cards in her hand dispersed, her whole body erupted with intense moonlight, and her figure gradually grew ethereal.

“Illusion Shock” “Moonlight Elentalization,” two life-saving spells, one releasing a wide-spanning psychic shock that limited nearby enemies’ movents; the second was Elental Transformation, rendering her mostly immune to both physical and magical damage, preserving her own life.

Under normal circumstances, even if the Thief Emperor Quintu were to arrive, these two spells would be enough to save her life.

All she needed was to put so distance between them, and once the Titan Battle Armor arrived, even Quintu would surely die!

Yet, to her surprise.

It was at the very mont those two cards erupted that she seed to hear a strange sneer: “Quick on the uptake, aren’t you…”

Hera hadn’t understood what had happened when suddenly, she felt her body sink, as the gravitational force around her increased tenfold, pulling her body in place.

At the sa ti, she saw Seven Brown’s shadow beneath her co to life, and a pitch-black fist headed straight for her face.

“Damn it!”

Hera then realized, the assassin had been hiding in the shadow all along.

Although she was caught off guard by the attack, she didn’t fall into disarray. After all, even though her body was being tugged by gravity, she had already gone through Elental Transformation, and the damage she received would be very limited.

But reality disappointed her again.

The person wasn’t Quintu, nor was he wielding that legendary dagger which had killed countless experts.

It was just a fist!

That fist was encircled by a strange ripple, and when it struck, it was like hitting the reflection of the moon in water, instantly causing ripples to surge through the entire space.

“This isn’t good!”

At such close range, there was no avoiding it, and Hera sensed the terrifying gravitational distortion twisting the space such that even though she had elentalized her body, every inch still suffered the wave-like impact.

Hera could only feel her vitality and blood about to erupt like a volcano, failing to hold back, she spewed out a mouthful of blood.

Her vitality and blood were shaken, the spells instantly interrupted, and she was flung backward, crashing into a nearby large mushroom before embedding herself into the rock wall, finally coming to a stop.

Although she hadn’t exploded on the spot, the surprise attack had severely wounded Hera.

With the enemy severely injured, the psychic control over the area also instantly collapsed.

Seven Brown, too, ca back to her senses from that stupefaction, covered in cold sweat and breathing heavily.

She had just witnessed the entire course of the battle.

It felt as though she had walked a tightrope between life and death.

But beyond the shock was an even greater surprise.

At that mont, Seven Brown looked at Leonard Churchill again, with astonishnt in her bright eyes, “So powerful.”

Had he just severely injured a Seventh-Order Card Master with one hit?

anwhile, as the dream shattered, the other teammates also instantly ca to their senses.

They were still trying to understand what had happened when they heard Seven Brown’s loud command, “Prepare for battle!”

The young chanics snapped out of it like waking from a dream.

Though they were still bewildered, they were all well-trained.

Without any hesitation, everyone simultaneously pressed the switch on their machinery boxes.

The sound of “click-clack, click-clack” of tal friction rang out, and in a mont, the entire squad was fully equipped and ready for combat.

Eight majestic Hunting God Armors ford a battle formation, locking their long spears and short cannons onto the enemy before them.

Leonard Churchill looked at Hera, whom he had seriously injured, with an expression lacking any surprise.

The enemy had been unguarded against the entire plan, the ambush had succeeded, and it was an inevitability predicted in his projections.

And a Spiritual Card Master’s physical body was inherently frail; to have survived a direct punch like that, she most likely owed it to the Undying Secret Skill of the Silver Moon Disciples.

“Hey hey, it’s been a while since I’ve seen that Undying Secret Skill in action…”

After delivering the punch, Churchill’s form instantly vanished from the scene, charging toward the enemy.
