Chapter 1421: Chapter 437: Su Soone, Descending God Chapter 1421: Chapter 437: Su Soone, Descending God After resting in the sea of luminous grass for a day, Seven Brown and the mbers of the New World chanical Group followed the original plan and headed toward the canyon to the south.
Although they had learned from Mr. Leonard Churchill about the ambush in the canyon, they also felt that the action of knowingly walking into a trap was not reliable.
Yet they went with a resolve to face death if necessary.
Apart from trusting Seven Brown’s decision as the captain, more importantly, they had no better plan themselves.
After all, among the pursuers from the Orlan Royal Court was a Titan Battle Armor, a problem that left everyone in despair and without any solution.
…
“Hey, Dina, what exactly is the relationship between the captain and Mr. Leonard Churchill?”
“What else could it be? It must be very intimate.”
“Ah… I thought the captain didn’t like n. Oh, wait, she doesn’t like won either. After all, she always stayed in the lab at the academy…”
“Right. Back in the academy, many nobles and military sons pursued the captain, but she never paid them any mind. Everyone thought the captain had an issue with her orientation. Turns out it was because of this guy…”
“Yeah, he’s handso, strong, and full of wisdom. No wonder the captain didn’t look at anyone else. If it were , I’d definitely be moved as well.”
“Donna, stop daydreaming… How do you know he’s strong?”
“The captain said so. If the captain says he’s strong, then he must be really strong. But then again, can he really deal with the Titan ch?”
“I don’t know…”
“…”
Mr. Leonard Churchill had a high-grade healing potion obtained from senior clergy of the Holy Church, and after the two seriously injured mbers of the team took it, they were at least not going to die for the mont.
This also alleviated the young chanics’ previous urgency to find supplies.
In the sea of grass, the team moved quietly, whispering and gossiping from ti to ti.
The girls had a good impression of Leonard Churchill, finding him young and handso, with an impeccable deanor; whereas the young boys were a bit competitive, as was typical for their age.
Using one guy’s own words… they were going to be “bait.”
Hmph, bait?
Who’s looking down on whom?
Though they didn’t say much aloud, these young chanics were very dissatisfied in their hearts.
They always felt that a certain soone had never witnessed the pinnacle of machinery art in the Hunting God Armor. Each of their individual combat power could compare to that of the once Legendary Card Masters. A small team could kill a Seventh Rank, and a single squad could breach a city!
In the East Wilderness, their secret squad was considered top-notch combat power.
To ensure the success of the plan, Leonard Churchill was not with the team, so the team mbers chatted without restraint.
Seven Brown occasionally overheard her teammates’ whispering, but even when she heard misunderstandings about herself, she just smiled and didn’t bother to explain.
Because she too was eager to see what surprises lay ahead.
…
anwhile, in an inconspicuous cave in the Moss Wilderness,
a group from the Orlan Royal Court was resting here.
Apart from over twenty Moon Knights in white Moon God Robes, the most eye-catching thing was the Titan Battle Armor that looked like a steel beast.
“Lord Hera, will those people really go to the canyon?”
“Yes. They will definitely go! During the previous pursuit, I placed so hypnotic suggestions in the environnt, and after days of deliberate driving, they will certainly venture into the canyon in a day or two. That will be the end of this chase. As long as those chanics are captured alive, the Song Family’s secret base will have nowhere to hide.”
“If the Song Family is unwilling to serve our Orlan Royal Court, then after this, it is ti for a clean-up…”
“Hmph! If not for the Song Family undermining the machinery resources of the majority of the East Wilderness in secret, our battle armor production wouldn’t be so passive…”
“It’s not entirely fair to say that. The Song Family’s military factory’s chanical technology is much higher than the average level of other families. In fact, the current standard and scale of chanical manufacturing in the East Wilderness owe a lot to the Song Family’s push over the past century… Those arrangents are not made recently but were laid out a long ti ago.”
“However, speaking of which, the old grandmother from the Song Family sure plans far ahead, having laid out her plans in this wilderness decades ago. If it weren’t for that powerful individual’s lack of interest, a seat for the Song Family among the Federal Senators was assured… Even now in death, they still can’t rest.”
“…”
The group casually discussed over a simple map laid out on the ground.
Suddenly, the magic crystal by the campfire flickered with a flash of light.
The middle-aged woman in a white robe looked delighted and shouted, “The prey has entered the cage!”
A long-planned trap was set, all for this day!
…
The area was uninhabited, with Naless Canyon not even marked on the map.
The canyon was filled with countless luminous mushrooms, resembling Dwarf cottages, scattered throughout the hills and fields.
The myriad colors shining from the red and green mushrooms cast the entire canyon in a fantastically luminous and entrancing scene, beautiful beyond description.
However, within this radiance, no one noticed the invisible strands of moonlight secreted among them.
Seven Brown and her team proceeded with extre caution upon their arrival.
Knowing there was a trap, they couldn’t afford to show any flaws, yet they couldn’t help but be vigilant.
The young chanics also occasionally checked their instrunts for signals, trying to detect the hidden dangers.
But all the instrunts showed normal readings.
There were no abnormal Spirit signal fluctuations.
The biological scans showed very weak activity, with the biggest blip being just so serrated rats.
The environnt seed so safe that the instrunts detected nothing unusual, leading the chanics to even doubt whether Mr. Leonard Churchill’s deductions were correct.
