Well, César was ready to pay a visit to Sirina... the only problem with it was that for so kind of reason, rather than taking public transport like a bus, a tram, or even a tro, maybe a taxi, he chose to walk. Like just fucking walk down the four kiloters to the neighborhood of the rich people where Sirina has her mansion.

Like he didn’t really think about what caras will get him, that maybe those caras have live feeds and the SS is on them watching and searching for him... but maybe he was doing it for a reason, to see if he gets jumped or sothing, or maybe just maybe he was just careless... no, that word is not really good for it.

In his head he was in the Sandira where caras ant shit. Like yeah, you got taped by it, but nobody fucking cared about it as the mafia and even the law enforcent had so-called "coyotes" or in simple words, watchers.

These watchers ranged in age from teenagers to literally a grandpa and grandma who were sent to different parts of the city to sit around, pretend they were doing nothing, and when movent was made, they radioed or called in. That was perfect as they acted in real ti, and the teenagers could even follow the targets on scooters and shit... the problem with it was well... the mafia and the law enforcent paid them well, but if they were caught, then well, they got killed in horrible ways.

But César wasn’t worried about that either, and of course he wasn’t. Clara explained to him what political bullshit he is in and that nobody would act up against him in public because it would lead to more complications. So he was just walking in his biggest calm, studying Sirina’s mansion layout on his phone, where to jump the fence, where to go in, where he can expect guards, and so on.

[System: How are you planning to go in?]

"First, I jump the fence of the neighborhood itself, because it is gated." He began speaking as it was already night and nobody was on the street to hear him. "Then, I go to her house, look around a bit to see how many guards she has, and then jump the fence, kill those who are in my way, and that’s it. I will talk with her."

[System: Don’t you think there will be a lot of guards, especially after she wanted to kill you? They for sure found out about the two dead SS contractors, which ans she knows about it too.]

"Nah, I think Sirina knows she fucked up." César giggled a bit. "Just think about it. We are on the sa side, kinda. I fucked up Hoffa, who was on the side of the ruling party, which is actually good for Sirina... and second." He smiled more. "She thinks I am a DCA agent, which Clara explained they are scared of like shit."

[System: Because the DCA is a parasite that once infects you, it is over.]

As the System said it, César started laughing like it was a joke. Though it was truly a good joke, it hit the spot for him because of one single thing.

"You know why I love Sandria?" He asked as he stopped and looked up at the starry night.

[System: Why?]

His smile spread more. "Because everything can be killed. That’s why I love it. It is not like back on Earth where there were lines, especially in modern tis. You couldn’t kill a minister, influential people, or the police chief because then everyone would get on your dick and try to kill you. But here in Sandria..." He smiled even more. "You can kill whoever you want because that is what it was designed for. And what cos with it isn’t that everybody jumps you, but everyone jumps everybody, just like now. That is what we are experiencing."

[System: That is true, but you need to be careful about it.]

"No, that is not true." He said as he kept staring at the stars in the sky. "I am respawning every ti I die, and even if Sandria is pure chaos, it is still a life. Even if it is terrifying, suffering, and so on, life is life."

[System: Love to hear that from sobody who tried to kill himself.]

César laughed again. "Yeah... well, I needed to learn and adapt to all of this, to the feeling of taking a life, to the blood, the sll. And then I beca a person who I don’t even know... sobody who, rather than being disgusted, enjoys and feels excitent even in the worst situations."

[System: That is El Diablo.]

"No." César whispered as he began the walk again. "That is , César Sierra."

The truth that he wanted to deny so many tis, especially at the beginning of Sandria, was that he beca the worst form of a person that people usually describe as a monster. A word that ans that a person lost his humanity and does things that are not just morally wrong, but didn’t even reflect one single drop of humanity in them. So terrifying, so grueso, that these kinds of people are described to be a being that doesn’t even exist.

He tried to deny it, that it is not him, that he can’t be like this. But as ti and lives passed, he beca more than a monster.

He beca a conscious one.

A monster who is a human, a human who is a monster and knows everything he does but doesn’t feel bad about it. Not just that, but the feeling of "bad" and evil didn’t even exist in his dictionary, didn’t even exist in him.

That is why even César felt sothing inside of him when Clara described what happened to him. He didn’t feel it fully, but inside of his being, that morality, the understanding of evil, and the anger started to bubble up.

But how could he feel it when he saw all evil, and this, what Clara said to him, wasn’t even on the top one.

"Though it is not the right ti to talk about what I am or not, I have my plan, the gun, and the knife, all the good things to have a fun ti."

[System: So your plan revolves around the gun, the knife, and the fun ti with Sirina.]

"Yes."

[System: Best plans.]

Well, César’s plan wasn’t a plan that had every point made up, every single section studied, but he had the knife, had the pistol with the suppressor and with two spare magazines, also dressed well, not tactical, but still in the clothes that Carla gave him, and that’s it. He was ready to go in, shoot everybody, and then deal with Sirina, ask questions, and if she doesn’t answer, then well, at least he can earn his achievent for finally torturing sobody.

Though the problem with all of this was that... Sirina had her own plan to welco César, because indeed she got the news about the two killed Secret Service contractors, and she knew, or at least there was a chance, that the next one César would pay a visit to was going to be her.

"Uhm, Miss... are you sure about this? I an, this is just the exact opposite of what we should do." One of the agents gave voice to his worries as well... Sirina was chilling.

"Yes, rather than being aggressive, we are going to be welcoming. It is also a strategy that we learned back at the academy." She said as she was literally sitting at her table on the patio, which was made for a dinner, plates set up, with wine glasses and a bottle, even a candle was lit, and she was dressed in a beautiful deep red dress, showing off her hourglass body.

"But uh... you shot him." The agent began again. "And I doubt he will co to have a nice dinner with you." The agent said as he stood looking at Sirina, like it was kind of mind-blowing. Her hair done, jewelry on, makeup on her face, and even red lipstick. "It looks more like a date than a talk."

She smiled. "That is exactly what it needs to be." She looked at the agent. "This is manipulation. He will co in and see this, it will get his attention, and he will sit down to talk, and that is my chance to make things better."

The agent stayed silent as he thought about it. "But what if he just shoots you and leaves? Just like how you did it to him?"

"Then... I would have the most embarrassing death." She laughed. "But trust and when you leave, keep the gates open. Don’t stay in the surroundings because he would surely notice it."

Well, there was nothing else the agent could do, because once Sirina has a plan, she is going to follow it through to the end... and now this plan of hers was the most confusing one, like a late-night date with sobody she tried to kill, and on top of that, she is all alone.

"I hope it goes well, miss."

"Hope is a bad word for this. We don’t hope, we act to get what we want." Sirina said, her eyes full of the will to do it, and well, the agent left, leaving her alone waiting.

Waiting for César to show up and have dinner.
