429: Chapter 131: Missed Sea Disaster, Tyrannosaurus rex, Mosasaur_1 429: Chapter 131: Missed Sea Disaster, Tyrannosaurus rex, Mosasaur_1 Just by hearing the na of the Carcharodontosaurus, one can know its most distinctive feature — its teeth, as unique as a shark’s, sharp as knives.

The elongated and massive mouth can open wide enough to allow them to tear apart any prey indiscriminately.

Similarly, as a top predator in the food chain, the Carcharodontosaurus is destined to be fierce and cunning.

Like now, even though the Nedoceratops is trapped by them, they are not in a hurry to attack, rather they are continuously frightening the Nedoceratops around them.

The guardingly rotating Nedoceratops is surrounded by the Carcharodontosaurus, it has no way to defend itself.

Seeing its life hanging by a thread, the desperate Nedoceratops lowers its head and charges frantically in one direction.

Almost at the sa ti as its charge, the Carcharodontosaurus from both sides and behind pounced quickly.

In spite of the Nedoceratops’s notable speed, it was dood for today given the circumstance of being surrounded by enemies.

The Carcharodontosaurus that was right in front of the Nedoceratops even disdained to face it head-on.

As it was about to charge, the Carcharodontosaurus swiftly sidestepped and bit at its backside when it saw an opportunity.

It was the Carcharodontosaurus’s hunting habit, which Yan Fei had already seen more than once.

They tend to give their prey so injuries first, regardless of the type of prey — their knife-like teeth can easily cause a lot of blood loss in prey.

If the prey is injured, the Carcharodontosaurus can then calmly follow the prey, waiting for the prey to exhaust itself — injured prey cannot run far, and as being top predators, the Carcharodontosaurus do not worry about having their food stolen by other carnivores, or that the prey will escape.

For them, a bit of patience can allow them to effortlessly get a feast.

Why bother fighting against a dying prey?

What if they get themselves hurt?

Yan Fei who had been focused on the battlefield felt it was his turn.

After all, the Nedoceratops was bound to die.

Running again would just cause more pain.

Why not let him end it?

After thinking about this, he listened carefully to his surroundings, and upon not detecting anyone approaching, he confidently removed his clothes, preparing to avail of this opportunity.

However, during this montary delay, when he looked back at the dinosaur world, he cursed silently in his heart.

The wounded Nedoceratops was already out of its mind, only running without a care.

The aura of death made it explode all its strength to fight for the last chance of survival.

Running…

The Carcharodontosaurus in the rear were not in a hurry at all, they didn’t even need to closely follow the prey, they just needed to follow the sll of blood.

Compared to their leisurely pace, the condition of the Nedoceratops was getting worse and worse.

Intense exercise was causing a massive loss of blood from its wound, and the outco of blood loss was dizziness.

The faster it ran, the faster it was dood.

The Nedoceratops knew this, but what else could it do at this mont besides running?

As it was running dizzily, it suddenly felt a jolt in its head, and vaguely heard a long roar before it completely lost consciousness.

The scene Yan Fei saw just happened to be this, the panicked Nedoceratops didn’t even see a group of Brachiosaurus which were bigger than the Futalognkosaurus coming in front of it.

The Nedoceratops crashed right into the pillar-like leg of one of the Brachiosauruses.

Horns broke, shield shattered.

With a weight of at least four to five tons, plus the impact of the high-speed run, the Nedoceratops directly killed itself — luckily, at least it didn’t have to suffer the physical and ntal agony before dying.

For the Brachiosaurus, this was a disaster out of the blue.

Here it was minding its business, grazing on food, when a panicked Nedoceratops suddenly shot out and crashed into its leg.

The intense pain made it let out a low roar, though the Nedoceratops could no longer hear it.

This was a classic case of ‘When calamity struck, trouble followed’!

The unfortunate Brachiosaurus was even unluckier now as the two long horns of the Nedoceratops, even though they were broken, both had left a section in its leg.

Although it’s still not known whether the Brachiosaurus’s leg bone was broken by the impact, it’s obvious that it couldn’t apply much force to that leg at this mont.

And at the very mont when the Brachiosaurus was continuously letting out roars of pain, the Carcharodontosaurus followed the scent of blood and arrived nearby.

Seeing their prey lying ground and a Brachiosaurus raging nearby, the Carcharodontosaurus beca agitated.

“Ahhh…”

With the leading Carcharodontosaurus sounding the trumpet of battle, the others that arrived were all roaring at the Brachiosaurus, expressing their resolve to secure the food.

Yan Fei, watching the standoff between the two sides, was simply stirred to the core.

These two sides were the near tops of the giant organism food chain on this land, a forty to fifty ters long Brachiosaurus, and the ten plus ters long Carcharodontosaurus.

Watching them roaring at each other, ready to battle at any ti, was more thrilling than watching lions and elephants confront each other in Animal World.

At this mont, he had already abandoned the regret of not ‘picking’ the Nedoceratops, his heart was filled with anticipation for a giant beast battle.

However, it was such a pity in reality, that even the Brachiosaurus didn’t dare to easily provoke the Carcharodontosaurus.
