"Don’t worry!" Yan Fei patted the satchel on his body. "I have money, and I trust my cowboys, even more, I trust myself."

Old Hatton laughed without saying a word, suddenly seeing another old man in the distance, he shouted out loud: "Dylan, you old bugger, our new ranch owner wants to bet on the race with , do you want to join?"

Dylan was a very lean old man, hearing the shout, he walked over, scanning everyone around Yan Fei in no ti: "New ranch owner? Morning Glory Ranch’s Yan?"

"Yes, that’s !" Yan Fei greeted with a smile. "Hello, Mr. Dylan!"

"Old Hatton is very sneaky, don’t be fooled by his appearance!" Dylan disdained Old Hatton. "You’ve been here too short a ti, maybe if you were here till National Day, it would be different."

"It’s the participation that counts!" Yan Fei showed he didn’t mind at all.

"Alright!" Dylan watched Yan Fei for a while. "How do we bet?"

...

Just as Yan Fei and a few ranch owners finalized their bets, the first race was about to start.

The first event was horse racing, the lowest risk activity. It was just everyone riding ranch horses for a lap. The catch was, none of them were good horses, just an appetizer for the event.

"Ryan, go, go, go!" Ethan and a bunch of cowboys, including Heizi, were also yelling to cheer on their rider.

But Dylan’s face turned dark: "Yan, I shouldn’t have supported you just to save face. If I had known you brought such a horse, I wouldn’t have bet a hundred bucks with Old Hatton."

Though Ryan wasn’t big, riding among more than ten horses, he was the tallest—many people burst into laughter as soon as the horse entered the field!

Everyone might be amateurs, but not so amateur, right? Riding a packhorse for a race, is it from Morning Glory Ranch? The new ranch?

Before the race even started, Ryan, wearing clothes printed with Morning Glory Ranch, had already beco the focus. In no ti, many people knew who Morning Glory belonged to, with their gazes flying over...

"Brother Heizi, see that female rider?" Cui Zhangfei called out a couple of tis, eyes fixed on a female rider, unable to move. "My heart skipped a beat!"

"Your uncle’s heart!" Heizi rolled his eyes at him. "You’re just eyeing her developed pecs, right? Quickly cheer. Ryan, go, go, go!"

"Really moved!" Old Cui shalessly said. "Old Jiang, find out which ranch that beauty is from, let’s all take a shot at her and see who wins?"

Jiang Lianjian’s face remained calm, having been with these guys long enough, they knew each other well: "Not my type at all, Old Cui, you go for it! I doubt you can handle her. Looking at her build, even if you catch her, you’d be the one oppressed at ho."

"Quickly, shout for cheer!" Heizi was highly spirited. "It’s starting!"

With a Bang, the sound of the gun went off, all the riders spurred their horses into action... and then, the sound stopped for a mont, followed by a roar of deafening laughter.

Ryan slapped the horse a few tis, but the fellow under him refused to run!

The young horse, on its first outing, clearly didn’t quite understand what was happening, and Ryan was only familiar with it for a few days, still having a bit of trouble handling it.

Yan Fei was anxious, jumping from the stand, shouting at the horse: "Red Rabbit, Go, go, go!"

A pure intonation.

Once he shouted, he realized what a silly thing he did. After all, he had trained these horses before. His habit was not using English, and they hadn’t been professionally trained for racing, just a genuine ’go, go, go’ shout, and the horse would start running.

Indeed, upon hearing his voice, spurred by Ryan, the big horse he nad Red Rabbit finally responded, starting to gallop.

The laughter grew even louder, who on earth heard of raced horses needing soone from outside to shout before they took off!

The key was, it was shouted in Mandarin. Several yellow-skinned people even stood up, looking over this way.

Yan Fei clasped his thumb and index finger together, put them in his mouth, and blew a sharp whistle—he was anxious too, his face was almost entirely gone. If they ended up last, it would all be gone!

...

"Red Rabbit is running!" the voice of the comntator ca from the loudspeaker. "Though it started late, its speed is quite fast, completely unmatching its size. Hold on, Red Rabbit... Red Rabbit is a racehorse from Morning Glory Ranch, whose owner Yan recently beca our rancher. This is their first competition; we must support this kind of bold participation spirit..."

Your uncle! Does this an all we have is participation spirit and nothing else?

Yan Fei’s face went dark, the laughter on the field was still quite loud.

Heizi and the others, faces black as coal, shouted wildly to encourage Ryan. As soon as Yan Fei stopped the whistle, it sounded again, he shouted a few ’go, go, go’ loudly.

It actually worked!

"Our Red Rabbit has caught up, it has passed the Prince from Black Ranch, hurry...its speed is truly fast, it has overtaken one...two...let’s cheer for Red Rabbit! It’s a young stallion that rancher Yan bought just a month ago, seemingly with infinite potential...entered the top ten!"
