After the al... no, after paying tribute to the restaurant, ng Si’an and Yan Fei returned in the early hours of the morning.

This guy was quite excited, pulling Yan Fei to his small courtyard to continue talking about his plan, which he’d already explained at least five tis. Yan Fei listened, drowsy, watching this guy as if he were watching a monkey show!

Yan Fei also understood that the prospective steak king, Boss ng, probably had no other person to talk to about this matter. But he was truly happy inside, feeling he had the chance to make his mark and couldn’t hold back, so he brought him along as a listener.

"I say, are you really that eager to make money? Is there any need to be so excited?" Watching this guy with not a hint of sleepiness, who, for the first ti, swapped his genteel deanor for sothing resembling a bouncing monkey, Yan Fei felt like laughing.

"Of course I want to make money, of course, I’m excited!" ng Si’an waved his arms. "You don’t understand; I need to seize this opportunity now to have more say in choosing a more ideal wife!"

Oh my goodness, this is for future happiness!

"Do you need to have such resentnt?" Yan Fei was speechless.

"It’s not resentnt; there’s nothing to resent. I just want a bit more say," ng Si’an chuckled. "I’m not so love-struck fool. I just think finding a gentle wife would make future life simpler."

"That’s true!" Yan Fei nodded. "I thought you might elope for love in the future!"

"Am I stupid or are you stupid?" ng Si’an rolled his eyes. "You’ve watched too much TV, haven’t you? What would I use to elope? Currently, everything I eat, use, and live in co from ho. If I elope, I’d have to use ho funds, and when it’s gone, where would I find more money? Eloping is only for those who aren’t doing well at ho..."

It seems TV depictions of wealthy scions acting desperately for love are exceptions. Most people are rational. Or perhaps, lacking the spirit to forsake everything for love!

"If you’re not doing well at ho, how would you elope?" Yan Fei wanted to roll his eyes too. "Hmm... the woman says, ’Let’s elope?’ You guess how the man should respond? ’Let’s wait a bit; let’s move after I get paid this month because we don’t have money for tickets now.’"

"..." ng Si’an didn’t expect Yan Fei to joke back, so he was montarily stunned before bursting into laughter, doubling over.

Yan Fei calmly said, "Congratulations on seizing a good opportunity. Right now, I’m not planning to raise prices for old custors. Otherwise, your costs would increase!"

During alti, he was only bragging, leaving no ti for business talk. Now, he finally had the chance to tell him.

"Ah? That’s too sly of you; you’re raising prices right after getting your certificate?" ng Si’an was taken aback.

"I’m not raising prices for old custors. I’m planning to raise prices for new ones," Yan Fei reasoned. "Do you know how hard it was for to get this certificate? What a struggle it was?"

ng Si’an stopped laughing and pondered for a mont: "I get it. Given the current situation, having your certificate approved without effort is impossible. Soone on the other side must be willing to help you; otherwise, this thing... hey, let’s not talk about this; anything that belongs to us is hard to secure..."

With the ng Family in the herbal dicine business, he deeply understands this. Traditional Chinese dicine is China’s own thing, yet securing its patents is challenging. So shaless neighbors even snatched the rights.

So when ng Si’an heard Yan Fei’s words, he felt the price increase wasn’t unscrupulous. Raising it just a bit is quite fair and conscientious. He even started to wonder how Boss Yan, who he’d never heard of having overseas connections, suddenly managed to handle this matter!

This question, as long as Yan Fei remains silent, will probably puzzle him for life!

Initially, Boss Yan had a notion, a facade of playing dumb while really ’fishing.’ Anderson, who unwittingly swam into the trap, thought he was the shark eting the dummy fish, but it turns out he was the dummy, eting the real shark.

Yet, Anderson truly wasn’t wronged. Early on, he assud others to be fools and felt superior, reaping amusent until his joy turned to sorrow.

The two chatted a while longer, and Yan Fei, disinterested in chit-chat, turned his head and asked, "Are you going to sleep or not?"

"Not sleeping!" ng Si’an replied firmly. "I now feel the future is bright and just want to open shop imdiately. Who could sleep at such a ti? Plus, I need to inquire about whose daughter might have a good temperant..."

"With your deanor, it’s best not to go out tomorrow, or people might think you’re nuts." Yan Fei retorted, slightly irritated. "I’m going to sleep, good night!"

...

Since ng Si’an was here, Yan Fei wasn’t worried about losing his way.

The next day, as he prepared to take his guide along, he turned to him again: "Could you at least tidy up? Like this, soone might toss money at you from the roadside!"

ng Si’an stared blankly at him, clueless about how to react. Red eyes, disheveled hair, and a worn expression made him look like a stray retrieved from the street.
