On the northern and southern continents, across countless oceans, countless people stared at the celestial projection of divine death, sparking renewed fervent discussions.

The deaths of the Undying God and the Sun God had made them believe the war against the extraterrestrial gods was over. They never expected to see another divine death projected across the heavens, causing widespread confusion and speculation about just how many extraterrestrial gods remained, and whether this latest death marked the true end.

Only the High Priestess could confirm that the extraterrestrial gods had truly been eradicated. At last, this world, this entire star system, could enter a prolonged era of peace.

She found the many Impressions in the imperial capital, Kestholm, and inford them of this, allowing everyone to rest easy.

"Madam, when can we see Lady Carlotta?"

Soone asked the High Priestess.

"I don't know. They're deep in the starry expanse. I have no idea when they'll return."

The High Priestess shook her head.

She believed that if Carlotta and Alia returned, it would likely be after they had ascended to godhood.

This star system would finally welco native gods once more.

She didn't elaborate much, gave a brief explanation, and then left. As the person whose divine concentration most closely approached that of a god, her future goal was also to beco a god and witness the supre splendor.

Of course, she knew she wasn't as naturally gifted as Carlotta or Alia. Though her divine concentration seed close, the final step would likely take an extrely long ti.

But it didn't matter. With no external enemies, even the longest wait wasn't sothing to fear.

After the High Priestess departed, the impressions relayed the ssage through the Moon Tower. The people of the capital instantly felt reassured, the extraterrestrial gods had been utterly destroyed. They no longer needed to fear any threats.

In truth, since news of the outer gods had spread, they had never actually experienced direct danger. All terror and trouble had been stopped far beyond their borders by Carlotta and the others.

The sky had collapsed, but the tallest ones had already stepped forward to hold it up.

The news then spread from the capital, quickly reaching every corner of the Wendell Empire and the entire northern continent.

Eventually, it reached the southern continent as well.

On both continents, countless people had already begun discussing how to establish a festival for Carlotta, and how they should celebrate it.

Of course, Alia wasn't forgotten. Though her brilliance was often overshadowed by Carlotta, the rare glimpses of her radiance still left people utterly awestruck.

...

In the starry void.

While the two continents and countless oceans buzzed with excitent, Carlotta and Alia remained in space, in no rush to return.

The greatest enemy had been dealt with. Even if they hurried back, there was nothing urgent left to handle. Instead, they preferred to stay in the starry expanse, the closer to the sun, the denser the divine concentration. They both intended to achieve godhood before returning.

For countless years, no one had heard of anyone becoming a god. But now, that once-unimaginable feat stood right before Carlotta and Alia, no longer an illusion.

"I feel like I'm almost there."

Carlotta said to Alia.

Through her Panel, she could clearly see the level of her divine concentration. The display now read: 99.9%!

Alia's divine concentration, however, had only just reached 80%, still so way from godhood.

Alia's gaze instantly fixed on Carlotta, curious and eager to understand the process of becoming a god.

She would soon find out.

Because in the very next mont, Carlotta pushed her divine concentration past the final barrier, reaching a full 100%.

Almost instantly, a dense divine essence radiated from Carlotta's body. When Alia looked at her, she felt a sudden, overwhelming urge to bow in worship.

Brilliant light seeped from every inch of Carlotta's skin, purifying her flesh and imbuing her with a radiant, immaculate aura.

"This... is becoming a god?"

Alia whispered, experiencing a rare sense of inadequacy.

Ordinary beings before a god would naturally feel this way, aware of the imnse gulf between them, a difference in the very hierarchy of life.

Though the previous extraterrestrial gods were equivalent to gods of their star system, they had all been in extrely weakened states, even capable of being slain by Carlotta and Alia. Naturally, they hadn't perceived that vast difference in life levels.

Only now did Alia truly feel the dazzling radiance of a true god.

...

At that very mont, once again, a projection appeared across the northern and southern continents and the many oceans, shocking countless people into stunned silence, their hearts imdiately filled with panic.

They had just learned that all extraterrestrial gods were eliminated, that a long and peaceful era was ahead, so why was another projection appearing?

But as everyone looked up, they quickly sighed in relief. This ti, it wasn't a projection of divine death, it was a projection of divine birth!

A god was being born!

And the one being born was no surprise to anyone, it was Carlotta!

"It's Lady Carlotta!"

"I thought she was already a god! Otherwise, how could she have slain so many extraterrestrial gods? But in truth, she only beca a god today?"

"Quick, rember this day! This is the day we must establish as Lady Carlotta's festival, the day of Lady Carlotta's ascension!"

In an instant, the northern and southern continents, the many oceans, countless people erupted in celebration over Carlotta's ascension.

The entire world was in an uproar!

...

For Carlotta herself, becoming a god was a wondrous experience. She could feel her life level ascending, a wonderfully comfortable sensation, as if her entire being was floating.

The process was brief. After the ascension ended, Carlotta felt herself instantly grasp nurous profound powers. Every ability beca deeper and more mysterious. She could even casually manipulate space and ti.

This was no longer a weakened extraterrestrial god, this was a god at full strength, incomparably more powerful than any previous foe.

If the forr Goddess of Ti and Space, the Undying God, or the Sun God reappeared before her now, Carlotta felt that with her current power, she could obliterate them with a single blow.

Then, Carlotta shared her experience of becoming a god with Alia, holding nothing back.

"You're not that far from godhood either. At most, a few more months. I'll wait for you to ascend. Then we'll return together."

Carlotta gently stroked Alia's hair and smiled.

Alia nodded.

She could also sense her own state, indeed, not far at all.

And so, the two remained in the starry void for another three months, paying no attention to the outside world.

Of course, while they claid to ignore everything, Carlotta could still use her Information Panel to observe what was happening around the world, though it was all related to her.

Her statues stood in every corner of the world.

Her story spread through alleys and streets, recorded in school textbooks.

Her na was sung repeatedly, in ballads by wandering bards, in the most popular plays at theaters.

Even her acquaintances spoke of her often. She was undeniably soone no one could ignore.

She also tried to check about the information panel but even after using all her abilities she wasn't able to find its source so she left it she will see in future.

Three months later, Carlotta saw that Alia's divine concentration had also reached 99%, nearing godhood within a short ti. She waited eagerly, full of anticipation.

In the end, everything proceeded smoothly.

Just as naturally as water flowing into a channel, Alia's divine concentration reached 100% in a single instant, and she entered a completely new state.

Alia had beco a god!

The mont Alia ascended, the projection of divine birth once again appeared across the world, imdiately causing a massive uproar.

After Carlotta's ascension, Alia achieved godhood just three months later, sending shockwaves throughout the world!

...

So ti later, Carlotta and Alia returned to the world.

Their return, of course, caused great commotion, along with sothing Carlotta found quite amusing.

For instance, the Emperor of the Wendell Empire, Alex Lancaster, sought her out and respectfully declared he was willing to hand over the entire empire to her, content to live henceforth as an ordinary person.

The reaction made Carlotta want to laugh a little, but she had no desire for such a nation. She rely required Alex's allegiance. Matters of imperial succession and major decisions could first be reported to the Moon Tower.

Precisely speaking, now that she was a god, an empire was no longer the highest authority. Her Moon Tower was the true highest institution. It was only natural for the vast empire to follow her directives.

Of course, it wasn't just the Wendell Empire.

After news spread of Carlotta's presence in Kestholm, even more factions arrived in the city.

The Emperor of the Velmoria Empire ca in person. He arrived with a grand entourage, yet when facing Carlotta, He was extrely respectful, imdiately declaring his allegiance and offering to surrender all political power to her, humbling himself completely.

Then, the monarchs and queens of the nurous kingdoms within the Sun Moon Federation arrived one by one, each expressing their submission to Carlotta.

Among them was a familiar face, Olivia Garcia, Carlotta's rival from the Sky Island, who had long held the number one spot and ultimately secured second place. She later beca Queen of the Brandon Kingdom, yet now before Carlotta, she was nothing but courteous and reverent.

Following them ca representatives from the Scarlet Kingdom. The Vampire Queen, the Exalted of the vampires, arrived personally, head lowered, deanor respectful. She said nothing of the past, when, the second strongest vampire, had died at Carlotta's hands.

In truth, the Vampire Queen had already made her stance clear long ago, publicly acknowledging that had brought it upon herself and that Carlotta bore no bla. Carlotta's strength, even in earlier days, had already filled the Vampire Queen with dread, making her unwilling to provoke her.

After the vampires, emissaries ca from the Elven Holand. The elves, emanating a fresh, natural aura, politely faced Carlotta. Though the elves knew Carlotta had initially trained in Elven Knight Path, the very foundation of her early fa, they didn't try to use this to draw closer, always maintaining a respectful distance.

Finally, the Holy Sword and Holy Spear of the southern continent arrived, representing the southern people, to express their allegiance to Carlotta.

Without the slightest ripple, Carlotta thus beca the sovereign ruler of the northern and southern continents, and the four seas, the god of everyone's faith.

This outco was perfectly natural. The only one who could have possibly opposed Carlotta was Alia, and she would never stop her. If anyone dared resist, Alia would simply knock them down.

Of course, by now, there was practically no one who disagreed.

The complex web of various factions and their relationships laid themselves bare before Carlotta.

After handling all these trivial matters, several days had already passed. Only then did Carlotta have ti to turn her attention back to her personal affairs.

...

At night, the Moon Tower stood tall and mysterious amidst countless city lights. As the residence of a god, it was revered by countless people. Many would pause upon leaving their hos, offering a brief, respectful prayer toward it before going about their day.

At the tower's summit, Carlotta and Alia sat together. Their hair danced in the night breeze as they whispered private words only for each other. Alia blushed from ti to ti, even as a god, bold words still made her heart flutter.

As they talked, Carlotta suddenly said, "Alia, now that everything that needed resolving has been settled, and we no longer face external enemies, don't you think it's ti we held our wedding?"

Although the Goddess of Ti and Space had ntioned terrifying enemies before dying, that threat was in the Goddess of Ti and Space's holand, unimaginably far from this star system. Those foes weren't sothing they needed to worry about now.

Carlotta felt her most pressing matter was her relationship.

Alia's face turned even redder. She pressed her lips together and nodded. "Yes... it really is ti to consider this. We've been together so long, and I've never felt unhappy with you. In fact, the happiest monts of my life are the ones spent with you."

As she spoke, Alia leaned into Carlotta's arms, her eyes slightly dazed.

Carlotta smiled gently, lightly kissed Alia's forehead, then couldn't help herself, she bent down and kissed Alia's soft lips, savoring their sweetness.

...

The next day, Carlotta publicly announced she would marry Alia. The news, of course, caused an enormous sensation across the entire world, drawing everyone's attention.

Though both were girls, many places in the world, such as the Wendell Empire, had no issue with such unconventional relationships. So people didn't find it too strange. Besides, who would dare question a god's love?

This wedding would undoubtedly be the grandest in history. On that day, the northern sky would blaze with light, as two beautiful, radiant goddesses formally vowed an eternal love before countless eyes.

"Miss Alia, from this day forward, no matter how many countless years pass, no matter what great or small events occur, even if the world falls into silence, even if the sun dies, even if the entire cosmos grows barren and cold, I wish for you to be by my side. You will always be my one and only beloved. Will you marry ?"

"I do."

(The End)
