“What fuq was that thing?” I asked Corey in horror. The skeleton gate was 5 ters in height so the eyeball peeking through it must be taller. What kind of creature has eyeballs of that size? And how is Corey acquainted with it? Does it have sothing to do with her past life? Even so, why are you trying to summon it in the tournant? Don’t you know that the tournant law bans giant summons unless you use Summon Armant?
“That is not a thing, it is my pet snake, little Baem. She likes to swim in magma. All my preparations to welco her are a waste as she has grown a lot since the last ti I saw her. If she were here she would have given your elentals a run for their money. Anyways, that’s not possible now, looks like I will have to take on you and your elentals by myself.” Corey had already observed that my fighting style heavily depended on my summons and figured I was one of those card apprentices who hide behind their summons. But seeing that my physique and individual combat powers were also not sothing she could overlook. Corey decided to call for her own reinforcent but turns out that it is way too overgrown to be summoned.
“…” For so reason, I suddenly rembered Corey’s words that she was unable to use her complete prowess. I guess she may not be lying about that.
“How dare you space out while you are dueling against ?” Without warning, Corey once again attacked
with multiple magma pillars. It was too late for
to dodge them so I summoned my elentals, “Stone Viltronian, I choose you”
“Stone Viltronian – Stone sphere” with my command as soon as the stone viltronian arrived it ford a huge stone sphere with I and it inside. Just in ti to protect
from the incoming magma pillar.
“Redtail – Earth Splitter” after attacking
with the magma pillar Corey did not continue to attack
with the sa magma pillar move again. Instead, she flew in the air and slashed her Redtail sword at the stone sphere.
One slash was all it took for Corey to break through the stone sphere. As the stone sphere crumbled in smithereens and fell apart, Corey continued her attack at Stone viltronian behind which I was hiding.
Once again it did not take more than one slash for Corey to cut the Stone viltronian guarding
in half. Thankfully the Stone Viltronian was an elental and had a calamity daughter gem as long as its gem is not damaged it would not die.
Soon Corey continued her combo with her third strike aiming at . I used the skill ‘I Spy’ to restrain rampaging Corey with all three pairs of floating hands. I barely managed to slow Corey in her tracks as she wiped out my drones by conjuring a huge Magma pillar. Which swallowed Corey and the drones. Thanks to her physique Corey was unscathed but my floating heads and arms incinerated to ash. I could summon them again by sacrificing a little soul energy but the problem was that the temperature of Corey’s magma seed to have increased after turning her tail into a sword. It seems her organ armant card adds a buff to both the user and the armant’s abilities
“Stone wrap, Stone Coffin” the drones had bought enough ti for the Stone viltronian to rearrange itself. Seeing Stone Viltronian back online I commanded it to use stone wrap and Stone Coffin on Corey back to back. To buy
enough ti to get out of Corey’s lee range.
Corey’s lee combat prowess had increased with Organ armant so after gaining a safe distance between
and Corey I summoned the remaining four Stone Viltronians.
“Why not summon your entire elental army? Maybe then defeating you will be a challenge.” Corey taunted
as she freed herself from the stone wrap and stone coffin using another scathing magma shower.
“Yeah right, So that you can incinerate them all using your magma pool.” The truth was that I can no longer use the minion summon of the boss Stone Viltronian as it was in the cooldown period. I had already used it once today to deal with the demigod worshippers.
Even if I could summon the minion army they would be easily wiped out by Corey’s magma shower. As they did not have a calamity daughter gem and authentic viltronian physique like the original five Stone Viltronians to withstand Corey’s magma. And also, I was truly glad for having the foresight to upgrade the Calamity daughter core of the Stone Viltronians to Calamity daughter gem before the match. The Calamity daughter gem not only boosted their physique but also their stone elental skills, unlike the calamity daughter core which only strengthened their physique.
“Surprisingly good judgnt on your part, but 5 stone elentals including you are not enough to defeat . You know that right.” I was getting annoyed as ti and ti again Corey pointed out the obvious that I was lacking in the skill card section. It’s about ti I showed her what she is begging for. I activated 5 summon armant cards that I took from the referee and turned all the 5 Stone Viltronians into armant after having them undergo the second transformation of Calamity daughter gem.
“Summon armant – Stone Gauntlets x 4”
“Summon armant – Stone Boots”
I regrew the three floating heads along with the three pairs of floating arms. And had them equip one Stone Gauntlet each. While I equipped the last Stone Gauntlet and Stone Boots. Equipping 5 summon armants my combat power grew rapidly. Now ti to bully a cocky kid,
“Corey, you were saying…” I gazed at Corey showing off my new equipnt.
“Um… still not enough. Trap Card – Magma furnace” Corey was not daunted seeing
equip five Summon Armant. Instead, she activated her trap.
