Keith already had one of his shoes off before Peter picked up on what he was doing, the other bodyguard cocking a concerned brow at his partner.

Keith tilted his head at Caspian’s feet, making Peter stare at it with wide-eyed panic.

The second-bodyguard was imdiately trying to get his shoes off while keeping up with Caspian.

Unaware of his bodyguards hopping behind him, Caspian was explaining things to his bodyguards.

"I wanted to watch a movie but I forgot I didn’t know how to set it up till I got there..."

"...Then I thought about you guys and figured that it would be better you just kept company while I watched a movie..."

Caspian turned around at this point, Keith and Peter walking ramrod straight with their shoes hidden behind their backs.

"I hope you weren’t busy," He addressed them with visible concern.

He would have to let them go if they had been occupied before this.

"Not at all," Peter hastily replied.

"Great," Caspian bead, stopping in front of the double doors of the cinema room.

"It’s right through here, so why don’t you both pick a movie while I get more popcorn for us." Caspian was quick to suggest, eager to get back to the kitchen.

"Sure thing," Keith muttered, opening the doors.

Peter watched Caspian’s slender form retreat down the hallway and take a turn before joining his partner.

He whistled when he stepped into the room, "The boss’ missus was serious when he called it a cinema room."

"I heard the boss had this set up for him," Keith dropped his shoes off in a safe corner and trudged to the backroom.

Peter marveled at the room for a while longer, maybe he should consider selling himself off at an auction too.

It must be nice to be the pampered pet of a powerful Mafia King.

"Pete! Get your ass back here!" Keith’s voice interrupted his fantasies.

The other man rarely raised his voice so it was a little shocking. He moved imdiately, quick to get with the program.

"What did you fuck up?" He asked before even getting into the little control room.

"I wish I knew enough to fuck it up," Keith muttered, pushing a hand through his hair.

Peter stepped in confidently, "Move out of the way, I got this..."

Caspian had a self-conscious smile on his face as he tried to calm the kitchen staff down for the second ti in a day.

He didn’t an to jump scare them, they just happened to be very startled whenever he showed up.

At least no one choked this ti.

"I have company, can I get more popcorn?" He asked with puppy eyes.

"Please call," A chef straight up begged, "You don’t need to co down in person just for this."

Caspian snatched the popcorn from the maid that had been about to take it for him.

"What difference does it make?" He held the much bigger bowl of popcorn with both hands, unable to hold it and eat from it at the sa ti.

Which was honestly for the best because he hadn’t realized that he was emptying the first bowl of popcorn given to him until it was all gone.

"Besides it’s faster," He tagged on, heading for the door. "I’ll be back again," He made sure to promise, much to the dismay of the kitchen staff.

Caspian hurried back to the cinema room with his bounty of fresh popcorn.

He wasn’t just doing this to be a nuisance to the kitchen staff, it also helped him move around.

Bed rest after getting hurt was fine but after a while it would start to beco detrintal to just stay holed up in bed all day.

He got to the cinema room to find it empty, the lights were off and so was the screen.

He stopped right at the entrance, not trusting himself not to trip in the dark and send the popcorn flying everywhere.

"Peter? Keith? Where are you guys?"

In the cramped control room, both n froze at the sound of Caspian’s voice.

Keith was choking Peter with the excess length of cable in the room.

The idiot had strutted forward so confidently only to actually fuck things up.

"In the back room," Peter was the one to answer, turning the tables on Keith.

It was dark in the control room save for the blinking lights from the various systems, but he had sohow managed to wrap the cable around Keith’s wrists, forcing him to bend forward, his upper body pushing so buttons.

Outside the control room, the screen ca on, making Caspian smile.

"Oh, good, you figured it out." He said approvingly, stepping into the room.

Keith straightened himself up with sheer will, ramming the back of his head into Peter’s head with an audible thud.

The other cursed and released him, Keith quickly picking up on the controls after figuring out what made the screen turn on.

Peter stumbled out while he did that, stunned and a little dizzy.

Caspian turned around, politely waiting for them to sit before he got started on the popcorn. "What movie did you guys settle on?"

Peter walked forward, his head throbbing sothing fierce, "Keith said he’d handle it."

Keith did handle it, he dealt with a lot of computers because of gaming so it was easy to get a handle on things once he got a head start.

He even figured out how to put the lights on in the control room again after Peter had switched it off while blindly fumbling.

There was an endless list of movies that he was stumped on what to pick, and Peter, that bastard, had left him to deal with everything.

Caspian had said they could picked whatever they liked but he leaned more to superhero movies... he tried to think of the delicate Oga liking that and failed.

Stereotyping was probably not the best thing to do here but he didn’t exactly have a lot of options.

So he picked a romantic drama at random, stepping out of the control room with the back of his head tingling.

Just how strong was Pete’s head?
