The blue sea and sky, the big boat was sailing smoothly on the water.
Ava was leaning on the railing, throwing up over and over again.
"Feel better? Drink so water." Leo said, not really sure what to say, and handed Ava a bamboo cup.
What kind of people are on this ship?
Lilia was a landlubber, and she still didn’t know how to swim.
And Ava was seasick, throwing up since the mont she got on the boat.
"Leo, I might not be able to take care of you anymore. I think I saw Death." Ava looked pale and weak, sitting on the deck.
"Don’t be silly. It’s just seasickness. You’ll get used to it soon. Co on, drink so water." Leo tapped her forehead and said, a little angry.
Lilia, who was steering the sail, saw this and looked upset.
She shouldn’t have brought this woman out to sea. Leo was hardly talking to her anymore.
"Leo, we’re coming up to the fog area." She looked at the foggy sea ahead and said loudly.
The sea was covered in fog, and the fog only disappeared near islands or land.
Leo didn’t know why that was.
But the fog definitely made sailing harder.
He asked, "Lilia, can you still tell the direction?"
His hint didn’t show up after they set out.
It seed like the hint only appeared when there was danger or when sothing special was found.
Lilia looked at the sun that was almost sinking into the sea and said, "Yes. But it’s harder at night."
They had been sailing for one day, and the Fla Island behind them was already out of sight.
In the fog at night, you couldn’t see the stars. Without the moon, it was hard to find the direction. They could only drift with the waves.
Leo said, "Lower the sails and let the boat move slower."
"OK." Lilia nodded, lowered the sails, and took out so salted at, fruit, and fresh water, handing them to the two of them.
"Leo, I can’t eat," Ava said, looking at the food. "I feel like my stomach is empty, but I still want to throw up."
"It’s okay. Eat so fruit. Light food, and then go to sleep in the cabin. You’ll feel better in the morning." Leo comforted her and gave her so fruit.
"Really?" Ava swallowed hard, forced herself to eat a few sour and bitter fruits, and then went back to the cabin with Lilia’s help.
The fog was moving, the wind was blowing, and the small boat was rocking gently.
Lilia ca up to the deck and sat next to Leo, asking, "Leo, what’s your plan?"
"What?" He thought for a second, then said, "Get a title or take over an island. Either way is fine."
He felt like with the knowledge in his head, he could do pretty well.
"Lilia, when I find the princess, will you co back to the Elven Forest with ? Maybe bring Ava too." Lilia thought for a mont and said.
The Elven Forest didn’t allow outsiders, but for Leo, she could ask the elf king to let them stay.
Leo was a little tempted. Then he asked, "I heard there’s The Fountain of Immortality in this world. Is it related to your elf people?"
"The Fountain of Immortality? Hmph." Lilia snorted and said, "There have always been stories about The Fountain of Immortality. Maybe it really exists. But that immortal human? He definitely didn’t drink from The Fountain of Immortality. More like a curse."
"Curse?" Leo looked at her, confused.
"Yep." She continued, "The immortal human is like he sold his soul to the devil in exchange for immortality. But he also beca the devil’s servant forever."
"Devil?" Leo was even more curious. "Are there devils in this world?"
"Yes," Lilia nodded. "Gods and devils are real, but for so reason, they suddenly disappeared, leaving only stories. It’s said that getting The Fountain of Immortality can make you a god. Many races set out to find it, but no one ever found it."
Is there really a Fountain of Immortality?

He said, "Lilia, are you trying to tie up and take to the Elven Forest?"
"How did you know?" Lilia accidentally said, then quickly covered her mouth.
"You really had that idea!" Leo was on high alert. He looked Lilia up and down and smiled with a wicked look. "Actually, there’s a better way. Have you heard of the beauty trap? If you marry , maybe I’ll think about joining the Elven Forest."
"Daydream!" Lilia stood up suddenly, her face red. "Elves don’t marry outsiders. I warn you not to look at elven won like that."
She said that and ran away in a hurry.
For so reason, she felt a little jealous of Ava.
If the Elf King had offered her to Leo to keep him around, she wouldn’t have said no...
"well," she sighed helplessly. That was never going to happen.
Elven rules were strict. All elves had to obey the Elf King. They would never let her marry a human.

In the morning, the red sun rose, shining through the fog and painting it with a rainbow glow.
Lilia checked the direction, facing the sunrise, and sailed the boat quickly.

"Lilia, take in the sails. Sothing’s not right," he called out to her quickly.
With Lilia by his side, he felt a little safer.
"What’s going on?" Lilia took in the sails and asked, confused.
Ava also ca out of the cabin. She had gotten used to the sea, but was still weak.
"There’s danger," Leo said, warning everyone around.
The fog moved, and a dark shadow appeared.
It was a big ship.
On the mast, you could barely see a skull flag fluttering in the wind.
"It’s pirates!" Lilia warned, imdiately putting on armor and grabbing a steel sword, standing in front of the two of them.
Pirates were all ruthless cutthroats. They were even crueler and more evil than human nobles. They burned, killed, robbed, and did whatever they wanted.
"There’s a ship!"
"Quick, get closer and check it out."
The ship was full of shouting, and it was clear the pirates had spotted Leo and the others.
The waves were crashing, the boat was rocking, and the big ship was quickly approaching.
Leo got a good look at the ship. It was much bigger than their small boat, and there were clear signs of battle on it.
"An elf! There really is an elf!"
"Haha, we’re rich! They must have escaped from Fla Island. And there’s a barbarian beauty too!"
The pirates on the ship were shouting all sorts of dirty words.
Pirates were different from adventurers.
Adventurers would capture beautiful elves and barbarians, but they wouldn’t hurt them. A clean, pretty girl could be sold for a high price to nobles.
But these pirates were different. They were total monsters. If Lilia and Ava fell into their hands, they’d be in for a nightmare.
Several big grappling hooks flew over, locking onto Leo’s small boat.
"Get ready to fight," he coldly ordered, and imdiately grabbed a dozen bamboo bombs from the cabin, strapping them to his body.
These pirates were fierce and in large numbers, but they wouldn’t stand a chance against the bombs.
Lilia and Ava also grabbed the bamboo bombs, lit them, and threw them down the rope toward the pirates sliding down.
Boom!
A loud explosion, fire flying everywhere, and screams echoing.
Blood mist filled the air, and several injured pirates fell into the sea, their blood turning the water red.
"Don’t damage the ship," Leo imdiately warned the two girls. He had his eyes on this pirate ship.
Big, strong, and way more stable than their little boat.
"Leave it to . Ava, protect Leo," Lilia said, and jumped, running along the rope toward the big ship.
A few pirates couldn’t even stand in front of her. She killed them with one swing, and they fell into the sea.
Ava held a sword in front of Leo.
She wasn’t as strong as Lilia, but she was way better than Leo. Taking down a few pirates was no problem.
Crash!
Another loud bang ca from the ship, fire exploded, and the air was filled with smoke.
"Help! That elf is a magician!"
The ship was full of screams, fighting, and explosions.
