Mr. Lynch put an arm around Mrs. Lynch’s shoulders, sighed deeply, and finally nodded.

Seraphina Sutton slid gracefully into the passenger seat, then turned her head and spoke in a faintly apologetic tone.

"Dr. Wynter, I’m so sorry about this. Kaden insisted I take the passenger seat since I’m pregnant. You don’t mind, do you?"

"Not at all. Sit there if you want. It has nothing to do with ."

Hearing this, both Kaden Xavier and Seraphina Sutton were taken aback, not expecting Wren Wynter to be so nonchalant.

Kaden Xavier was quite pleased with Wren Wynter’s "sensible" behavior. He glanced at her, his thin lips parting. "If you’d been like this from the start, we wouldn’t be fighting.
