"Thank you..." Tian Xin said happily.

The young man chuckled, "Don’t ntion it. My mom said, co to my house for dinner later..."

Just as Tian Xin had not responded, while leaning against the tree eating wampee, she saw a familiar figure. She stared at him in shock. How did he co here?

Tian Xin did not expect Tang Baijin to find her so quickly. He seed to have lost a lot of weight. When he looked at her, his eyes were filled with anger.

"I’ll go later!" Tian Xin said to the man beside her, "I need to go back ho first..."

As she hurried towards the little house she was staying in, she saw Tang Baijin’s car parked there, and the villagers surrounding it, all smiling at her.

"You’re back, your man is here, he’s so handso..."

"Yeah, he said you had an argunt, so he ca here to unwind..."

"Also, he said, there is no need to rush back. You can stay as long as you want..."

"A man who is both so rich and caring is a rare find. Cherish him..."

Tian Xin didn’t know that Tang Baijin had already arrived, nor that he had mingled so well with the villagers. She could only stand there dumbfounded, nodding her head.

Tang Baijin, on the other hand, was very generous. He took out several expensive cigarettes from the car and distributed them to everyone, "I’ll spend so ti alone with my wife."

Everyone understood, and after taking the cigarettes, they went off to try them out. He also gave candies, snacks, and toys to the won and children. After everyone had left, Tian Xin suddenly felt a deep sense of crisis.

The more a man in this world acts without batting an eyelid, the harsher he actually is.

He had co here, yet had not spoken a word to her. He had spoken a lot with the villagers and given them gifts; in their eyes, he must be a good person, and she, a woman who had left ho on a whim after a quarrel.

Moreover, in front of the villagers, he had maintained the appearance of a noble young master, without the usual arrogance of the wealthy. But in her presence, it was different—look, his handso face was already darkening.

When all the villagers had dispersed, only Tang Baijin and Tian Xin remained in front of the small house.

Tang Baijin looked at her, and even though he was dressed in ordinary clothes, he was still charmingly handso. He strode towards her and said, "What? You don’t recognize anymore?"

"Why are you here?" Tian Xin asked in a low voice.

The look on Tang Baijin’s face was definitely not a good one. If he had not co for her, how long was she planning to stay?

He looked down at her from his height, "Inside the house? Or in the car?"

"For what?" Tian Xin asked curiously, as he hadn’t finished his sentence.

"What do you think?" Tang Baijin extinguished the cigarette in his hand, stomping it out furiously underfoot, his anger evident. He had treated her so well, and yet she had quietly run away and hidden herself here.

Tian Xin’s face turned red. What did he an?

Tang Baijin had already pushed open the door to her room. She hadn’t locked it. He glanced around the simple and humble room, much like her own style. Seeing her still standing dazed outside, he said, "Aren’t you coming in?"

Tian Xin obediently walked in, feeling sohow that she was not going to have an easy ti tonight...

"Baijin..." Tian Xin called out to him.

Tang Baijin turned around, "Why are you standing so far away?"

"You’re more dangerous." Tian Xin murmured softly, wanting to keep a safe distance from danger.

Tang Baijin stood with his arms crossed, looking down at her: "I’m an easy person to talk to. You can convince with reasons why you left alone without telling ! Of course, if you can’t convince , you should understand what I will do..."

Tian Xin stood by the door, seemingly thinking that if she ran now, she could run faster, "I just wanted so peace and quiet, so I left on my own..."

"Have you thought it through?" Tang Baijin’s voice remained even, betraying no emotion.

Tian Xin was taken aback: "Not yet..."

As soon as these words ca out, she felt a low pressure engulfing her, a sign that Tang Baijin was truly angry.

"Then I’ll make the decision for you." Tang Baijin said, "Go ho, get married."

Tian Xin glared at him, her eyes still filled with fear. She quickly retorted, "I won’t go back, I won’t marry..."

Tang Baijin didn’t even bother to ask her why, as if going ho and getting married didn’t require her consent!

He did not linger in her room but walked towards his car. Seeing Tian Xin still standing there dumbfounded, he said in a deep voice, "Not leaving yet? Can’t bear to part with the young and strong n in the village?"

The man who had just picked yellow skin fruit for her was at most in his early twenties; young, yes, but far lacking in charm.

Tian Xin saw that he was jealous. What was there for such an old man to be jealous about?

He stood by the car door, and even in this small rural setting, with his luxury car and his status, he made the village feel unsettled.

"Do you want to punish you here for leaving without a word?" Tang Baijin, of course, knew there were people looking in their direction.

She knew what he ant by "punishnt."

He never truly wanted to hurt her, the only "punishnt" was...

Tian Xin certainly did not want that. Firstly, because she was pregnant, and secondly, she did not want others to know she was engaged in such intimate acts with him...

She had no choice but to get into his car. He drove off without a word.

Tang Baijin drove back to the Mountain Top Villa. Tian Xin got out of the car and sat on the lawn. Before she had a chance to catch her breath, the man pressed her hard against the ground, and then his kisses ca raining down like a storm...

"Bai... jin..." Tian Xin couldn’t speak; she wanted to push him away, but how could she move his weight? He was so heavy that she even worried that he would hurt the baby in her womb...

Yet, Tang Baijin pinned her hands above her head with one hand, and ruthlessly tore her clothes to shreds with the other, the fabric flying everywhere...

"Tang Baijin..." Tian Xin saw that he had brought her back just for this, "Let go, stop being crazy..."

"I’m crazy, I’ve been crazy ever since you left..." Tang Baijin shouted angrily, "Do you know how much agony you’ve caused by leaving without a word? Tian Xin, you can leisurely pick fruit with other n in the village and flirt, but ? My mind is full of you, my heart is full of you, I’m searching for you across the whole world..."

"Are you always this sentintal? Do you have feelings for old flas! And feelings for new ones too? Your gentleness and kindness are like a knife, stabbing deep into my heart!" Tang Baijin pointed at her chest, speaking sharply, "You wanted ti to cool off, has it been long enough? Have you figured it out? Since you haven’t cooled off or figured it out, there’s no need to think further! I’ll make all the decisions."

Tian Xin was scolded for quite a while and didn’t speak; she looked at him so fiercely, and with grievance said, "I just wanted to know, without the physical entanglent, if you would still like ... I don’t want our relationship to be just about the body... but you always ignore my wishes, taking by force, and I’m confused... I also want to know if I truly love you, or if it’s because... because..."

Because he was her first man!

Tian Xin didn’t finish her last sentence, since he didn’t know, she didn’t want to trouble herself by saying it out loud.

She had held back for so long without saying it, why bother with unnecessary suspicions and complications now?

"Because of what?" Tang Baijin waited a long ti without hearing her continue, he looked at her, "You think I’m just infatuated with you? Is that the kind of person you think I am? I may have taken you by force, but I’m not wrong! Because I like you, I indeed like you. If it were just infatuation, I could have just played around and then gone ssing with other won! But have I?"
