Fatty Tang indeed hesitated for a long ti before calling Chu Feng. He knew sowhat about Chu Feng’s situation. He was aware that Chu Feng had already beco a billionaire, so he wasn’t sure if Chu Feng would still be willing to take a risk with him.

But now, there was such a severe shortage of supplies; he really had no other option. Additionally, with such a good opportunity presenting itself, Fatty Tang truly did not want to give up.

Chu Feng’s heart stirred when he heard what Fatty Tang said.

However, what excited Chu Feng wasn’t the benefits that the vein might bring him. Instead, he wondered whether this vein could help him make a breakthrough in his current Cultivation level.

As his enemies grew stronger, Chu Feng was becoming increasingly aware of his shortcomings. Thus, Chu Feng could only actively seek a breakthrough.

Ordinary jade could no longer satisfy Chu Feng’s need for a breakthrough; perhaps the vein might hold that possibility. After all, it was a convergence of the earth’s Spiritual energy. Maybe it really could help. Moreover, Fatty Tang was his brother. Regardless of emotions or reason, Chu Feng ought to help.

Chu Feng said, "Brother Tang, you shouldn’t talk like that. How could I stand by and do nothing when you’re in trouble? Tell the Ti, and once I’ve taken care of things at ho, we’ll go together."

When he heard this, Fatty Tang couldn’t help but express his excitent, "Great! I’ll confirm the ti with Old Ma right now. It should be about a month from now. I’ll let you know when I have the exact Ti."

Chu Feng replied, "No problem. Just let know when you have the exact Ti."

After hanging up the phone with Fatty Tang, Chu Feng continued to read the Cultivation Encyclopedia.

Now that his Cultivation had reached a bottleneck, Chu Feng was not forcing it and not feeling rushed.

A night’s reading gave Chu Feng a better grasp of certain details. Even though it was the weekend, for Qin i and the others, weekends were no different from weekdays.

But for Chu Feng, the weekend was genuinely a weekend.

After wandering around the house, Chu Feng went straight to look for An Rongrong.

"Do you really need to work this hard? It’s not like I can’t support you." Chu Feng arrived in front of An Rongrong who was completely absorbed in the docunts and hadn’t noticed his arrival.

Startled by Chu Feng’s voice, An Rongrong jumped.

An Rongrong looked up and glared at Chu Feng, "Are you trying to scare to death? Can’t you make a little noise when you walk?"

Chu Feng responded, "If I were dead, then I would indeed make no noise. You’re just too focused. There’s no need to work so hard; you’ve got , haven’t you?"

An Rongrong rubbed her sowhat sore temples and said, "Now I realize how much my brother used to do for . But I still hope that my brother wakes up soon. It’s better when he takes on the responsibilities."

Chu Feng looked at An Rongrong and smiled, "If An Wenxing heard you, he might just pretend to stay asleep even if he woke up."

An Rongrong playfully stuck out her tongue and said, "But it’s really tiring, and not the least bit interesting."

Chu Feng had even less interest in these matters as he asked, "How is An Wenxing now?"

An Rongrong said, "He’s getting better and better. Now he’s starting to show a slight reaction to external stimuli."

Chu Feng said, "An Wenxing is truly very lucky. I didn’t expect his body to recover so quickly, and even the blood clot in his brain to shrink on its own."

An Rongrong added, "Yes. The doctor also said it’s indeed a miracle."

Chu Feng remarked, "Perhaps your brother wants to wake up sooner to relieve you from toiling day and night."

An Rongrong nodded earnestly and said, "Definitely. Because every day, I complain to him by his bedside about how boring work at the company is. He loves the most, so for my sake, he’ll wake up sooner."

Chu Feng listened to An Rongrong’s words and was really at a loss for words. It was the first ti he had heard of such a thod for waking a patient up.

"Did you call for for a reason?" An Rongrong asked.

Chu Feng said, "Can’t I co to see you if there’s no matter? You are now my official girlfriend, and as your official boyfriend, can’t I co to find you?"

An Rongrong’s eyes swiveled and she said, "That’s true. You are my official boyfriend now, I might have forgotten if you didn’t say it."

Chu Feng, through ’gritted teeth’, said, "You little minx, are you asking for trouble?"

An Rongrong, with a giggle, said, "Since you’re here, why don’t you treat to lunch?"

Chu Feng replied, "I ca here to treat you to a al, let’s go."

The two found a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant, and after they ordered a pile of dishes, Chu Feng had not even spoken when he saw An Rongrong already eating heartily.

All sorts of grilled pork, pineapple buns, mixed platter, she ate without any concern for her image.

"Seeing you eat, I would’ve thought you ca from Africa," Chu Feng said.

An Rongrong retorted vaguely, "Sitting in the office is indeed brain-draining, I need to eat more to replenish."

Chu Feng said, "You’re not afraid of turning into a fatty that I’ll no longer want."

Upon hearing Chu Feng’s words, An Rongrong put down her chopsticks and said, "You’ve said that even if I got fat, you wouldn’t abandon . If you lie to , you’re a ’little dog.’"

Chu Feng looked at An Rongrong’s face, innocent yet serious, and truly felt wonderful.

"Alright, I’ve had enough. If you’re not full yet, go ahead and pay the bill, co back and eat by yourself later," An Rongrong said, patting her slightly bulging belly.

Chu Feng comnted, "It seems I need to work hard to earn money, or you might indeed eat out of house and ho."

"How could you say that? I barely ate anything and you’re talking like I could eat you out of house and ho," An Rongrong said coquettishly.

Chu Feng, pointing at the table full of dishes, said, "All this is what you’ve eaten."

An Rongrong looked at the dishes on the table, her pretty face reddening slightly, and said, "True. It seems I did eat quite a bit, but this is still your fault."

"What does this have to do with ?" Chu Feng asked.

An Rongrong replied, "If you had cured my brother earlier, I wouldn’t have had to work so hard. And if I weren’t this tired, I wouldn’t need to eat so much. So, in the end, it’s still your fault, isn’t it?"

Chu Feng smiled wryly and nodded, "It’s all my fault."

An Rongrong smiled triumphantly, then slung her arm over Chu Feng’s shoulder and said, "Let’s go, take back to the office, I still have a mountain of paperwork to get through."

"Oh, by the way, Sister Yan told that you went to the Shuiyun Restaurant last night and it was with another girl. What’s that about?" Right before they reached the bottom of the building, An Rongrong suddenly asked.

Chu Feng lightly scratched An Rongrong’s nose and said, "I knew you couldn’t resist asking. I’m here to co clean to you."

But just as Chu Feng started to speak, his phone rang. Checking, he saw it was a call from Dong Wanliang. Chu Feng said, "Why not let the person involved give their testimony? I assure you I didn’t do anything bad."
