The male officer approached Chu Feng, took out the handcuffs he carried, and was about to put them on him.
"What right do you have to handcuff ?" Chu Feng asked coldly, looking at the handcuffs.

The male officer disdainfully said, "I’m arresting a suspect, of course, I have to use handcuffs."
Chu Feng sneered,"I may not know much about the law, but I understand this. Police cannot handcuff soone during a summons if they’re not even considered an actual suspect. Therefore, you cannot handcuff ."
Chu Feng absolutely couldn’t be handcuffed as it wasn’t just a matter of losing face. With such an experience, he feared he wouldn’t even be able to take the college entrance exam. Even if he did, no college would dare admit him.
"Are you the police or am I? I’m handcuffing you now, put these on!" the male officer said impatiently.
Chu Feng watched the male officer about to make his move, considering that he now had the Dragon Soul badge given by Zhang Shisan. He might not be able to deal with Wu Di, but handling a cop should still be no problem.
