Chapter 52: Chapter 52 This is simply a divine look

Bo Xichen stepped in front of her and gently touched her hair. "Aren’t you going to say goodbye to your uncle?"

Gu Anxi sensed sothing was off, but with all the teachers watching, she could only murmur, "Goodbye, Uncle."

A ripple of emotion surfaced in his icy eyes.

Then, Bo Xichen gave a slight smile. "Pay attention in class. Don’t make... Professor Gao angry again."

Gu Anxi glanced at him once more before walking out.

In the Fine Arts Departnt office, the atmosphere was peculiar; several young female teachers were blushing.

The new Professor Bo was young, handso, and tall, exuding an air of nobility. He exuded an aura that was gentle yet felt unapproachable to ordinary people.

When Gu Anxi returned to the classroom, her classmates wore peculiar expressions. Thanks to Lin Qi spreading the word, they all knew Gu Anxi’s "uncle" had beco a professor.

Although Lin Qi praised Professor Bo to the heavens, Shen Wanqing didn’t believe a word of it.

She and Gu Anxi had grown up together; she knew Gu Anxi’s background inside out. Since when did Gu Anxi have an uncle? And one surnad Bo, no less! It had to be a romantic relationship.

Gu Anxi paid no mind to any of this. She sat down and resud poring over the book Bo Xichen had given her.

Chu Yan whispered, "Just now, Wang Qin argued with soone for you. When they were badmouthing you, she imdiately brought up how you blocked that ball for her last ti, saying your luck was incredible."

Gu Anxi tilted her head. "Blocked?"

"Yeah, blocked," Chu Yan said, smiling brightly. "Doesn’t that sound a bit silly?"

Gu Anxi ignored her, propping her chin on her hand as she continued to read.

Chu Yan tugged at her arm. "Gu Anxi, co on, talk to us! Tell us about your uncle."

The words had barely left her lips when Bo Xichen walked in.

The mont he entered, Chu Yan was struck speechless.

It was... It was really him!

Gu Anxi tilted her head. "What’s wrong?"

Chu Yan’s smile was frozen. After a long mont, she managed to force a strained smile. "Gu Anxi, your uncle is very good-looking. He’s really, truly handso."

It wasn’t just her; the entire class was stunned.

So this was the new Professor Bo? A black shirt, black trousers, and a matching black coat. Those broad shoulders, those long legs, that face... and those icy eyes looked so good! What divine looks! And soone like this was going to teach them physiology? Oh... It would be wonderful to have this class several tis a day! Unfortunately, the schedule only listed one class with Professor Bo per week.

Shen Wanqing also stared at Bo Xichen, her fingers tightening into fists.

So he was such an extraordinary man. But so what? He was just a professor. At most, he probably earned only a few hundred thousand a year—nothing compared to Qin Siyuan. The Qin family was one of the top families in Qingcheng, and Qin Siyuan’s company was thriving. How could a re professor even compare? No background, no power... What could he possibly offer Gu Anxi? She, Shen Wanqing, could crush Gu Anxi in an instant.

Bo Xichen briefly introduced himself and then began the class.

The class proceeded with surprising orderliness; not a single student showed the slightest hint of drowsiness.

Professor Bo’s good looks were simply riveting.

After class, Bo Xichen whisked Gu Anxi away.

His new office was located in the library.

In the span of a single class period, the room had been miraculously tidied up. It now contained an office desk, a set of sofas in a matching color, and additionally, a Chinese-style screen that added a very tasteful touch.

Gu Anxi had already received a ssage from her old subordinate: there was no way around it—this "Big Shot" was truly of distinguished status. Bo Xichen of the Beicheng Bo Family was the future Family Head. In the future, all collateral branches of the Bo Family would have to defer to this Professor Bo.
