Chapter 29: Chapter 29 Highlights!! Anxi, this girl is so venomous!

"What’s going on?!" Qin Siyuan’s forehead was covered with cold sweat as he looked at Cousin Lin.

Cousin Lin was quite calm. "A skill of hackers, especially for dealing with defaulters!"

"Explain clearly," Qin Siyuan’s voice was low.

Cousin Lin slung his bag over his shoulder. "It’s just as it sounds. Until the money is received, the final command won’t be executed. The system will revert to its previous state, or... even to how it is now."

He paused. "Usually, hackers give their clients ten minutes, but as for this young lady, I’m not sure."

Before he finished speaking, Old Man Qin croaked hoarsely, "Quickly, make the transfer! What are you waiting for?!"

The old man was leaning on his walking stick, looking as if he was about to faint.

That girl, Gu Anxi, is truly vicious. So vicious!

Wanqing was stunned. She didn’t know, nor could she have imagined, that Gu Anxi possessed such skills. She... she’s so formidable!

Her fingernails dug into her palms, and her lips tightened.

But she quickly composed herself and soothed Old Man Qin, her voice gentle, "Grandpa Qin, I know you’re furious with Anxi, but you must take care of your health."

Old Man Qin was so infuriated he was trembling, almost choking on his rage.

Qin Siyuan didn’t dare to delay. He imdiately made the transfer. The mont the transaction was completed, the mainfra stopped its noise, and the screen returned to normal. Lines of text slowly scrolled across it:

"Qingcheng Mountain is scenic and tranquil, a good place for retirent."

"Qingcheng Mountain is scenic and tranquil, a good place for retirent."

"Qingcheng Mountain is scenic and tranquil, a good place for retirent."

...

Old Man Qin trembled with anger. "She’s mocking

for being old!"

"Grandpa Qin, you’re overthinking things," Wanqing said, trying to soothe him, but then she changed her tone. "Anxi certainly has her faults. Please don’t be angry."

Qin Siyuan was still staring at the screen, lost in thought, as if fearing another sudden change.

Cousin Lin slung his bag over his shoulder and left.

But as he reached the doorway, he abruptly turned back and remarked, "To this day, no one has ever seen KING of the hacker world."

Qin Siyuan frowned.

Qin Han asked directly, "Are you suggesting Gu Anxi could be KING?"

Cousin Lin shook his head. "Whether she is or not, no one will ever know."

"Why?"

"Because it’s KING!" Cousin Lin chuckled. "If KING doesn’t want you to know, how could you possibly find out?"

The mont Cousin Lin stepped out, five million was credited to his bank account.

He smirked. Dealing with people who keep their word is so much better, unlike those in this room... Heh!

After the outsiders had left, the three n of the Qin family were visibly exhausted, drained by the prolonged tension and Gu Anxi’s shocking display.

Old Man Qin left by car. Qin Han rested in his office, still feeling uneasy.

Qin Siyuan grabbed his car keys to drive Wanqing ho. He remained silent throughout the journey.

After leaving the Qin Corporation, Gu Anxi hailed a taxi and got out at the hospital.

She didn’t go to any patient ward but headed straight to Bo Xichen’s private laboratory.

Bo Xichen was at his desk, studying a research paper, when soone suddenly sat down in the chair opposite him.

He looked up, a hint of surprise in his eyes.

"I’m going to take a nap here for a bit," Gu Anxi said, already lying down on the desk opposite him.

In just a few seconds, she seed to be asleep.

Her long eyelashes quivered faintly, casting shadows like tiny brushes. Under the light, her porcelain skin looked even more exquisite, so delicate it seed it might break at a touch.

His ice-blue eyes lingered on her face for a long mont before he looked away, only for his gaze to drift back to her again shortly after.
