"The cold will calm down." Akira thought to himself.

Without hesitation, he leapt high into the air and dived headfirst into the pool. His form was clean, his body sharp and streamlined, like a falling blade. There was barely a splash as he slipped beneath the surface, cutting through the water with precision that made several students pause mid-lap to stare.

The cold struck him like a slap. It was sharp and clean, an extrely welco sensation to his excited state. It rushed across his skin and wrapped around his limbs, pulling away the tension, the heat, the chaos.

His mind quieted. His instincts awoke.

Within monts, Akira’s body surged into motion. His arms extended and pulled with deliberate strength, each stroke carving clean lines through the water. His legs kicked with practiced rhythm, controlled and powerful.

At first, his body protested. The new vessel he inhabited was young, yes, but untested in this manner. The muscles required for swift, efficient swimming were stiff, underdeveloped. His shoulders burned, and his sides cramped slightly from the unfamiliar effort.

But Akira paid it no mind.

For all things, it was mind over matter.

If he didn’t mind, it didn’t matter.

He clenched his core, fixed his breathing, and pressed forward with the sheer force of iron discipline. Stroke by stroke, his movent beca smoother. Stronger. Faster. The tension faded from his muscles, replaced by surging control.

Shuaaaa!

Water split beneath his strokes, swirling behind him in long, elegant wakes. The surface remained calm as he propelled himself forward with growing speed. Every kick, every pull of his arms, pushed him cleanly through the water.

The world above faded into blur and distant echoes. Below the surface, all he heard was the rush of water past his ears, the muffled rhythm of his heartbeat, and the thrum of movent.

Akira felt free.

But alas, the pool was not very big. It was rely a hundred ters long, and he soon reached the other end.

Without hesitation, Akira spun his body underwater and perford a graceful turn, his legs coiling like a spring before pushing off the wall with controlled force. His body surged back into motion, gliding through the water with seamless rhythm.

The silence beneath the surface embraced him again, the weightlessness wrapping around his limbs like a familiar cloak. Each motion was precise and efficient without any wasted energy.

re monts later, Akira reached his original starting point once more.

"This body is so weak." Akira sighed." I should probably co up and take a breath first."

Akira surfaced with a calm exhale, his hair slicked back by the water and eyes scanning the pool surface.

He blinked slowly.

The tentacles hadn’t attacked.

Good.

The lane ropes floated peacefully. He nodded to himself, satisfied.

"They were only sleeping." he muttered under his breath. "Wise of them to stay still."

Then his gaze shifted.

Shiina was standing exactly where he had left her, towel hanging loosely from her hand, but her chest was rising and falling with deep, rapid breaths. Her swimsuit clung tightly to her form, the wet fabric outlining her toned stomach and generous curves. Drops of water glistened along her collarbone and rolled down the curve of her chest in a slow, hypnotic trail.

Akira’s thoughts wavered.

"Why... why is she breathing so hard? Why does she look like she just survived a monster raid? That body... that chest... is far too dangerous. Damn it! Focus, Akira! Focus!"

Shiina, for her part, was completely frozen.

What the hell did I just watch? she thought, still staring. Is he really just a village brute who had never seen modern equipnt? If so... How did he learn to swim that fast? That kind of speed... It was definitely sothing achievable only by training mindlessly for countless hours... It was incredible! But... How did he do it?

Their inner worlds spun in silence, both trying and failing to compose themselves until the silence shattered.

Clap! Clap! CLAPCLAPCLAP!

A loud, enthusiastic voice bood across the pool.

"I have NEVER seen such pure talent! Pure talent! PURE talent!"

The shout echoed across the swimming complex, followed by the stomping of sandals and the screech of a clipboard being flung onto a chair.

A bulky swimming coach with short whistle-strangled hair ca running down the side of the pool like a man possessed.

"Young man!" he bellowed. "You are now the ace of the swimming team! I don’t care what you say, what you think, or if you’re actually possessed by a dolphin spirit! You’re in!"

"Who are you? Why is your hair so ugly?" Akira turned toward him, distracted, his gaze flickering briefly back to Shiina. "And what is a swimming team?"

"I SAID YOU’RE IN!"

The coach spun on his heel with zero sha and pointed at two girls standing near the benches in team swimsuits.

"Sakura! Hinata! Seduce him! Now!"

Both girls looked up, startled mid-snack, and nearly choked on their energy bars.

"Eh?!"

"Sensei?! That’s illegal!!"

"I said seduce! Offer snacks! Complint his abs! Ask if he needs a towel! Do sothing!"

Akira turned to Shiina with a raised eyebrow, genuinely curious. "Are these also standard recruitnt techniques in this world?"

Shiina opened her mouth to respond but no sound ca out. Her mind was still spinning from the swim, and now this... whatever this was.

Her face remained flushed, her breathing still uneven, and her brain had officially abandoned ship.

Akira crossed his arms and turned back toward the coach with a frown of sincere confusion.

"You are their sensei?" he asked slowly. "And you’re asking them to seduce ? Is that what you’re teaching them? Seduction? So you are... A master of... erotic swimming?"

Coach Kubo, a veteran swim instructor of twelve years, gaped. "Wha... E-erotic... what?!"

Akira nodded seriously. "You must be very skilled. To beco the Sensei of Erotic Swimming with that kind of face... is no small feat."

Coach Kubo made a strangled sound like a dying dolphin.

But Akira wasn’t done.

"Even so." he said calmly. "How could those two girls compare with Shiina-san here? They won’t be able to seduce while she’s standing right there."

Sakura and Hinata, still halfway through their snacks, froze.

Their jaws dropped.

Sakura slowly stood, cracking her neck with an ominous pop. "What did you just say?"

Hinata followed, arms crossed, eyes gleaming. "You think we can’t seduce you? Just because Shiina’s there?"

Akira blinked. "That’s correct."

Sakura tossed her bar into the trash with dramatic precision. "Let show you what seduction is, dolphin boy."

Hinata stomped after her. "Yeah. We’ll see about that."

Coach Kubo, who had almost frothed in his mouth at being called a Sensei of Erotic Swimming, began to get excited once more.

"Yes, girls! Seduce him! We need a new ACE for our swim team! Hahahaha!" He laughed evilly.

Shiina, still frozen, finally snapped out of her daze.

"W-wait, WHAT is even happening anymore?!"
