The next mont, Xiang Tiandi returned to the palace and when he appeared in mid-air again, he had disguised himself as Ming Yue the Immortal.

Only to hear him say aloud, "To be able to kill one of my avatars, Li Xiuzhu, you are quite impressive. For a mortal to achieve this, you can certainly be considered the strongest in this world."

Xiang Tiandi, mimicking Ming Yue the Immortal's gestures and deanor, spoke from a position of superiority, "However, the gap between humans and immortals cannot be bridged by any ans."

The Demon Slayer chid in, "Li Xiuzhu, next it will be my turn to slay you."

Watching the coordinated act between Xiang Tiandi and the Demon Slayer, and seeing a flicker of realization in the eyes of countless humans in the projection, they were suddenly drawn back from the shock of an immortal being killed.

"It was just an avatar of Ming Yue the Immortal after all."

"I knew Li Xiuzhu couldn't possibly defeat an immortal."

"The Demon Slayer has entered the arena; Li Xiuzhu is dood now. It seems the heavenly court feels humiliated and wants to harshly teach Li Xiuzhu a lesson."

Li Xiuzhu coldly watched their performance and didn't bother to expose them, since after all, people would only believe in the gods, not a Sect Hierarch of demon origins. Besides, he knew that Ming Yue the Immortal indeed hadn't died…

While Xiang Tiandi and the Demon Slayer were coordinating their actions, the fallen broken body of Ming Yue the Immortal on the ground also transford into shards of light, dissipating into the air just like all the other contestants who had been killed by Li Xiuzhu after stepping onto the arena.

Ming Yue the Immortal felt her body lighten, and as her flesh vanished, she transford into an intangible being, standing above the arena.

She was astonished to see that there were over two hundred other monks in the sa state as hers above the arena.

"This is…" Ming Yue the Immortal startled slightly and was imdiately approached by other monks.

"Ming Yue the Immortal! This is the function of the Heavenly Arena. It appears that the losers don't actually die but stay as spectators to watch the battles."

"Unfortunately, we have no way to communicate with the outside world, we can only watch helplessly."

So monks glanced at Ming Yue the Immortal in surprise, then looked towards the Demon Slayer, realizing that the heavenly court had concealed the news of Ming Yue the Immortal's 'death'.

Ming Yue the Immortal weirdly glanced at Xiang Tiandi who was disguised as her, and then looked towards the direction of the Heavenly Arena, the thought of her defeat at the hands of Li Xiuzhu in front of the whole world filled her eyes with resentnt, 'If I could have another chance, I would never lose.'

The Demon Slayer landed on the arena, and the words "Purple Aura Forged Light Sword" floated up and dissipated into the air. This was the Demon Slayer's unique swordsmanship, amalgamating the strengths of both good and evil, an extraordinary union of martial and spiritual prowess.

With his long sword raised, the Demon Slayer's gaze turned icy as he looked at Li Xiuzhu, transford into a huge dragon, "Li Xiuzhu, your actions are abhorred by both humans and gods, today I must kill you."

At this mont, Li Xiuzhu's body contracted, gradually transforming into a half-human, half-dragon form, with wings unfurling behind him, and dragon scales trembling slightly on his body.

However, his body still showed signs of severe scorching; evidently, breaking through the Nine Yang Intense Fire Array with the Blood Transformation Divine Sword had not been easy and had caused him great physical pain.

Li Xiuzhu burst out laughing, "Even with the inheritance of demon blood, we are still human. We are also willing to accept reality and carry it forward. What about you gods? How long will you keep running away?"

The Demon Slayer angrily said, "The heavenly court and our ancestors paid a huge price to win the great war between humans and demons. And now, you actually want to overturn your own race, to bring back the demons? It's utterly insane; do you know how many people will die because of you?"

Li Xiuzhu spoke indifferently, "Do you know? Although lightning signifies destruction, it also represents vitality. Everything in existence transitions between life and death. It's impossible to effect change without any sacrifice."

"Why don't you be the first to sacrifice yourself then?" The Ghost Slayer sneered coldly, a portal opened behind him, and he retreated into it, disappearing from sight.

He had understood that their philosophies were different, and further discussion would be pointless, so he planned to take action directly.

Once he made his move, the Ghost Slayer imdiately employed the Luotian Teleportation technique.

At this mont, after recuperation and training, the Ghost Slayer's spiritual refinent had reached 139%, achieving the standard previously set by Li Zhengdao.

He now stayed within the Luotian Realm, attacking Li Xiuzhu in the Material World.

A flurry of sword lights swept across the sky as Li Xiuzhu spat out a beam of light from the Blood Transformation Divine Sword to defend, but he still kept being pushed back.

Since the Ghost Slayer could attack from various angles, Li Xiuzhu couldn't even find his target.

The Ghost Slayer was no longer visible on the Heavenly Arena, leaving only the bursting sword lights that completely surrounded Li Xiuzhu, forcing him to dodge in all directions.

Within these sword lights, as the Ghost Slayer continuously channeled his Primordial Spirit's power, the vengeful spirits inside the Vajra White Bone Sword were activated, exuding waves of resentnt, fear, and anger that swept across the entire arena.

To other cultivators, these waves of thought were re noise, but to Li Xiuzhu, they were like familiar, yet resentful voices continuously whispering in his ears.

Scenes deeply buried in his mory spread out as these thoughts were transmitted.

"Li Dao! Why did you betray the Celestial Court?"

"Traitor! You have brought sha upon the entire Li Family!"

"Brother! It hurts so much!"

Li Xiuzhu's gaze sharpened, his eyes envisaging the scene of his family's destruction, witnessing the annihilation of everyone in the Li Family.

Li Xiuzhu angrily said, "Soul-refining mortals? Celestial Court... You've gone too far."

The Ghost Slayer did not respond; in fact, he himself felt that his actions were sowhat excessive, but he could only intensify his assault to end the battle quickly.

Seizing the mont when Li Xiuzhu was distracted by the haunting spirits, the sword light exploded behind him, scales shedding layer by layer, bursting into a mass of flesh and blood.

Li Xiuzhu grunted, retreating backwards, but the sword light followed like a shadow, looming over him like a vast cage.

Zhou Bai's Primordial Spirit, hovering over the mountain, suddenly mimicked Li Xiuzhu's voice, calling out towards the arena, "Ghost Slayer, you think using Luotian Teleportation can defeat ? Take this, Great Sky Flipping Fist Intent!"

Li Xiuzhu spat out a stream of crimson light that traveled from his stomach to his throat and mouth, then gushed out like the vast Yangtze River, violently colliding with the sword light and scattering flesh and blood everywhere.

A demon and an Immortal fiercely battled on the arena, from one corner to the other, then ascending tens of thousands of ters into the sky, before plumting back down to the arena, blood and sword light trailing behind them.

Throughout this, Zhou Bai impersonated Li Xiuzhu's voice multiple tis, yet saw not a single sign of acknowledgent.
