After comforting the Xuan Nu, Zhou Bai looked at the Heavenly Demons before him and said, "You've co earlier than the agreed ti."
The Heavenly Demon before him was directly contacted by Em, and now possessing the Ti Reverse, Xuan Nu, and the Sovereign Sword's capabilities to traverse space, he wasn't afraid of any ambush from the Heavenly Demons.
Currently, it seed that the Heavenly Demons indeed had no intention of ambushing him.
A Heavenly Demon, resembling a lion with every strand of fur and flesh looking incredibly real, approached Zhou Bai respectfully and said, "Sir, the Heavenly Demon Kings have been waiting for a long ti."
Looking at this flesh-and-blood-like Heavenly Demon before him, then at other oddly shaped ones — so like stone, so like tal, and others resembling flesh — Zhou Bai marveled silently at the advanced technology of the Heavenly Demons.
Zhou Bai stroked the lion-like Heavenly Demon's head, feeling the fuzzy warmth as if he were actually touching a lion's head.
He curiously asked, "What are your bodies made of?"
"Nanomachines," the lion-like Heavenly Demon seriously responded. "Our bodies are composed of countless nanomachines, smaller by many folds than even a dust tsunami, capable of mimicking most materials in the world for combination."
Zhou Bai nodded. 'In so areas, especially spaceti-related technology, the Heavenly Demons lag far behind the Heavenly Court. But in other areas, particularly communication and materials science, they far surpass the Heavenly Court.'
'Who could guess at first sight that these Heavenly Demons are chanical life forms.'
Next, Zhou Bai followed the Heavenly Demons in flight and quickly arrived at the region occupied by the Heavenly Demons.
When previously observing the map, Zhou Bai noticed that the region where humanity's five major cities sat corresponded to the location of the East Asia Continent on Earth.
Compared to the tiny remnant area of humans, the region occupied by the Heavenly Demons was much larger; spanning the entire seven continents and five oceans, whether plains or hills, rivers, or seas, their traces were almost everywhere.
Every mont, countless Heavenly Demons ceaselessly worked, extracting Earth's resources to transform into the combat power of the Heavenly Demons.
During this flight, Zhou Bai took the chance to recount the gains of this past week.
'Elsa and Christina's cultivation progress isn't bad; they should complete the Primordial Dao Repository 06 in about a month or two.'
'Unfortunately, it's just too ti-consuming trying to gather laziness points on my own in the wild.'
'The new abilities added to the Primordial Spirit are impressive, though. These past few days, I've been drilling into the ground, absorbing the geothermal energy from the magma to refine my Primordial Spirit, increasing my spiritual power by more than a hundred.'
'With enough ti and a sufficient energy source, I could push my spiritual power to an incredibly strong point.'
'Strengthening the Primordial Spirit has always been my significant weak point, and now is the ti to make up for it.'
Zhou Bai's Primordial Spirit strength, after these days of refinent, had increased to over 8100.
More than 8000 in Primordial Spirit strength is very strong for a sixth-sphere cultivator, definitely not considered a weak point.
But that depends on the opponent; for those at the sa level, this Primordial Spirit strength is formidable but useless, because now Zhou Bai's opponents had all advanced to celestial god levels, all with a Dao completion rate of over 100%, and existences with ten thousand or more in Primordial Spirit strength.
Led by the Heavenly Demons, the group soon arrived at a base on the northern snowfields.
They saw that the surface was covered with vast stretches of tal constructions, appearing like a steel city rising from the snowfields.
As Zhou Bai followed the Heavenly Demons through a large gate, they quickly entered underground, following a winding corridor continually descending. His Primordial Spirit swept in all directions, feeling as though he had entered an ant nest.
The entire base had nothing that appealed to human aesthetics; there were interconnected passageways everywhere, and chanical devices moved in an orderly sequence, every inch of space being utilized to its limits.
When Zhou Bai, along with Xuan Nü and Em, entered a large hall, they saw three individuals already standing there, seemingly having waited for a long ti.
Spotting the three people, Zhou Bai was startled, "Humans?"
However, when his Primordial Spirit force swept over them, he realized these people were very different.
The middle-aged man standing in the center spoke, "Hello, I am 'Ai,' the Heavenly Demon King. To facilitate smoother communication, we have ford bodies that resemble humans using nanomachines."
Looking at beings that physically resembled humans but were fundantally not, Zhou Bai nodded, "I appreciate the effort."
A young girl to the side said, "I am 'Ji,' the Heavenly Demon King. Zhou Bai, co with us to Mars. The spaceship will be here tonight."
Zhou Bai replied, "Not interested. I still have many things to accomplish on Earth."
Zhou Bai certainly had no intention of departing for Mars with the Heavenly Demons now. For one, Mars was almost entirely occupied by the Heavenly Demons and served as their headquarters. If he went there, he would be completely isolated and without any place to escape.
On the other hand, traveling to Mars would an boarding a Heavenly Demon spaceship. Being in a Heavenly Demon spacecraft in outer space would literally an that his life and death would be controlled by them.
Ultimately, Zhou Bai still couldn't fully trust the Heavenly Demons.
The girl who looked like a young girl, 'Ji,' said, "I understand your concerns, but the queen is waiting for you on Mars. Once you're there, you'll know everything and truly lead the Heavenly Demons."
Zhou Bai replied, "Whatever you need to tell can be said here. Surely your communication systems can bridge the distance between Mars and Earth by now, right?"
The three Heavenly Demon Kings communicated via their network for a mont and made so kind of judgnt before deciding to disclose so information to Zhou Bai.
Looking at Xuan Nü, the girl-like 'Ji' said, "We can indeed tell you so things first, but what we're going to discuss involves secrets between the Heavenly Demons and humans. This aberrant has no authority to hear our conversation."
Zhou Bai also looked at Xuan Nü. After thinking for a mont, he said, "Xuan Nü, wait outside for ." He smiled and gently caressed Xuan Nü's cheek, sending a ssage telepathically, "These Heavenly Demons still treat as a human. I'll first trick so information out of them."
Seeing Xuan Nü's hesitant expression, Xuan Nü looked into their eyes and said, "After I'm finished talking with them, I'll tell you everything, don't you trust ?"
Xuan Nü stared earnestly at Zhou Bai and nodded, "I understand."
Watching Xuan Nü leave with the other Heavenly Demons, Zhou Bai breathed a sigh of relief. He really didn't want the secrets of the Heavenly Demons and the Homo sapiens to be known by Xuan Nü too extensively.
Not to ntion anything else, just discussing such information in front of Xuan Nü too much may provoke various doubts and mistrust in her.
Not long after Xuan Nü had left, Zhou Bai looked at the three Heavenly Demon Kings and said, "Alright, what's really going on?"
He appeared calm on the surface, but inside, he was incredibly tense, his attention fully focused on the three Heavenly Demon Kings.
Heavenly Demon King 'Ji' slowly started, "The Heavenly Demons were originally born on Earth…"
