No, she wouldn't do sothing like that, the cops were after Uche after all, so why would she call them.
anwhile, Snowflake was also having a similar thought as several figures shot into the room, their guns pointed at Uche.
"Surrender now!"
Sergeant Kim shouted at Uche who was taking cover behind a large dical equipnt.
'Damn, I was prepared for the girl to co and save him, but I never knew she would call the cops, this is bad.'
Kante thought as he glanced from under the table.
'If I make a run, there are too many witnesses, I should at least get rid of those three. None of the cops have seen yet, and they would never believe anything that bastard said.'
He thought, his gaze fixed on the old surgeon and Mr. Kim with his wife, he was thinking of the best way to kill them without being noticed by the cops. He brought out a small red button from his pocket, inspected it for a few seconds before moving his gaze back to the three, and then he made eye contact with the old surgeon, who was trembling so hard, and for so reason, he was already peeing.
'What's wrong with him?'
He thought, then the man pointed at him and shouted.
"Snowflake...everyone, the room has been surrounded with explosives, and Snowflake has the detonator."
The man shouted, his trembling finger pointed at Kante.
"Crap!"
Three officers followed the man's gaze and their eyes made contact with Kante's, but then, they saw darkness.
Three heads rolled on the floor, clearly chopped off.
Before any of the cops could react, Kante moved again, and chopped two more heads down, then he was shot in the arm.
Looking at the direction the bullet had co from, his gaze t with Sergeant Kim who seed to be frozen in place after making the shot.
Kante had no ti to react as all bullets moved towards him, the cops had completely forgotten Uche as they found a new threat.
Knowing he couldn't take them all out with his sword while they used guns, he wasted no ti pressing the red button in his hand.

Days ago, the cops had been relentless with their investigation, they were adamant about getting enough evidence that would expose Snowflake to them, especially Sergeant Kim, he always felt sothing was wrong.
They still hadn't found any of the remnants of the organ traffickers, it seed every one of them had really been killed during the ambush. But the cops never left their base, they continued searching, not believing they were not with Snowflake.
Although Sergeant Kim had a different belief, he felt the whole ambush by the organ traffickers was a setup, almost as if they were being used by soone, a person pulling the strings behind the scenes. Sergeant Kim had felt the sa thing when the video of Snowflake was sent on that night, but it was all his own instincts so he didn't voice it out. Inspector Ray would get mad at him again if he did.
The young Inspector's determination on finding sothing crucial in the traffickers' base was far stronger than his own determination in finding Snowflake.
And through the young Inspector's determination, they really found sothing, although not too crucial, but still a head-on.
They found the list and information of all the mbers of the organ trafficking ring, and after working with the information, they found out that not all of them had been killed, there were a few of them alive but not around.
"It's been five years since these people visited the city, I don't think they know about the ambush."
One of the intelligence team said, scrolling through the information on the PC with both Sergeant Kim and Inspector Ray behind him with a few others.
"Why would you say they didn't know about it, these people are clearly their leaders, they're the higher-ups, can't you see their nas written separately from others."
Inspector Ray said.
"They'll surely know everything that's going on."
Sergeant Kim comnted, staring calmly at the screen.
"Sir, you'd like to look at this."
The man from the intelligence team said, as he zood in on the profile of an old man, he continued.
"This old man is a genius in the surgery field, he graduated with a first-class result from Caleb University in Lagos State, he got a high position at National Open University Hospital imdiately after his graduation, and worked on several surgeries successfully."
"He worked in the hospital for several years before leaving so years later, for a few reasons that were not revealed to the public, but it was recorded that the authorities were looking for him shortly after he left the hospital. His whereabouts were unknown after then, till now, who would've thought he's involved in organ trafficking."
The man said, his expression thoughtful.
"My point is, among all the others whose nas were written separately, he was the only one who's not out of the city, and through the several footages that we found in the base, we found him in a few of them where he had operated on several people, fishing out their organs, which ans he's still around the city, alive."
The man explained, there was silence for a few minutes before Sergeant Kim let out a long sigh.
"So that ans we still have one of their remnants around."
The man nodded.
"But I'll suggest that we should act now if we wish to get him, the man is too ticulous, nobody knows where he lives till now."
He said.
"Then what are we waiting for, let's form a search party and look for him around."
Inspector Ray said, and they began their search.
It took them several days before finding the man's whereabouts, he lived in a secluded area in the outskirt.
They burst the outskirt on the sa night they found his whereabouts, and upon getting to his house, they were welcod with the sound of battle and that's why Sergeant Kim had shot a bullet through the door, to announce their arrival.
