As Qiao Rui pondered how to break the silence, he asked in a deep voice, "What were you thinking, a woman paying the bill?"

With no option, Qiao Rui opened the door, only to see the man standing at the entrance, his smile rich and warm as he looked at her.
Qiao Rui said: "Is there sothing else?"
"During dinner, you heard all the conversation between He Zheng and , didn’t you?" Pei Liyan suddenly asked.
Qiao Rui’s heart jolted, her eyes widening at him.
"It seems you did hear everything!"
