Du Jiayu, Qiang Yueting, and Guo Xia raised questions to Uncle Dong using rap.

But these were purely for show.

Lu Bingbing and ng ixuan also shared their own questions.

Though their questions lacked substance and were simply straightforward life doubts.

In this Q&A session, the truly aningful questions ca from Lv Fangxin and Wang Na.

Their questions represented the program’s participants and reflected the doubts in the minds of most viewers.

When Uncle Dong left, Chen Yinghan smiled and asked Lv Fangxin: "Any more doubts?"

"None anymore. What used to weigh down was the thought of how soone like , who can neither sing nor dance, is qualified to stand in such a high position. I felt undeserving. It felt like a cri,"

Lv Fangxin’s voice was deep, yet carried a tone of liberated detachnt.

Ye Yuwei walked deliberately slow; she didn’t want Chen Yinghan to misunderstand her.

Afternoon

Each group began lessons in their respective practice rooms.

The girls who made it to the second-round performance felt even heavier pressure instead of relief.

At this stage, no one wanted to leave.

Liu Niannian felt like she was about to collapse. No matter how she sang, she couldn’t stay on pitch.

Xu Qianhua played piano while teaching her line by line.

Xu Qianhua was incredibly kind. Her musical prowess was exceptional.

This song posed no difficulty for her, yet she still accommodated others by simplifying it and patiently working on details with them.

For Duan Yuxin and Lai Ruoxuan, singing the song wasn’t an issue either,

but their handling of the finer details was average.

Duan Yuxin, like a blank slate, sang purely based on feeling.

Lai Ruoxuan and Gao Ziyi had received professional training but lacked a systematic approach.

A song isn’t perfected just because of professional training. Precision in certain nuances is essential.

Like when to take a breath, how to breathe, how to transition, and how to adjust tone quality.

They lacked all these skills.

Xu Qianhua patiently taught them step by step.

"I feel like I’ll never get this right," Liu Niannian said, looking frustrated.

"It’s okay. We’re just starting to learn. Take it slow," Xu Qianhua encouraged.

"Sister Xu, how’s my transition here?" After singing, Duan Yuxin anxiously looked at her.

"There’s one part that’s slightly off—it lacks variation and feels too flat."

Guo Xia’s group was encountering similar issues during their practice.

Chen Yanran’s dancing was decent, but her singing was completely off-key; she was essentially tone-deaf and didn’t know how to sing.

Luckily, the song they chose, "Light of Reversal," was in Mandarin, so following along with the others helped her blend in.

Fu Xiaoyu’s group fell into rhythm smoothly; all mbers could sing the song, and only details and voice blending needed adjustnt.

Qi Ziyue studied the lyric sheet and sang the part with the highest notes in the chorus. After finishing, she laughed awkwardly.

Her pitch was perfect, but her emotional delivery felt wrong.

"Oh no! Am I singing this too gently?" Qi Ziyue said, sowhat embarrassed.

"You need to sing it with a fighting spirit, with a sense of hate," Fu Xiaoyu advised.

"But I don’t know how to fight!"

"Then imagine your boyfriend betraying you."

"I’m only 18; I’ve never had a boyfriend."

Qi Ziyue’s candid response brought roaring laughter to the group.

"Then picture soone snatching away your favorite snacks."

"Oh! That...I can try..."

Under Fu Xiaoyu’s continued guidance, Qi Ziyue tried channeling her inner resentnt.

On the sidelines, Zhang Zijing and Luo Qijia watched, finding the pair amusing.

Luo Qijia noticed that lately, Zhang Zijing had beco a lot more outgoing and often joked around with everyone.

Dance group

Wu Zixuan felt utterly unlucky.

The partner she was stuck with, Zhu Riri, was a total burden who couldn’t get anything right despite trying hard.

She knew the internet had been harshly criticizing her, yet this ti Zhu Riri wasn’t "acting silly," pretending, or throwing fits, but earnestly learning—though her aptitude was poor.

Others were doing okay; Wang Qingyu had started off weak, but after over a month of training, she at least managed to keep up with the movents.

As for pacing and aesthetic appeal, those were out of the question.

In ng ixuan’s group, Jiang ixing felt like she was on the verge of collapse.

Despite her long stint as a girl-group mber, her dance skills could only be described as average.

Her focus was on singing, but ng ixuan’s chosen choreography this ti was too challenging.

Additionally, being an auditing student had piled trendous psychological pressure on her, leaving her unable to perform even at her usual level.

"Pay attention here, pay attention to this hand gesture," the dance teacher instructed while demonstrating.

Jiang ixing tried her best to follow, but her movents remained awkward. Her gestures were mostly wrong and didn’t hit the beats properly.

When the teacher left, the smile she had been putting up lted away, and tears stread as she collapsed to the floor crying.

"ixing, it’s okay," ng ixuan hugged her, feeling a pang of sympathy for this pitiful girl.

"ixuan, I’m sorry. I...I just can’t seem to get those moves right,"

"It’s okay. We still have ti. If it doesn’t work, we can adjust them a bit."

ng ixuan realized that forcing the learning process at this stage might be too late.

Thankfully, two other mbers of their group were fine, with Yang Han performing unexpectedly well.

The short-haired girl’s technical ability was exceptionally high.

ng ixuan couldn’t help but worry that Yang Han might overshadow her.

In the dance groups, the smoothest progress ca from Li Shihan and Jiang ngqi’s team.

Despite Jiang ngqi not getting the mbers she had wanted—having been left with leftovers due to the rankings—

their practice sessions surprisingly moved forward seamlessly. She was surprised to discover that Su Ruiqi even knew how to perform ballet.

Wu Qian and Xiang Sixing also had solid dance skills, easily handling what seed like highly challenging choreography.

This allowed their group sufficient ti to rework the choreography, enhancing individual strengths.

Li Shihan’s team had similarly strong mbers as well,

Creative group

These two teams shared the sa practice room, waiting for Mr. Hu Binbin to arrive.

"How do we even start creating? I’m completely blank," Lv Fangxin said earnestly.

Apart from Chen Yinghan, everyone else seed speechless. Though, they kind of expected this from her.

"Alright, Mr. Bai, don’t worry. Even if you’re completely blank, we’ll still love you," ii said with a helpless laugh.

Lv Fangxin couldn’t help but laugh, "Thank you!"

anwhile, Ye Yuwei addressed the group: "Does anyone have a the in mind that they’d like to write about?"

"I think we should create authentic music—like the songs ’Beyoncé’ and ’ii’ perform," Ge Xiaohui said confidently.

Lu Bingbing frowned slightly, "Xiaohui, you’ve studied composition too; you should know how hard it is. We need to focus on what’s achievable."

"Haha! Xiaohui, you really think highly of us. If we had that kind of talent, would we even be sitting here?" Wang Na interjected sarcastically.

"I think it’s better to stick to reality. If we make the composition too complicated or difficult, we won’t be able to finish it within the ti constraints, and it’ll all fall apart," Yang Ni said with a serious expression.

Her ranking placed her higher, so she couldn’t let Ge Xiaohui derail things.
