Xia Yumo’s heart ached fiercely, her face turning pale.

That woman’s face was the sa one she had just seen.

What was this mory about?

Was the woman she saw just now Gu Junhang’s ex-girlfriend, or was her brain confusing people due to its jumbled mories?

But if she didn’t have this mory, why would such a vague yet incredibly real scene appear in her mind, as if she had witnessed it with her own eyes?

"Mo Mo? Mo Mo?"

Gu Junhang’s voice suddenly rang out in front of her, interrupting her thoughts.

She snapped back to reality, looking into Gu Junhang’s worried eyes, a worry that couldn’t possibly be faked.

"Huh?"

"What’s wrong? I’ve been calling you for a while, but you didn’t respond."

He bent down and touched her cheek, "Your complexion is terrible."

Xia Yumo thought back to the scene that had just appeared in her mind and looked at the concern overflowing in Gu Junhang’s eyes. She hesitated for a mont before shaking her head and saying,

"I seed to have rembered sothing from the past just now, but it’s all so blurry that I can’t rember what it was."

She briefly glossed over the topic.

Perhaps her mory was truly in disarray, and when she saw that face earlier, she subconsciously inserted it into the scene.

Maybe the woman in the scene was herself.

She rembered Xuxu telling her that she and Gu Junhang had been together since their University days, and Junhang had never had any other won besides her. Xuxu wouldn’t lie to her.

She didn’t want to be affected by such baseless mories and didn’t want to cause unnecessary trouble for Gu Junhang because of that scene, so she didn’t want to ntion it anymore.

Seeing her face still sowhat pale, Gu Junhang could sense she was brushing him off. However, he didn’t think too much about it, assuming that she might have rembered the scene when she was stabbed back then.

Even he was still quite frightened when he thought about that scene, let alone her.

Worried about her mood, Gu Junhang hurriedly said,

"It’s alright. If you can’t rember it, don’t force yourself. You might gradually rember things from the past later on."

"Hmm."

Xia Yumo nodded, not thinking about the scene anymore. With the help of the sales clerk, she changed out of the wedding dress.

The two chose a style that Qiaoxu had helped them pick out earlier, handed it over to the sales clerk, and then left.

As the wedding day approached, Gu Junhang’s face was filled with happiness. Even the days of his subordinates, the Gu Family’s partners, and even the Xue Family were not as difficult as before.

After Xue Lan tried to provoke Gu Junhang several tis and caused her younger brother to stumble, she finally beca more obedient.

Even if she was unwilling to see Xia Yumo marry into the Gu Family, she dared not say a word in front of Gu Junhang but continued to scold Xia Yumo behind her back.

Of course, her relationship with her son had never been close, but it had never deteriorated to such a terrible level.

For the sake of her good days in the future, she tried to nd her relationship with her son and help her younger brother as well.

So, after a few more days of recuperation, she took the initiative to go to the Gu Family to nd her relationship with Gu Junhang.

The best way for a mother to nd her relationship with her son was to bring him food and care for his well-being.

Even though Gu Junhang wasn’t the least bit moved, he didn’t embarrass her too much.

"Junhang, don’t bla mom for not liking Xia Yumo. It’s not that mom is targeting her, it’s just..."
