Qiao Xu had never been a fan of thrilling amusent park rides, so she let Lu Moqing accompany their son on them. She stood aside and waited, accompanied by several other won.
"Your husband and child are so good-looking; are you all on a reality show for a TV station?"
A female college student standing beside Qiao Xu asked quietly.
Qiao Xu tensed up, and reluctantly responded, "No, we’re just taking our son out to have fun."
She looked up at her son on the ride, who was waving at her with a forced smile. She then looked at Lu Moqing, who was also looking at her with a smirk. That look made her want to throw him off the ride.
"Your husband looks like Lu Moqing, is he?"
Another curious girl with beautiful eyes nearby asked excitedly.
Internally biting her teeth and ntally cursing Lu Moqing, Qiao Xu squeezed a smile onto her face and replied, "No, he just looks a bit like him."
Unwilling to answer similar questions, Qiao Xu found a less crowded place to wait for the father and son to return.
Soon enough, she saw Lu Moqing carrying Qiao Yi towards her.
"Mommy, it’s so fun, you should try it too!"
Xiao Qiao Yi jumped down from Lu Moqing and ran quickly to Qiao Xu.
"Mommy doesn’t like to play; Qiao Yi, go and play."
Qiao Xu looked at Lu Moqing and clenched her teeth. After a mont of silence, she said, "Lu Moqing, do you know that wherever you go, countless girls stare at you?"
Her original intention was to tell him not to follow her and her son anymore, as she didn’t want them to beco the center of attention. But, she saw Lu Moqing look at her slightly angry face and let out a low laugh.
He raised his hand to gently touch her face, traced his fingers along her soft hair, and leaned closer to her, "Jealous?"
Qiao Xu was furious and kicked Lu Moqing’s lower leg, "If you want to show off, don’t involve us!"
After saying that, she took Qiao Yi and walked in another direction.
Lu Moqing, who was kicked, didn’t get mad. Instead, he smiled faintly and followed them, his eyes gentle yet revealing an inadvertent doting expression which made others think he was deeply in love with that woman.
As Lu Moqing had long legs, and Qiao Xu walked slowly holding her son, he caught up with her in just a few steps.
His broad palm grabbed Qiao Xu’s hand hanging by her side. Seeing her struggle, he laughed and tightened his grip, "You kicked so hard, and you still say you’re not jealous?"
He spoke close to her ear, making it look like a display of affection. Only Qiao Xu was irritated enough to want to slap him.
"If you struggle more, I’ll kiss you in public. Do you genuinely not want to be the center of attention, or do you secretly want to kiss you and beco the focus?"
The mont his voice fell, Qiao Xu stopped struggling. Even though she was furious to the point of internal pain, she still held it back and let Lu Moqing hold her hand, showing the love between the three.
That day, Qiao Xu was forced to indulge Lu Moqing, and they accompanied their son all day long.
"Mommy, this is the last one; just play this one with us."
Qiao Yi pointed to the roller coaster with a complex route entwined in front of them and looked at Qiao Xu with pleading eyes, his little lips slightly pursed.
